The villa is very big and beautiful. It can fit big groups comfortably. The view is just great. You will have the sea in front of you and will be able to enjoy the pool and jacuzzis in such a stunning landscape. The place is in a rural area so be aware it is better to bring everything you will need in advance. In any case, Edward will be around to help you with whatever you require. He was super helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we had all we needed at home. I totally recommend this place for your holidays.

muy amigable, eramos como de la familia, amamos cada segundo el cual estuvimos, la señora pilar y la señora ingrid, muy pendientes todo el tiempo, lo recomiendo 1000 veces, una experiencia espectacular, la casa muy hermosa, limpia con toda la dotacion necesaria, aceptan mascotas...

Beautiful apartment with all the amenities that you need to cook meals and sleep comfortably! No AC in the common area but there is AC in the bedrooms. Without a rental car, you will be dependent on expensive taxis. Ubers are not reliable. Playa Caleta beach itself is walkable. As 3 young woman we received many cat calls and not feel safe to be out after dark. The beach was peaceful to enjoy in the mornings! The back yard patio area was a beautiful space. The gated community felt very safe. The host was incredible and accommodated our early check in and late check out.

The place we rented and the host were both great, no major complaints. The house is very spacious and well equipped overall. The host was always helpful and available. Two suggestions for the house: knifes that actually cut and new dishwashing sponges would be appreciated. The area per se is still work in progress, very few restaurants, no decent grocery stores nearby (finding food was not easy), there is still a lot of construction around and it gets noisy sometimes. As for DR as a destination, this was the last time we went there. The police is corrupt and they stop you on the road just to get cash from you. I obviously don’t like to have to pay a bribe (we had to pay $80 the one time we were stopped on the highway) but my main concern is what would happen to my family if we don’t have the cash. And, you can be stopped multiple times on the same trip. I don’t put up with these type of unsafe situations, especially when the safety of my family is at risk.

El alojamiento es tal cual las fotos, muy bonito y ordenado, amplio para 7 personas. Jasmine estuvo siempre al pendiente, tuvimos un inconveniente en nuestra salida con nuestro carro y el encargado de la casa nos ayudó bastante, muy servicial.

Excelente lugar, atenciones y buena comunicación con el propietario. Recomendado 100%

Ha sido perfecto… Espacioso, limpio, y la zona de la piscina espectacular… Súper recomendable. Todo lo que necesitabas estaba a tu disposición solo con una llamada. Precioso lugar!

Disfrutamos demasiado quedarnos en este lindo apartamento. Muy limpio y con una excelente ubicación cerca de restaurantes , markets y una hermosa playa. Volveremos muy pronto !!!

Would recommend a new coffee maker, the one in the house was damaged. The BBQ grill was in bad condition, kind of dangerous and could create a fire, I think it really needs attention. All other amenities were excellent. Thank you Jose and your team.

The property is as beautiful as you see it in the pictures. Everything is up to date and automated to 2022 standards. The property is situated in an extremely safe community with amazing amenities. The host (Emile) was very professional and made sure that everything was handled proficiently.

We have stayed at hotel ar Casa de Campo a few times but this time as we were 4 adult friends we opted to rent house to have more privacy. We were so Happy we our decision. Beds were super comfortable. The breakfast prepared by Gladys were the best. Having fresh fruits Cut up for beach trips and kitchen for our leftovers was great.

Very nice property. Victoria was great at communicating with us. Easy check in and check out. Very clean and was very affordable. We had a private pool and BBQ as well. Everything was spread out nicely. Will be back for sure.

Great host! Would definitely stay there again if given the opportunity to make the trip.

My family and I spent a month on this property and felt right at home. I was able to work remotely with no issues. Gloria, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. AnaCristina was so wonderful and attentive - we miss her already! Overall, we had a great time at Tres Palmas. The property was excatly as pictured and so well-maintained. We are already thinking about returning next summer.

La experiencia en general fue muy buena, el lugar es perfecto, amplio y agradable. Les recomiendo contactar con Milagros para la ubicación antes de llegar, la de la publicación lleva a un lugar no agradable

Me encantó el lugar , el señor Roger fue muy atento y responsable con nuestra estancia. excelente lugar para compartir con la familia y los amigos, puedo decir que tengo casa en romana :) ... me fui feliz 😍
