What a special place! Gianluca and Silvia are the most gracious hosts, and the apartment exceeded our expectations. The apartment was immaculately clean and well-equipped for our several-week stay. Gianluca and Silvia greeted us upon arrival, and helped us get settled in. They thoughtfully provided many delicious treats for us (including our cat!). They were always quickly responsive and available to answer any questions. We loved our time at their place, and we would love to return one day!

The apartment is in a prime location, 5 minutes away from the train station and just across the street from the ferries making it extremely easy to get to other towns in Lake Como. The apartment is clean, quiet and well equipped. Silvia was a great host, she met us at the time of check in and provided all the information we needed for our stay.

L'appartement se situe dans le même bâtiment qu'un hôtel 5 étoiles. L'appartement est parfait pour un couple avec 2 enfants et très bien équipé. La vue sur le lac est sublime. L'hôte est très sympathique. Vivement recommandé !

Sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung. Stefania war sehr freundlich und hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Super Lage, die Gondel ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das kleine Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sehr freundliche Hosts.

Appartemment impeccable, bien équipé, proche des commerces de proximité, hôtes serviables et de bon conseil, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, je recommande cette adresse sans reserve

Tatiana was a great host! She was very responsive and very helpful. The apartment was perfectly located and in great condition. As others mentioned, you do have to climb 3 floors but this wasn’t an issue for us or our kids. Location was unbeatable and the added indoor parking was a great benefit. We drove a Jeep Renegade and still had room inside the parking spot. The view from the apartment was incredible. You can see Belaggio, Varenna and other towns around the lake. Bellissimo! Thank you Tatiana for hosting us. We plan on coming back :-)

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Rosaria et Alessandro. Le logement est exactement comme sur les photos accompagné d’une propreté irréprochable.Accueil chaleureux et explications très claires au rdv. Localisation idéale pour profiter du calme du Lac et visiter le coin. Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur Dervio et nous ne pouvons que le conseiller pour un calme à l’italienne loin du brouhaha touristique!

Splendide! Nous entrons dans une allée de jasmin blanc et hortensias de toute les couleurs, des agrumes pour arriver à l’entrée de la maison. Vous pouvez stationner devant pour décharger la voiture. Des places gratuites sont plus hautes dans la rue. La maison est parfaite et très fonctionnelle. À l’intérieur tout est moderne et l’équipement y est plus que complet. Nous sommes reçues mieux que par de la famille c’est rare en air bnb. Je n’ai jamais eu d’accueil pareil en hôtel en famille en location. C’était fabuleux. La terrasse est à coupé le souffle! c’est grandiose. proche de tout les commerces nécessaires. Un accueil magique un accès direct au lac. Un jardin clos avec piscine. Ma chienne a passé son séjour dans l’eau. Pour les voyageurs ayant des hésitations par rapport à leurs animaux, l’Italie est l’amie des chien! et La propriétaire de la maison a eu mille attention pour mon chien et pour nous!! Nous recommandons cette maison qui nous a permis de découvrir Côme! U

Abbiamo deciso di passare il Capodanno insieme ai nostri amici in questa splendida villa a Menaggio, gli host sono stati super gentili e disponibili, ci hanno anche permesso di modificare gli orari di check-in e check-out. Ci ha accolto Bruno facendoci fare un tour della casa, abbiamo trovato la sala da pranzo già imbandita per il capodanno e due bottiglie di spumante di benvenuto, super apprezzato! La casa era un po' fredda ma ogni stanza aveva una stufetta quindi si stava bene. L’unico appunto era sfuggito qualcosa nei bagni. Abbiamo passato una bellissima serata senza intoppi e in massima serenità. La vista è spettacolare specialmente all'alba, ne vale davvero la pena soggiornare qui!

Wir wurden von Daniel's Frau sehr nett in Empfang genommen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und für unsere Bedürfnisse voll in Ordnung. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Besonderes Highlight war die große Dusche und warmes Wasser in 2 Sekunden. Der Kaffeevollautomat war auch toll. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt nur zu kurz. Vielleicht klappt es ein anderes Mal wieder und dann werden wir definitiv länger bleiben. Dankeschön nochmal für alles.

We very much enjoyed staying in this Airbnb. The house was clean and cosy, and views were beautiful. Peter, the host, was very helpful and kind throughout the stay. I’ve never showered with a more beautiful view. We can definitely recommend villa Cheis to anyone.

