wunderschöne ,mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Wohnung, Mit allem was man braucht und viel Platz! Wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Von der Terrasse (es gibt 3) hat man einen wundervollen Blick über die Bucht von Lerici , sehr freundliche Gastgeber, wir empfehlen Sie und kommen gerne wieder, es gibt noch viel zu entdecken....mille Grazie

We had a great time. Franco welcomed us with such a friendliness and courtesy that we felt right at home. The apartment offers everything we could ask for. It’s not a luxurious place, but it’s made with love and personality. We would come back anytime and recommend this airbnb to everybody who doesn’t need bells and whistles, but a familiar atmosphere and a well designed apartment.

Everything is fantastic communication was on point and the place is absolutely beautiful would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in Cinque Terre, Bracco at Stefano's place was great. Stefano and his family were very nice and welcoming. Check-in went without any problems, Stefano explained everything to us perfectly and guided us. The apartment was clean, we had everything we needed and the view of the bay is unique. The place of accommodation is very convenient both for a trip to the Cinque Terre and for trips to the sea and swimming. We highly recommend the accommodation.

Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la zona di Carrara e le sue cave, ma anche come partenza per i sentieri nelle bellissime montagne circostanti. Piera è disponibile e gentile, mi ha dato suggerimenti per trovare un posto in cui cenare.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement de Massimiliano. Magnifique bâtisse avec une vue imprenable sur La Spezia et appartement spacieux. L'Osteria nous permet de prendre le petit déjeuner (Merci Silvia pour les bons gâteaux!) et nous pouvons même cuisiner et dîner en compagnie des autres voyageurs si nous le souhaitons. Le départ du chemin de randonnée pour aller en direction de Riomaggiore est juste à l'entrée de la résidence et c'est vraiment un plus pour les randonneurs qui souhaitent visiter les 5 Terre à pied ! Nous recommandons à 100%.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, top ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage 1a, Bahnhof (fürs Auto gibt es einen Stellplatz, vor Ort wird es nicht benötigt) Restaurants und Strand sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Daniele war unkompliziert und schnell. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a very nice holiday in La Spezia and the Cinque Terre. The apartment had everything we needed and it’s well situated. Nicolas was very kind and allowed us to drop off our bags before the chek-in time and leave them after check-out at the end of our stay.

Everything was perfect! Friendly and very helpful host. Flexible with Check-in. Easy and fast Communication. Very clean, quiet and spacious. Good located, close to railway-Station and to the City Center. We would definitivly recommend the place!

Wir haben wunderschöne 8 Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung war in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl. Als Familie zu fünft mit Hundebegleitung bietet die Wohnung mit ihren drei Schlafzimmern, einem großem Wohnzimmer und Wohnküche sowie drei Balkonen ausreichend Platz. Der Strand und Promenade ist fußläufig in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Trotz seiner direkten Lage am Meer und Promenade ist es sehr ruhig da sich das Gebäude in einer Seitenstraße zum Jachthafens befindet. Vom Balkon aus, hat man eine eine einzigartige Sicht auf das Meer. Um die Ecke der Wohnung befindet sich ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen bei dem man sehr gute und frische Lebensmittel kaufen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

El apartamento es exactamente como se ve y describe en las fotos, muy bonito, limpio y nos recibieron con una botella de vino, café y muchas otras deliciosas cosas que nos sirvieron para nuestro desayuno. Esta en un muy buen sitio, tranquilo, seguro y muy cerca de todo, se puede caminar hasta la estación de tren y al muelle para ir visitar La Spezia y Cinque Terre. Maximiliano y su esposa Elisa estuvieron muy pendientes de nuestra llegada y durante nuestra estancia de que todo estuviera bien, agradecemos también que Maximiliano llevó a su hermano Simone para que nos diera toda la información que necesitábamos en español. Muchas gracias a todos ellos por hacer nuestra estancia en Casa Dora muy placentera, volvería a alejarme allá si vuelvo a La Spezia😊

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. Close to the beach, everything was close by. We stayed here and visited Cinque Terre and Lucca. Would definitely recommend this lovely home.

Wir haben uns von Anfang bis zum Ende bei Tiziana sehr wohl gefühlt. Die diskrete freundliche Art von Tiziana war äußerst angenehm. Die stilvoll und künstlerisch eingerichtete Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Unterkunft liegt 10-15 Fahrradminuten vom Strand entfernt und 5 Fahrradminuten von der wunderschönen Altstadt Pietrasanta. Die Tipps von Tiziana für Kunst und Kultur waren für uns vor Ort und in der Umgebung sehr hilfreich. Kurzum, wir hatten hier eine wunderschöne Zeit.

eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft wenn man mit paar Freunden die Stätte in der Nähe angucken will wie zb. Pisa, Portofino, Genua, La Spezia oder an verschiedene Strände gehen will... unten in der Stadt gibt wirklich sehr viele schöne und billige Restaurants man hat tagsüber und abends einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer/Hafen.. nur zu empfehlen

Dom położony na wzgórzu, z widokiem na kamieniołom marmuru (polecam wziąć lornetkę) i na zatokę z miastem. Zadbany ogród, na którym jest basen sięgający do klatki piersiowej, leżaki z parasolem, taras z widokiem, hamaki. Dom duży, dwa salony, 4 sypialnie, 2 łazienki, duża kuchnia, której nic nie brakowało. Jest kącik dla dzieci i mini siłownia. Wnętrze w stylu włoskim z lat 90 i bardzo trzeba uważać na marmur, który jest wszędzie: Klatka schodowa, blat w kuchni, podłogi, akcesoria. Gospodyni bardzo podkreśla uważanie na niego. Kontakt z Laurą bezproblemowy. Mieliśmy problem z komarami to kupiła nam spreje i urządzenie. Okolica jest dosyć uboga, na spacery średnia bo stromo..W okolicznej wsi jest bar z piwem, sklepik z małym asortymentem, piekarnia i apteka. Minusy: stromy, kręty i wąski wjazd. Cieknące jacuzzi na balkonie, słaby internet, nie można skorzystać z Netflixa, zatykający się prysznic na górze. Nieprzyjemny zapach stęchlizny. Jesteśmy zadowoleni wrócilibyśmy tutaj napewno.

La casa era spaziosa e ben posizionata. Aveva 3 camere da letto e 4 letti, una cucina ben attrezzata, un ampio soggiorno e anche un parcheggio privato per l’auto che abbiamo noleggiato. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e attento durante tutto il soggiorno. È stata un’ottima scelta per il nostro viaggio
