We absolutely loved staying at Natalie's home. She was generous enough to let us have an early check in & a late check out. Communication was timely via text & I appreciated the phone call prior to our arrival. The link/app for her home was extremely informative. We were a party of 7 adults who were able to comfortably relax in the common areas & enjoy privacy in our bedrooms when necessary. Each room has it's own ensuite which was perfect - stocked with individual Neutrogena makeup wipes, bodywash, shampoo & conditioner! The kitchen & pantry had pretty much every basic item you could think of, even Keurig & Nespresso machines used each morning. We stayed during one of the hottest weekends in July so heating the pool & hot tub was unnecessary. The water felt perfect like bathwater. We put the two loungers, three umbrellas & pool floaties (two electric airpumps available) to good use. We unanimously agreed that this was our favorite AirBnb desert house. We hope to return!

Garrett, was very helpful and timely with any pending questions we had. The WiFi went out and Garrett walked us through the issue over the phone.

This was the fourth time we have stayed at the Desert Princess and the first at Jeffery’s. It was by far the nicest place. It is an actual house vs a condo unit right on the 2nd hole of the Vista golf course. We enjoyed watching the golfers go by and the grapefruits from the tree next to the patio. Loved the TV and the variety of shows we were able to watch. The house was immaculate along with the total resort. If you are a fruit lover of oranges, lemons and grapefruit, there are many trees on site and ripen January/ February. This resort is a gated community, close to the airport, mature with lots of trees, swimming pools nearby with 3 - 9 hole golf courses on site. A great resort and lovely place to stay.

This beautifully renovated home is spacious, comfortable with lots of great space for relaxing, working, and play. Very clean and fully stocked with every amenity needed! Smart TVs in each room were so great with kids! Everyone could watch what they wanted to wind down at the end of the day. We attended events at the Acrisure arena all week so this houses location was very convenient and only 10mins away. The hosts were wonderful with communication and any questions! The pool is phenomenal and we swam at least 3 times a day! The views out back or thru the workout area are gorgeous with the mountains and the beautiful bougainvillea against the white column! The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The home itself is all positives! The neighborhood wasn't the best and the neighbor across the street leaves their dogs out all night so frequent barking that the primary bedroom can hear throughout the night. Recommend a white noise app to help balance the noise at night.

I can’t say enough about this rental and its owners. We were evacuating Los Angeles due to the fires and in a moment of stress and chaos, Steven and Tim made us feel so at home and taken care of. This house was exactly what we needed and it was lovely to stay in. We had several friends who needed a place to stay join as well, and there was plenty of space for everyone + pets. The home had everything we could need to stay in and cook, but also great restaurants around to order from or eat out. Steven replied to any questions we had very quickly was so delightful to communicate with. We all had to work during our stay and there was room for people to work in the office, dining area, and outside while still allowing those who wanted to relax not feel like they can’t still have fun, SO MUCH SPACE! Truly a great home & even better owners. We will absolutely be returning to this property and can’t reco it enough. Thank you so much for being a peaceful escape for us when needed!

The company with Lizette et all was pretty straightforward, concise, clear instructions. The property itself was very clean, lots of windows, spacious. The decor was very modern, a bit sterile, not very homey feeling. There were only bath towels, no face towels, or enough hand towels in storage. No kleenex in any space, which is usually par for Airbnb to be similiar to a hotel listing. But they did have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash with soaps. I just didn't have a comfy/homey feeling here. I wrote to them a couple of times especially when I first arrived that there was a broken mirror, but never had a response about this, even though this is a big finding that I recorded before we settled in. I had to write to her again to respond on how to turn on the jacuzzi, even though I already paid for a day of heat that they didn't respond to me. That was a bit disappointing. Also, no sugar, ketchup, mustard. Basics for a barbeque home and a coffee maker. We ended up not barbequing.

Jennifer is a great host! She was quick to respond and was very helpful to solve any problems we had. She recommended a terrific restaurant for us to try.

We stayed at Veronika's house for my bachelorette party and it was perfect! We loved the pool, how close it was to the airport, and how close it was to grocery stores and downtown Palm Springs. It fit 15 of us quite comfortably, and had everything we needed in the kitchen for breakfast lunch and 2 dinners. There is a noise detector inside and outside to regulate noise since Palm Springs has rules around noise. Check in and check out were easy, and I would recommend this stay for anyone else looking for a relaxing stay with friends or family!