Wat een fantastische vakantie hebben we hier gehad! Giovanni is een geweldige host, hij gaf goede tips wat er te doen is in de omgeving en ook wat de goede restaurantjes zijn. Het beste restaurant is zonder twijfel Giovanni’s Spritz-house. Behalve een heerlijk welkomstdrankje organiseert Giovanni hier ook regelmatig een diner voor de gasten. En hij legt je dan echt in de watten. Heerlijk eten, gezelligheid en ter afsluiting een lekkere ijskoude limoncello. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en gezellig, huiselijk ingericht zodat je je hier direct echt thuisvoelt. En het uitzicht…. Magisch! We bevelen deze accommodatie van harte aan!

The unit matched the description, was in a very convenient location, and the keys are in a lock box allowing flexible check in / check out times. The unit doesn't have much of a living room (two club chairs in the kitchen), but the bedrooms are large and each has a private bathroom and a bed large enough for 2 people. It was the perfect space for two couples.

Wir hatten sehr entspannte Tage in dem schönen Refugio von Miriam, in einer traumhaften Lage am Berg. Die Anfahrt zur Hütte ist teilweise steil und eng und eine Herausforderung an Fahrzeug und Fahrer, belohnt aber mit einer urigen, geschmackvoll gestalteter Hütte, auf lauschiger Lichtung und plätscherndem Bach. Die Hütte ist ruhig gelegen, aber nicht einsam. Sie liegt an einem Weg, der von Wanderern, Bikern oder auch den freundlichen Nachbarn aus den nahegelegenen Weilern genutzt wird. Sie ist gut ausgestattet, autark und die Strom- und Warmwasserversorgung klappte einwandfrei. Die Umgebung lädt zur Wanderung und Biketouren ein. Durch die Topographie und die ausgewiesenen Trails, sind die Touren eher für den anspruchsvollen Mountainbiker geeignet. Unten am See, der in gut 20 min zu erreichen ist, konnten wir schöne Kajaktouren unternehmen und das wunderbare Wasser genießen. Es war für uns ein sehr aktiver aber unglaublich entspannter Urlaub in einer ursprünglichen Umgebung.

We had a wonderful stay at Daniele’s place. It had all the amenities and matched the description. The most beautiful part of the house is the small vegetable garden that they have which finally leads to the lake in 2 mins. Can’t better than this. I would surely recommend this place if someone is planning to come to Lake Como

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung von Lorenzo. Mit unseren Kindern (7 und 9 Jahre alt und gute Schwimmer) haben wir die Nähe zum See sehr geschätzt und konnten unsere Paddleboards schnell zum See tragen und wenn nicht gebraucht im privaten Garten sicher stehen lassen. Auch die Mündung des Baches in den See haben die Kinder toll gefunden zum spielen. Und sogar Fische haben wir gefangen: das Patent dazu konnten wir Dank Hinweise von Lorenzo einfach erwerben. Auch sonst hat Lorenzo immer schnell geantwortet und uns auch im Voraus ein paar tolle Tips (Restaurant, Ausflüge, usw.) gegeben. Kleiner Hinweis zum Elternbett: Matratze wie auch Kopfkissen sind eher hart. Das ist aber immer Geschmacksache… Den Garten haben wir nicht oft genutzt da es uns zu umständlich war das ganze Geschirr und Essen runter in den Garten zu tragen und lieber am Strand lagen und badeten. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen, einfach eingerichtete aber praktische Wohnung mit super schöner Gegend!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und bietet eine tolle Anbindung an die Umgebung. Sie war bei unserer Ankunft äußerst sauber und gepflegt, was uns positiv überrascht hat. Die Einrichtung ist modern und gemütlich, sodass wir uns direkt wohlgefühlt haben. Zudem war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber reibungslos und freundlich. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren zu zweit für drei Nächte bei John. Seine Mutter ist eine sehr nette und kommunikative Person die einen sehr gut betreut. Sie hat viele Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Wirklich alles was inseriert wird ist auch vorhanden. Die Aussicht auf den See ist wunderbar.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute apartment while staying in Bellano! It is in a great walkable location from the train/ferry station. It also has a spectacular view! Maurizio was a very attentive and kind host who provided clear instructions on how to check-in and even gave us a tour of the building and apartment when we arrived. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Lake Como!

Sehr wertige, grosszügige Wohnung in einem historischen Haus. Schön möbliert und gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit den Ski sind wir bis vor‘s Haus gefahren. Sehr gerne wieder…

Very nice apartment with a great view ! It is very close to Menaggio and to the lake. The apartment is great for two persons and it had everything we needed during our stay. The host was very reactive and informative about the surroundings. Would recommend !
