La Spezia : locations de villas de vacances

We just returned from a weeklong stay at this beautiful villa, two families with kids ranging in age from 2 years old to 9 years old. The villa is fairly secluded but we had no problems finding it just through Google maps. The property is essentially fully enclosed so we did not have to worry about the kids wandering onto the roads. The house was extremely clean. Both kitchens were fully stocked with all the pots, utensils and serveware that you need. The outdoors was the best! Beautiful pool cleaned daily; not sure if pool was warmed but it was hot enough outside to keep the temp extremely comfortable. Behind the pool is the beautiful vineyard and volleyball area. The owners were so friendly; they gave us giant baskets of garden veggies and another basket of snacks and so much homemade wine. Elena/Ester were so helpful. The Conad is within 8 minutes away and had lots of fresh produce. We drove into Aulla for coffee and pastries (10 min away). Great base to stay with kids!

Très jolie maison située dans un endroit calme. Nous étions 12 dont 5 enfants et2 adolescents et tout le monde a beaucoup apprécié la très belle piscine et le jardin. Il y avait une salle de jeu pour les enfants. Claudio était très disponible et aimable lorsque nous avions des questions. Merci à lui également pour ses conseils

Rewelacyjne miejsce na odpoczynek. Byliśmy z żoną, 2 dzieci i psem. Po przyjeździe dostaliśmy dużo informacji odnośnie lokalnych atrakcji, restauracji, jak zwiedzać Cinque Terre i Portofino. Davide sprawił że od początku pobytu czujesz się rewelacyjnie. Czujesz że ktoś dba o to żebyś czuł się tutaj dobrze. Dom jak na zdjęciach w pełni wyposażoną kuchnią, dwoma łazienkami i klimatyzacją w pokojach na górze. Czysto i domowo. Po tygodniu wymiana ręczników i pościeli. Basen z cudownym widokiem. Pomidory i bazylia z ogrodu do dyspozycji gości, super. Dziękujemy za cudowne wakacje i odpoczynek. Polecam wszystkim a gospodarzowi bardzo dziękujemy za ten pobyt. Już chcemy tam wrócić.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Der Pool ist schön sauber und tief. Die Zimmer gross und mit gemütlichen Betten. Allgemein ist das ganze Haus sehr schön und Ruihg. Zudem gibt es einen Parkplatz im Inneren. Zum Entspannen perfekt. Man braucht aber jeweils ein Auto wenn man weiter möchte, das sollte aber für die meisten kein Problem sein. Danke an Elisabetta für die super Hilfe vor Ort!

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen in der toskanischen Landschaft, von wo man einen wundervollen Ausblick über die Landschaft hat. Die Kommunikation fand auf Englisch mit dem Sohn von Gianluca mittels Textnachrichten statt. Er hat immer sofort geantwortet auf Fragen und Belange. Vor Ort zur Übergabe ist Gianluca dagewesen. Ein Assistent für technische Angelegenheiten und Wartung der Anlage wohnt nicht weit entfernt und ist daher schnell erreichbar. Die Kommunikation ist daher sehr gut abgelaufen! Das Grundstück mit Pool, Aussicht und allem was in der Beschreibung enthalten ist, hat uns alles geboten, um unsere Woche dort entspannt auf dem Gelände zu verbringen. Definitiv also zu empfehlen. Wir erwägen eindeutig wieder zu kommen!

Die Villa Civetta befindet sich in der Nähe von Sestri Levante, eine wünderschön malerische Stadt. Im Haus fehlte es an nichts, wir haben uns einfach Wohlgefühl und auf der Terrasse den ruhigen Abend genossen nach Strand und Ausflügen. Danke Paola für den schönen erholsamen Aufenthalt

Abbiamo passato una magnifica settimana nella casa di Vincenzo. Eravamo 2 famiglie con bambini (5 in totale). Gli spazi in casa sono stati perfetti per accogliere tutti. La posizione, a 15 minuti di auto dalle spiagge di Lido di Camaiore e a 35 minuti dalla bellissima Lucca, si è rivelata perfetta. Fuori dal caos, immersi nel verde e nella tranquillità. Vincenzo poi è un super host! Amichevole e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato.

Amazing stay. Super easy to get to the mountains and the coast and a beautiful vineyard nearby for wine tasting. Walkable to some lovely restaurants. Place was large and spotless. Alessandro was very responsive when we had a slight issue on our second night and resolved it within 10mins. Would recommend to everyone.

This house is a wonderful getaway with unbelievable views of the town and Mediterranean Sea below. It’s surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees. You can hear the highway below so if you need total silence be aware. The drive up to the house is nerve wracking if you are not used to small mountain roads and the driveway is very steep, so be aware of that as well. Our group of 8 adults and 1 baby had a wonderful relaxing time and Lavagna is a cute beach town with restaurants and ice cream. Such an amazing place to stay!

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i leiligheten til Roberta. Vi bodde der 5 netter, 2 voksene og 2 barn. Det var en fin leilighet med god plass. Leiligheten var ren, sengene gode og kjøkkenet er velutstyrt. Hagen og badebassenget er fantastisk! Leiligheten ligger bare noen minutter fra Pietrasanta som er en koselig liten by med fine butikker og koselige restauranter. Havet og strendene er bare 10 min unna. Tok turer til Pisa og Lucca (ca 30 min med bil) og cinque terre ( ein god time med bil). Roberta var svært hjelpsom og lett å kommunisere med. Svarer raskt. Fekk gode tips om restauranter og events i nærheten. Adriana som tok i mot oss bodde i nabohuset. Hun var veldig snill og hjelpsom. Hun serverte oss nydelig italiensk frukost to morgener. Takk for oss, Vi kommer gjerne tilbake. Anbefaler på det varmeste!

