Great house and great back yard. House had everything you would possible need, so well stocked. Back yard got the sun all day and was so private and peaceful. The grapefruit tree was a real treat. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Would happily stay again.

We stayed here during Coachella festival and it was perfect for our group. 10 min cab to the festival and super close to local restaurants/supermarkets/coffee shops. We loved it!!

The house was nice and just like the photos. Short Uber ride from downtown. Check in at the host’s office was easy and they offered late checkout at no extra charge.

House was very clean and had everything you needed. We only stayed 2 nights and we were working so we didn’t get to spend much time at house which is a bummer because the patio and pool looked great. My only negative remark would be that the access process was a bit difficult. The code that needs to be entered on the keypad was very long and the steps were not intuitive so it took us about 7-8 tries before we were able to get in. Other than that, it’s a great location (not walkable but easy access to main streets and you’re no more than 2 miles from anything you might need.

Staying at Casa Cosmos was such a wonderful and unique experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The attention to detail in every corner of the house is incredible—it’s clear a lot of love and care went into creating this space. The welcome gift and the handwritten note were such a sweet and personal touch—it really made us feel so warmly welcomed. Everything was spotless and beautifully arranged, and the information provided made it super easy to settle in and run the house smoothly. The pool was absolutely amazing—perfect for relaxing during the day—and we had so much fun with all the games available. The mattresses were also incredibly comfortable, and we all slept so well! Casa Cosmos is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and charm.

This house was perfect for our group of 2 families with 4 kids. The pool, hot tub, gameroom and bedrooms were all so comfortable and perfect for the vacation we were looking for. Greg was a great host-got back immediately whenever I texted through Airbnb with questions. Super friendly and a good communicator. Enjoy it! Pool table fun too!

It is difficult to describe how much Erica cared about everything. She was proactive, responsive, extremely friendly, approachable, personable, caring. It is equally difficult to describe how much of an amazing place this AirBnB truly is. We have had the most magical family getaway there. Everything is just as it is in the photos, everything works, everything is extremely well designed. You will feel right at home. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly. Please be advised that there's a big road closeby, so it can get louder during usual traffic hours when you are outside. You will not hear anything much in the bedrooms though. Sometimes, people just say the good things and leave questionable aspects out. This review is different. If there were anything that was less than stellar, I would mention it. This place is as exceptional as it looks like and your host is elevating it even more. I hope that Erica's place can become a regular spot for us to stay at.

It was our second time staying there and it definitely won’t be our last. The community is beautiful with 2 gorgeous pools. It is very convenient to walk to downtown and the casino. The owners are wonderful. I would highly recommend it. You won’t regret it!

We had a great time staying at this location. The pool and hot tub were heated and relaxing. It was nice to read a book and chill in the pool area. The sofa was comfortable to lounge on and the bed was comfy and large. The hosts provided plenty of towels (pool and bath), pillows and blankets. During our mid week stay it was very quiet and it was not crowded on the premises.

This home was serene, spectacularly clean, and incredibly stocked with paper goods, cleaning supplies, and recreational goodies (like yoga mats, coolers, insulated mugs). What a joy! We enjoyed the apartment and the community grounds, quick access to Palm Springs, walking the neighborhood streets, and proximity to markets. Thank you !

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful community, nice accommodations, centrally located. Great to be so close to the well maintained pool which we enjoyed thoroughly. The management team is really great and we’re very helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Palm Springs.

Brett was extremely responsive and a gracious host! The home was extremely clean and perfect for our group of 4! I would highly recommend this rental!

Sally was very responsive. She is a great communicator. We loved the place. It was clean and exactly what was advertised. The only negative, and this is I think an Airbnb negative, is why am I paying a cleaning fee of over $200 when every Airbnb place I rent has a number of chores I have to do at checkout? Thank you Sally.

The condo was squeaky clean and looked exactly like the photos. Loved having the hot tub right outside the door. The pools are quite large and perfect for swimming laps or just relaxing. The complex is in a nice, very walkable neighborhood with a good view of the mountains. Steve was very responsive and got back to me right away when I had questions. There was some noise from upstairs but not enough to be an issue. I’ve already reserved it again for next year.

Perfect place to stay for the night.

The pool out front was definitely the highlight. It's beautiful to hang out there. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen tools which we appreciated. We had a few issues getting one of the TVs to work properly, but unplugging the apple box and plugging it back in seemed to take care of it. We needed a few things during our stay and Ken was always very responsive and friendly. I have a bad back and need a firm mattress which you don't always get, but one of the beds was just perfect for me. His place is rather close to the airport and (depending on the wind and flight path being used) we were woken some mornings starting at 5am by the planes. Having said that, I would still return to his place.

Brandi's place was the perfect spot for our small Bachelorette party group! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could have needed. The pool was so relaxing, and the game room was a perfect place to play games if you wanted to get out of the sun! Brandi was extremely communicative and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

We liked that it had 4 bedrooms. One room occupants do need to walk on the other side to use bathroom or can use master en-suite, but it was fine. Hosts were very responsive and appreciated that they didn’t make us do a lot of chores upon our exit. Close enough to stores etc and PS downtown was easy bc no traffic! We did not request pool heat but it was warm enough !

Our group had an amazing stay! The house had more than adequate space for our groups' needs and our favorite spot to gather was in the kitchen. The place was very clean and had entertainment to keep us busy on our short weekend getaway. We also loved the short walkable distance to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Although there were minor setbacks out of our control, we still made the best use of the place and our host was very responsive to making things right. Thank you for making our stay as comfortable as possible. We look forward for the chance to be back!

We had a dream vacation at this place. House is beautiful, clean, luxurious and well stocked with numerous amenities. The property was clean, stunning, private and well kept, with an amazing view of the mountains. Pleasant communication with Patrick. Really appreciate that Judy was waiting for us at checkin to explain everything, and was responsive, helpfull and courteous throughout the stay. Nothing to complain. Beautiful, serene, quite, and safe neighborhood.

Leave it to two sisters to design and equip the perfect Airbnb! Super comfortable, lovely furnishings and everything you might need to enjoy a stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen so well equipped that it was easy to cook a meal for 5. Everything worked and was very easy to manage. The space was beautiful with very high ceilings and plenty of space. We loved the patio and the hot tub as well. Honestly, this was the best Airbnb of all our travels and Suzanne is just a lovely person to work with. We definitely are coming back to this gem. Thank you to our hosts!

Was exactly the peaceful retreat we were hoping for! Super great host, very responsive. House was full of good vibes, very quintessentially mid-century modern, absolutely beautiful. Super well-manicured and fun outdoor space, my kids loved the pool! Would absolutely stay again; loved its proximity to downtown PS and some great golf courses!
