My stay was great at this house. The host was very helpful, the house is beautiful, spotless and very well located, the staff is friendly and helpful and I felt like at home. One of the things I liked the most was that the kitchen is fully equiped and they have different placemats and beautiful serving plates.

Our family’s third time at CDC villas and this was the best so far. Everything looked exactly like the photos - comfortable and good quality indoor and outdoor furniture, TVs, bathrooms, etc. Very clean without smelling like chemicals. The staff was incredible with delicious meals everyday, service beyond our expectations, and ease with our young children’s chaos. The location is central with easy access to the Hotel and Golf Center, Minitas Beach, Marina, and Altos de Chavon. Highly recommend.

My stay at Fredo’s place was excellent. Fredo was very friendly and flexible. I highly recommend Fredo’s place for a fun time in La Romana.

We had an amazing time! The villa was perfect, it had several spacious bedrooms and a great living room area. The pool and barbecue area were very private and the staff was extremely kind and helpful.

Lina, what a beautiful home you have. This place is absolutely amazing. Very local, but I felt safe. EVERYONE was so friendly. The cohost and her son were so helpful. I could not recommend coming here enough. We did run into issues with the power going out a few times. In that case I do recommend a backup generator. But, on those days we would spend most our time at the beach. Power was usually on once we returned. If you are looking for local and a real Dominican experience. I recommend coming here. Thank you so much for everything.

El lugar es impecable, muy buena ubicación.

I really love this place. It’s perfect very cozy and well put together. Love the way you thought about everyone meaning have activities for everyone to enjoy. Was surprise to see the coffee station which I love, and the kids were super excited about the popcorn machine. I think is perfect just the way it is. No updates should be done. Definitely recommend this to everyone.

We had a phenomenal stay at Margarita’s place. We were a group of 7 and were very comfortable. Check in was seamless and the staff at the villa were phenomenal. No complaints and highly recommended.

muy amigable, eramos como de la familia, amamos cada segundo el cual estuvimos, la señora pilar y la señora ingrid, muy pendientes todo el tiempo, lo recomiendo 1000 veces, una experiencia espectacular, la casa muy hermosa, limpia con toda la dotacion necesaria, aceptan mascotas...

Es un lugar tranquilo para descansar y estar con tu familia, muy limpio y cualquier cosa que necesites te responde rápido es un lugar que te sientes como en casa todo muy bien 🙏🏾

Impossibile trovare un Host migliore di Alessandra, la sua disponibilita' e' stata imbarazzante, sempre pronta a rispondere e consigliare, puntualissima, insomma, davvero impossibile che potesse fare di piu'! La casa era perfetta, ci siamo trovati davvero come a casa nostra, la bellissima piscina e' la classica ciliegina sulla torta. Abbiamo passato una vacanza meravigliosa grazie alla comodita', pulizia e posizione dell'alloggio. La parte esterna della casa e' attrezzata con tutto il necessario ed in un posto cosi', avere uno spazio esterno e' qualcosa di unico. E' certo che, per le nostre prossime vacanza in Bayahibe, torneremo felicemente nella casa di Alessandra sperando di trovarla libera. Approfitto della recensione per ringraziare Alessandra per la sua disponibilita', educazione e precisione.

Everything was as described. Arturo is a great host who promptly and clearly communicates all pertinent information. Loved the area since nearby restaurants by the beach are a great value for your money. Highly recommend Vista Del Mar by La Caleta beach. Would definitely come back to this house if I'm in the area. Arturo is an excellent host and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. My rating for this place is above 5 stars.

I want to take the time to say thank you for everything. our time at your house was beyon expectation. the house is breath taking. I felt secure because Willy was present and He really make our stay amazing. If you’re looking for Paradise this house is all you need. The house is Very spacious.

Experiencia genial!!! La estancia super equipada, facil de llegar, hermosamente decorada y con todo lo necesario. Toallas dobladas tipo hotel y unas camas comodisimas. 100% recomendado. Volveremos pronto.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! Syra was very helpful with everything and the check in was easy. The area is amazing but we even chose to spend a few nights in the house because the design was so fun! I highly suggest!

La casa di Denise è fantastica, pulita, ordinata, con tutto quello che serve per una permanenza tranquilla e "completa". È stata un host speciale, attenta e presente, ha risposto ad ogni dubbio con educazione ed estrema gentilezza. Non ho trovato difetti, siamo stati benissimo e torneremmo altre 100 volte. Vicina alle spiagge, supermercati, ristoranti, farmacia, c'è tutto quello che serve.

Everything was great and house was beautiful and house staff was incredibly helpful and sweet. Only thing was that when we got there golf cart was broken so we had to rent new ones but Fernando have us a discount on the air bnb because of the inconvenience and extra money spent.

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia en esta villa. He rentado muchos alojamientos en distintas ciudades y paises, debo decirles que esta ha sido mi mejor experiencia. Edy es increible de atento y servicial. Responde muy rapido. Las fotos que ven en la publicacion no ayuda mucho porque en persona la casa es espectacular, mucho mas bonito de como se ve en las fotos. Es super amplia, acogedora y muy bien equipada, limpio, los muebles muy bonitos, moderna. Se siente mucha tranquilidad en los alrededores. Vale la pena 200%, muy bien recomendada.
