This is one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed at! It is just like the photos - absolutely beautiful! The design is fantastic. So unique! So Palm Springs. Amazing amenities. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great porches - sat out on all three! Super close to the pool. Easy to find. Good parking. Quiet neighborhood. The host was proactive and responsive and accommodating. We loved everything about this stay. 10/10 would stay here again!

We loved staying at this mid-century Ocotillo gem. The space was bright and beautiful, and the pool relaxing and fun. It was great to walk exploring the Twin Palms neighborhood and the golf course trails towards the south. It was also convenient to have the Koffi cafe around the corner and various restaurants and other services near by. We highly recommend it!

Thank you for the attention to detail in this unit! We rented the lower floor corner one bedroom right across from the quiet pool. Although we spent most of the time in the main pool, it was a great location. Loved all the kitchen amenities, big screen TV for evening watching, very comfortable and clean. I grabbed one of the blankets to cozy up with, and it smelled like it had came out of the washer and was fluffy from the dryer… I appreciate those kind of things because sometimes you wonder if they’re washing the throws ! They Do! :) We will be searching specifically for properties hosted by Nino And Allie in the future. Thank you!

Timothy and Connie’s place was perfect for us. We felt right at home . It was clean, well Equipped and cozy. Connie was very attentive and friendly. We highly recommend staying in their place!

Alicia's apartment is very comfortable, cute, super well outfitted and quiet. Convenient parking under the carport at front door. Lovely grounds and views. Very easy check in with clear instruction; the host is very responsive and super friendly. Hope to be back!

Can’t wait to stay again loved having everything to cook with great place

A great Airbnb! Everything was perfect but what really stood out was the location. Super close to some great restaurants (can walk there) and it was nice and quiet. For a light sleeper like me it was so nice to not have cars going by or people outside. Inside was exactly as shown and described. Sofa bed wasn’t lumpy or springy. Hosts are extremely nice and responsive.

The house is exactly as pictured. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The outside area is beautiful and has everything you could want. Amazing mountain views, pool, hot tub, fire pit, covered dining area, built in grill with bar seating, outdoor shower, plus lounge chairs and a comfortable seating area. The inside is also great. Extremely well stocked kitchen with everything you could need. Nice open floor plan with nice sized dining table and comfortable living room furniture. The separate bar area with wine fridge and ice maker was a nice bonus. Everything is new and in great condition. The location is a short drive to the center of town. The only downside was road noise at night. The house is right on the corner of Indian Canyon. you live in an urban area this probably will not bother you. I slept with my noise cancelling earbuds which solved the problem. I would recommend similar or ear plugs. We would definitely rent this place again.

This was such a beautiful place to stay! My group and I LOVED the backyard and hung out there most of our weekend. There were enough beds to accommodate us all. The kitchen had everything we needed when cooking meals as well! We loved that we could play music throughout the house with the house speakers! Overall a great stay!

Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. The house directions were very complete. The outdoor space was beautiful and we had a hard time leaving that area!

Worked great for our family of four, and we also had the inlaws for part of our stay. Location is great, very walkable to El Paseo for dining and shopping. House iteself was clean and comfortable. Pool and spa were great to have and easy to use, lots of seating options for outdoor enjoyment. Communication during our stay was fast, we did have an issue contacting the host prior to arrival, but during out stay very responsive. There was construction going on houses on either side, however it did not greatly detract from our trip. Location was very quiet at night. Kitchen could be better stocked (saucepans are needed), appliances were new and worked great. Very satisifed with this home.

Great duplex within walking distance to many LGBTQ hot spots. Large hot tub, full kitchen and BBQ. Owners are so kind by saying “Lumber yard type notices” but it was minimal at best. You can hear to boyz hooping and hollering at Tool Shed some nights but expand your horizons and join them. Great stay. Great property.

We had a great time at Natasha's place. She was a proactive communicator, responsive and friendly. When we arrived she had left us a lovely card and treats - a much appreciated special touch. The house is lovely, clean and has great amenities. We asked for the pool to be heated and it was wonderful and warm. It is a very well appointed home all around - from the games in the garage to the nespresso with pods, to the general high quality of everything such as her dishes, comfy beds, and furniture. It is also a convenient location and easy to get around Palm Springs. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back.

Raz’s place was perfect for our family of 6’s getaway from the east coast to beautiful Palm Springs. The two 7-year olds loved the pool and the adults loved the view of the San Jacinto Mountains from it! We would highly recommend this place for groups exploring the Palm Springs area.

We had a lovely week in Palm Springs while staying at this condo. The location is perfect and the condo is outfitted with everything you need and more! The furnishings and decor are exceptional and include many special touches that make you feel right at home. Both swimming pools offer beautiful view of the mountains, are very well maintained and just a short walk from the condo. Downtown Palm Springs is only a few blocks away which made it so easy to access restaurants, shopping and events. Check in process was well-communicated and easy, and we appreciated the dining and recreation information included in the condo notebook. I've stayed in many Airbnb's over the years and must say this was the most welcoming and well-furnished I've encountered. Thank you Justin and Daniel for a memorable week in Palm Springs! -Carol A.

My wife and I stayed at Tim's condo for the month of February. From the moment we stepped in we knew we had made the right choice. The unit was very clean and had some updates which were nice (kitchen/bathroom). It was nicely appointed. The patio is amazing! The views are breathtaking. Barry Manilow's house is just a few thousand feet away on the hill and we enjoyed waiving to him every morning. We can't say he waived back but it's cool none the less to stay in a place where that guy is your neighbor. The grounds are amazing. The pools and spas are nice. We used the pickleball courts often. The people in the complex were very pleasant. You're only a five minute drive to downtown but it's very peaceful here. When we had any needs, Tim was very quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. We'd highly recommend this place.

Our stay at Diana & Terry's place was great. The location is convenient and easy to find. Communication from our first contact to our departure was clear. They were welcoming and gave us a tour upon our arrival. The condo is spacious, clean, logically laid out, and well supplied. Our questions were answered quickly. We will definitely stay in one of their places again. Thank you, Diana & Terry!

Great location, nice walkable spot to old town that has restaurants, coffee shops, and dinner. Easy drive to PS.

Perfect for our stay for the Indian Wells Tournament - close by, nice condo, quiet neighborhood

The space was an excellent homebase for us to swim and enjoy the outdoors. Go exploring to Joshua tree National Park. Visit the thousand homes oasis. And not too far from downtown where we consume more than our fair share of date shakes.

Tim is extremely responsive and provides clear instructions on the location of his place and entry instructions. Tim would always respond within 5 to 10 minutes (if not sooner) with answers to any questions we had during our stay. His place is extremely functional, clean and in a great location. We would highly recommend staying here.

Crystal was an excellent house and the home was exceptionally clean. Location in Palm Desert is very central.