Armen and Suzy provided a safe, comfortable, and pleasant stay for us on very short notice. Suzy was extremely responsive, provided clear instructions, and addressed our concerns/needs. Great hosts.

We loved our stay at Elrod so much! John met us at the property and showed us around. When we walked in, music was playing throughout the home, the fireplace was on, the pool was lit up and this house is such a swanky fun vibe! The Shag artwork is fun and the whole experience was so enjoyable. The bed was so comfy and soft and the water pressure in the secondary shower was insane! Like a waterfall! We had a little trouble with the music and pool but John came right out and showed us again how to operate the system. The pool and spa were immediately fixed and it was perfect! The place is cozy and felt safe and private. Would love to stay again. Keith was so hospitable and let us stay until our flight left in the afternoon. Highly recommend!!🤩🤩

Outstanding experience from start to finish! The host and the property manager were fabulous and quickly answered the few questions I had. The lovely home is so well appointed. While the interior has been beautifully updated, the star of the show is the view--a breathtaking view of the mountains over a tee box and your own pool and spa in the backyard. The home has easy access to the airport and downtown Palm Springs. We loved going to downtown to eat at Las Casuelas Terraza and Farm. My family and I would definitely try to stay at this property on future trips to Palm Springs!

We loved our stay at the villa! It’s decorated nicely and had a well equipped kitchen with spices and all the dishes and kitchen equipment we needed to cook multiple meals. The bbq worked great and we really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub (and the gorgeous sunrise from the back yard!). It’s close to downtown and nice to walk around the neighborhood. We will book again when we come back to Palm Springs!

Absolutely Perfect Stay! Our stay in La Quinta was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how beautifully decorated the unit was—every detail was thoughtfully curated to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for some of the best sleep we’ve had while traveling. The unit was also stocked with everything you could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to extra towels and toiletries. The attention to detail was truly impressive! Communication was seamless and speedy—our host was always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s clear they take great pride in ensuring their guests have an exceptional experience. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to everything La Quinta has to offer. The amenities were top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place!!

The house is very spacious and comfortable, well stocked, great master shower, updated bathrooms, great kitchen for cooking and hanging out. The backyard is beautiful, pool and spa were lovely and we really enjoyed the views of the mountains in the daytime and stars at night. Jerry was very responsive to all our questions. The only con I would mention is that the house is near the airport. Our first night there were quite a few planes coming in to land at PSP, flying low and right over the house. Jerry mentioned this is pretty unusual, and the rest of the stay planes were noticeable but did not fly directly overhead. Would definitely still recommend, and would stay here again.

This house was perfect for my husband, myself and 4 teenagers. It was pristine inside and out. We loved the hot tub. We all loved the game room as well! Should we find ourselves traveling to that area again, we will hopefully be able to book this house.

We went up and stayed at Stacey’s property for my bachelorette trip and we couldn’t have been happier about our experience. The entire home was beautiful and extremely clean and it had ample room for all of us. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing and where we spent most of our time as well as the hammocks. All around our stay was so perfect for a peaceful getaway! We loved staying at this home and we definitely would love to come back. We highly recommend this Airbnb for all who love privacy and to have a peaceful vacation!

The stay was very comfortable and relaxing for our family of four! There were games to play and books for the kids to read, also has a PS3 for gamers! Overall a nice place to stay and will recommend to family and friends!

We had a great time! The pool was wonderful for a toddler, while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. A good walk to downtown and all the restaurants you could want.

We had 4 couples stay here and plenty of room. The lake was peaceful and a great view from the house. There were a few things missing but Greta replied immediately and had the items delivered within the hour. Very responsive!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described. The kitchen was great for cooking and had small yet incredibly useful items like seasonings, storage bags and serving items. The bedrooms were a great size with very comfortable beds! The bathrooms were well stocked with bath essentials and plenty of towels. The outside space has lots of options for hanging out and the view from in the pool is fantastic. Our only regret is not booking another night! It was a great stay and would absolutely rent again.

The house is beautiful. Every element is aesthetically pleasing - clean, modern, elegant but also cozy. I loved the primary suite, especially the resort-style bathroom. Amazing shower! The kitchen is expansive and fully-stocked. Appliances are modern/top of the line. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and quiet. The pool and hot tub were amazing. I didn't make use of the fire pit so can't comment on that. When it's very windy, the backyard can get a bit dusty - which is normal in the desert - and a very minor thing. Jill (and Terry) are excellent hosts. They were very responsive, friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to the next opportunity to be in the area and rent this house again!
