Great place to stay

My siblings, our families, and our parents— a total of 14, stayed in this beautiful house for 4 days & 3 nights; it was a perfect weekend. We absolutely loved it all. Plenty of room, we were comfortable, and the living room was a perfect size for us all. The swimming pool is nice and big, and still leaving the backyard with plenty of room for a cookout as well. We will definitely keep this house in mind for our next stay.

We loved our stay. It was clean and a nice quiet area! It had spacious rooms and had everything we needed.

The location is a short walk to the beach, it's the middle condo and we had no neighbors the majority of the stay so that was nice, the garage is large and they have some beach chairs and toys for kids in the garage, a few of the appliances were out of date, we communicated that with the host and was told the items would be addressed for future guests, overall it was a nice place with everything you'd need to enjoy a vacation on South Padre Island.

Amazing view, and an incredible stay! We were fortunate to go during the off-season, so we got to experience the place with the “Winter Texans.” Check-in was smooth, we always felt safe, and we enjoyed that there is on site staff 24-hours a day. The pool is heated, and the hot tub is great! We walked up 20 minutes to go to various restaurants, and even walked to the Southern Wave lunch cruise. We enjoyed all the amenities the place had to offer, and felt right at home. We were able to turn off the A/C and enjoy both patio doors open to a comfortable 68 degrees. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise, and even experienced it sitting on the beach one morning. There is on-site laundry that you can even use a smartphone app to see the status of available machines and time left on your loads. We highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys peace & quiet, and being able to walk to the beach or area restaurants easily!

Great condo across the street from the beach. You can see the ocean from the balcony. Super spacey and clean. Highly recommended!

This was a great place especially for a large group. We had 10 people, and never once did we feel cramped. The condo is a 3-5 min walk to the beach and pool which was convenient. There was also plenty of parking close by.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Location was perfect, only a short distance to the beach and food. Place was clean, comfortable, and stalked with all the essentials when traveling. Host was very quick in responding and recommended places and food to check out which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!
