Timothy and Connie’s place was perfect for us. We felt right at home . It was clean, well Equipped and cozy. Connie was very attentive and friendly. We highly recommend staying in their place!

A wonderful stay! Perfect location to all the amenities and close to public tennis courts. Relatively closer to Indian wells Tournament as well. Our group of 5 tennis players had such a nice time. Hot Tub, Pool, Ping Pong Table, BBQ, fully functional kitchen! Best place ever. Will definitely come back again.

Easy check-in, quiet, nice pool and beds were super comfy, also the shuttle service that partners with the resort for festivals was great, absolutely recommend

We enjoyed our stay—spacious and comfortable apartment. Location was convenient…only a few minutes drive to Downtown Palm Springs. I enjoyed walking in the neighborhood near the apartment …great views of the mountains and interesting gardens and architectural homes. The restaurant Rick’s, which was across the street, has a diverse menu with very good food and prices. Thanks to the hosts for providing the information we needed and for keeping in touch during our stay.

Our family stayed for just one night. It was amazing. My wife loves furnitures. I liked bed(mattress). the mattress is super comfortable for me and makes me sleep well. If I would have a chance to stay around desert hot springs, I absolutely choose this Airbnb.

This property didn't take long to become our all time favorite place to stay when in Palm Springs. Even before setting foot inside this lovely, very well appointed home, the communication we had with the owners Jeffrey and Terry was so effortless. Always quick responses and very clear instructions on the property access, codes etc. The unit itself was just perfect... spotlessly clean and an amazing kitchen with everything we needed. The complex is situated within walking distance of the downtown area, but just far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. We will definitely be back for another stay in the future, and wish to thank Jeffrey and Terry for all they did to ensure a very pleasant getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay in La Quinta. Mark’s place is in a beautiful little community nestled in the mountain. There were pristine pools all over the community, a restaurant and guard gate so it felt safe. We would absolutely go back again. Thank you!

Worked great for our family of four, and we also had the inlaws for part of our stay. Location is great, very walkable to El Paseo for dining and shopping. House iteself was clean and comfortable. Pool and spa were great to have and easy to use, lots of seating options for outdoor enjoyment. Communication during our stay was fast, we did have an issue contacting the host prior to arrival, but during out stay very responsive. There was construction going on houses on either side, however it did not greatly detract from our trip. Location was very quiet at night. Kitchen could be better stocked (saucepans are needed), appliances were new and worked great. Very satisifed with this home.

Great stay! We loved having space for our family of four to spread out. The outdoor amenities are awesome: we made dinner on the grill, ate at the outdoor table, then enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit! During the day, we lounged by the pool (paid for heat in March - recommend) and had a family putting contest. We loved the quiet neighborhood and easy access to Joshua Tree. Recommend!

The house was perfect! Big, clean, newly renovated. Plenty of towels, supplies, and a washer and dryer (that we didn't use but was there if needed). The pool (also didn't use) was lovely. IWould stay again!

Sam's house was perfect! There was ample space, everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool area was spacious and lots of fun, and the bathrooms were immaculate - it was perfect for my husband, my brother and sister in law, their 2 kids and our dogs. Everyone had a blast! I would highly recommend staying here. Sam's instructions were also very clear and if we ever needed anything he was quick to respond. He was extremely accommodating of our early arrival too. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Sam! We hope to be back soon.

We had so much fun! Our party of 14 was able to fit comfortably in such a nice home. The home was exactly as described and shown.

The house was great. Easy to find and centrally located. Nice back patio, large couch, and well appointed kitchen for an airbnb. Neighborhood was really nice. You could hear some traffic noise from the main road, but it wasn’t bad unless you’re a really light sleeper. Beds were comfy and lots of extra blankets in the closets.

We had a great vacation! The home was beautiful, clean and fully stocked. We had lots of fun out by the pool and our host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you Danny and Justin for a wonderful winter trip! This was our third stay in this community, and this condo is truly fabulous - our best Airbnb experience to date! The condo is beautiful and comfortable, full of charming mid-century décor, and perfect for 2-4 guests. Excellent small and large appliances, well lit spaces, spotless and fresh. Easily walkable to downtown restaurants and shops. The grounds and pools are gorgeous, quiet and beautifully maintained. Danny was immediately responsive, friendly and a breeze to work with. We hated to leave and can’t wait to return!!

We are so grateful to have found roshi’s place, it was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were comfy, Roshi was very responsive with a question I had about altering the AC and the pools were very close to the unit, it was really a great stay and we plan to come back!

Kevin’s and Riley’s place is a comfortable condo in a quiet and convenient location. The hosts are quick to respond to all inquiries. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone planning a visit to Palm Springs.

Such a great stay here! Place spacious and cozy, walking distance to old town la Quinta and multiple pools to use, host responsive and friendly, will stay here again. Highly recommend!

Sally was very responsive. She is a great communicator. We loved the place. It was clean and exactly what was advertised. The only negative, and this is I think an Airbnb negative, is why am I paying a cleaning fee of over $200 when every Airbnb place I rent has a number of chores I have to do at checkout? I had a grand 7-night experience at Mike’s Palm Springs, CA offering for my first ever Midwest Chicago winter getaway Superb location for going “car-less” with short walking access to everything PS downtown has to offer & easy Uber/Lyft access to Palm Desert, PS Tramway mountain lyft & airport access. Highly recommend & very affordable

Tim is extremely responsive and provides clear instructions on the location of his place and entry instructions. Tim would always respond within 5 to 10 minutes (if not sooner) with answers to any questions we had during our stay. His place is extremely functional, clean and in a great location. We would highly recommend staying here.

This condo was the perfect stay for me & my partner. Cleanliness was a 10/10. A lot of things provided for you in the home. The space was a perfect size for your daily activities. Safe & private area. Everything was quick & easy & Art communicated with us fast if we had any questions. Recommend to any couples out there looking for an affordable weekend !