What a wonderful place with a spectacular view. Plenty of room but steep stairs to each level and a bit of a goat track to get to the property. Other than that, it was absolutely wonderful. Nicolo's was very helpful with ideas and recommendations and the instructions for the property were very well communicated. If you do not have any physical restrictions, then this is the perfect place to escape, especially if you have a big group.

Tout d’abord accueil vraiment sympathique, merci beaucoup. Très jolie villa de 4 chambres à coucher sur deux étages au calme. Nous étions un groupe de huit adultes à la mi-septembre 2024. Beaucoup d’espace, 2 grandes cuisines bien aménagées. Une grande terrasse couverte et illuminée avec barbecue et grande table avec une vue absolument incroyable (étage du haut), piscine sympa. La voiture est une nécessité, ça grimpe, d’où la vue 😍. Je le recommande fortement. Il y a juste quelques petites bricoles à revoir. La maison ne date pas d’hier, c’est donc normal mais on s’y est senti comme à la maison. Un chaleureux merci 👍🏻😀

Maartje was een geweldige host, samen met haar man helpen ze je bij alles. Bij aankomst werd de baggage naar boven gebracht en ze hield rekening met de tijd dat we aankwamen, we konden zelfs zonder boodschappen te doen of te koken, in het verblijf eten en drinken, dat was helemaal voorbereid. De volgende dag kwam ze uitgebreid vertellen wat je allemaal in de omgeving kan doen! Genoten van ons verblijf, voor herhaling vatbaar. Het huis zag er van binnen geweldig uit, het was erg leuk ingericht en erg luxe met in elke kamer een eigen badkamer en opstaan met een geweldig uitzicht.

Wir durften einen wundervollen Urlaub in Sabrinas Haus genießen - der perfekte Ort um richtig abzuschalten. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, wir haben gegrillt, Pizza gebacken und viel gut gekocht - es war herrlich! Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Haus war insgesamt sehr gepflegt - man spürt wie viel Liebe Sabrina hinrin steckt, das ist wirklich schön. Danke Sabrina für Deine Gastfreundschaft! Well - what a tremendous and charming villa plus superb location. Our two families really loved our week with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their chosen activity: top pool and loungers, hip bar, lots of games available, pizza oven and bbq proved a success, lush mountain views at the breakfast table and shady and fragrant lunches underneath a arbor of jasmine. Loris our caretaker was very hands on, responsive, helpful and made the best tiramisu! We were very sad to leave! Would recommend: a trip to see the marble quarries, Pietrasanta and the Cinqueterra - all within 50minutes drive of the Licciana Nardi. Famille Hickeys and Chiaruccis.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Olympia war einfach traumhaft! Schon beim Ankommen wurden wir vom sehr freundlichen Vermieter Fabrizio herzlich empfangen, der uns alles gezeigt hat und während des gesamten Aufenthalts für Fragen zur Verfügung stand und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns direkt wie zu Hause fühlten Die Villa war absolut sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Krönung war der atemberaubende Ausblick: Von der Terrasse und dem Poolbereich konnten wir das Panorama über das Meer, die Hügel und den Lago di Massaciuccoli geniessen. Der Aussenbereich und der Pool sind ein Highlight für sich und perfekt zum Entspannen und Sonnenbaden. Wer einen Ort sucht, an dem Luxus und Natur perfekt harmonieren, wird hier fündig. Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ort für unseren Urlaub wünschen können und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch in der Villa Olympia! Wir können die Villa Olympia uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We had an excellent stay. It was very relaxing and a beautiful property in a wonderful location. We ventured out a few times but mostly relaxed by the pool. We had a bit of trouble finding the place as it is secluded and down a fairly rough trail and we approached from the wrong direction. I suggest this is clarified for future visitors. Paola was great though and came to meet us and guide us to the property.

Schönes großes Haus mit schönem Pool und tollem Garten mit vielen Olivenbäumen sowie einer großen In- und Outdoor Küche. Ausreichend Platz mit vielen verschiedenen Sitz- und Liegenöglichkeiten. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche dort.

la casa di Sanda è veramente interessante con ampi spazi e molto comoda. la casa è datata, ma contiene degli elementi vintage molto belli. Non manca nulla e la piscina e lo spazio esterno sono fantastici. Sanda è stata molto gentile e disponibile.

Franco ist ein super toller Gastgeber, der Empfang und die Verabschiedung waren sehr persönlich und herzlich. Franco hat sehr gute Tipps und ist immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses ist herrlich zwischen vielen Ölivenbäumen, ruhig gelegen mit einem traumhaften Blick über das Magra-Tal zum Meer, einfach unbezahlbar. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, direkt neben dem schönen malerischen alten Dörfchen Castelnuovo Magra. Das Meer ist nur ca. 15Min entfernt, die Steinbrüche von Carrara sind auch in der Nähe (sehr empfehlenswert), Pisa und Florenz sowie Cinque Terre sind ebenfalls in der Gegend. Es war ein toller Urlaub, vielen Dank Franco.

The pictures do not do this location justice! The view from the outdoor table, pool, and many balconies is unbelievable. The house is nestled in a very quiet, secluded spot and is perfect for relaxing. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfortable. Marius is the most helpful, responsive host, helping us with any questions we had and providing excellent local recommendations. We didn’t want to leave!
