Santiago was responsive and helpful. The house is very spacious, accommodated 7 adults and 4 children with ease. There is a large fenced off area in the back where children can play safely.

Ein grosses, sehr schönes Haus, ideal für Familien! Ausgestattet mit einem sauberen Pool, einem Trampolin, Pingpong-Tisch, kleinem Fussballfeld,… Man hat alles, was man braucht! Torques und seine Familie sind super lieb und sympathisch und jederzeit erreichbar. Er gab uns viele Ratschläge. Bequeme und saubere Betten. Sehr ruhig gelegen, ca. 25 Minuten von Valencia City entfernt. Ein Auto ist notwendig, z. B. zum einkaufen. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und sehr zu empfehlen! Wir haben es sehr genossen!

El alojamiento es amplio y cómodo para las 8 personas que reservamos, tanto las habitaciones como espacios comunes. El porche es súper práctico para comidas, cuenta con barbacoa y piscina… y un plus el poder meter los coches dentro del chalet. El trato el Myriam ha sido inmejorable, fue muy atenta en todo momento y flexible y disponible con horas de entrada y salida. Muy buena experiencia!

We had a pleasant stay in Juan's place. The house was spotless and had good amenities. More than anything the place was quiet and we felt safe. Juan was ready to answer all our queries.

Adela war von der Buchung bis zu Ende des Aufenthaltes immer erreichbar und es wurde jede Frage sehr schnell beantwortet und Adela war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Man hat sich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Haus ist geräumig und gut geschnitten. Das Haus geht über 2 Etagen. Der Wohn-und Ess Bereich ist so groß, dass wir mit 8 Erwachsenen Gästen viel Platz hatten. Sehr großer und gepflegter Außenbereich mit einem tollen und sauberen Pool, den wir leider nicht nutzen konnten, weil es zu kalt war. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch, dass der Parkplatz im Hof Platz für mindestens drei Autos hat. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend. Liebe Adela, Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt und deine Gastfreundschaft!

We were a group of 10 and we stayed at Cristina's place for one night. The place is spacious and modern, with two separate rooftop terraces and a bbq setup on the top one. Check-in was perfect, Cristina was waiting for us and made a little tour of the house. We were also greeted with a bottle of wine. There are 3 separate bathrooms, so we could get ready in the evening without any issues. I'd absolutely recommend the place and I hope I come back again soon!

No solo coincide al 100% la descripción, además la estancia ha sido muy buena. Fernando muy atento, nos ha recomendado donde comer, como movernos por allí, todo lo que necesitaramos. Sin duda lo recomendamos. .

Desde el primero momento, Laura fue súper amable y flexible. Nos dio muchísimas recomendaciones para poder ir al centro de la ciudad. Además, nos dejó un montón de cosas en el alojamiento para desayunar, picar y fruta, también toallas para el baño, gel, champú, etc A la hora de salir también nos dio muchísima flexibilidad de horarios y recomendaciones para comer un buen arroz. Una experiencia totalmente de 10!!

Absolutely an amazing Airbnbs . More beautiful than the photos—warm, welcoming, and truly felt like a home. It had everything we could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen to an incredible backyard perfect for relaxing or spending time as a family. Communication was excellent—super responsive and quick to help with anything. Clear instructions made check-in and the whole stay smooth and stress-free. Perfect for families or anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped home away from home. We’d absolutely stay again!

Totalmente recomendable el apartamento de Luis! Muy felices con nuestra estancia. Es mucho más amplio y mejor de lo que se logra ver en las fotos incluso. Muy limpio el piso en si como las toallas y sábanas. También está muy bien equipado con todo lo que puedas necesitar (especialmente una lavadora que se agradece mucho si estás varios días) Zona linda y calmada pero bien comunicada

Everything we needed for a family stay. i especially loved the wealth of towels, including beach towels which was so handy! there were also loads of toys, buckets for the beach, high chair baby bath, washing machine. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was really well equipped with lots of essentials. José was friendly and helpful and it was super clean. we had a two year old and five year old and it was an easy walk to the beach.

Esther es una anfitriona de 10. Ha sido muy amable y atenta y toda la información que nos había proporcionado sobre el piso ha sido fiel a la realidad. El piso era estupendo, muy amplio, ordenado, acogedor y funcional. El único detalle que no nos ha encantado es su ubicación. No conocíamos la zona y al llegar nos resultó algo insegura, sobre todo para pasear con niños. Todo lo demás, de 10.

Myself, my husband and 2 children (2 and 5) had a great family trip to Valencia with Nuria’s place being the perfect base. We visited the Bioparc, oceanographic, science museum, Gulliver’s park, old town and used the tourist bus! Not forgetting the beach every day! The accommodation was all that we needed for our quiet evenings as we were out the rest of the time. We all slept upstairs which was fine but older children/adults probably would prefer the proper bed downstairs rather than the sofa bed in the hallway.

Irene is a super friendly and responsive host! The “casita” in Cabanyal is on a quiet part of Cabanyal and I just discovered my favorite coffee & croissants at the end of the street at Gélatica. A huge 5* for the host Irene, the perfect location, and amenities 🙌

Le logement etait parfait et correspondait au descriptif. La communication a été très fluide. Nous avions à disposition tout ce qu'il fallait et le jardin est magnifique.

Vam ser 6 persones i un nadó. La nostra estància va ser molt còmode. El nadó de 4 mesos va poder dormir en una cuna. No vam sentir sorolls de nit, i vam dormir molt bé. Les estàncies eren totes molt netes, els llençols també. Vam tenir una experiència molt bona i, sense cap mena de dubte si tornem per allà, voldrem tornar a reservar la mateixa casa!

Hosts couldnt be more welcoming to their home, they live next door and available and willing to answer any questions in person or via messaging. Great directions to the villa with google map locations supplied by message It was spotlessly clean with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The driveway to the rear is a little steep but there is plenty of parking on a quiet road in front of the Villa. We didnt have a problem with driveway but some nervous drivers may find it a challenge. It is located in a quiet area but close to both the Ricardo Tormo race circuit and Valencia. We had all just left the day the terrible storm and flood hit, luckily for us, and Flo messaged us a few times to check we were all safe.. a true gentleman. Our thoughts go out to the people of Valencia and wish you the best in recovering from this terrible event. Thank you Flo and Layla, we will be back in the future

Nous avons découvert un endroit merveilleux et des personnes adorables. La villa Rosita est un endroit merveilleux, la villa qui est habitées par les propriétaires est somptueuse, et que dire du jardin qui est extraordinaire et dont nous avons pu profiter. Le logement proposé est dans le prolongement de la villa et totalement indépendant. On avait accès à la très grande piscine du logement et on a aussi pu profiter de la terrasse. L’environnement est paisible car au milieu de plantations d’agrumes. Le logement en lui même est très bien équipé, très agréable, grand et climatisé. Et que dire des parents d’Alejandro qui habitent la villa et qui nous ont accueilli… des gens formidables et d’une extrême gentillesse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour qui restera dans nos mémoires. Un immense merci à Alejandro et ses parents.

le logement correspond au photo et à la description. Il est idéalement situé : à 100 m d'une boulangerie très correcte, à 300 m de la grande plage, à 600 m du Mercadona, à 100 m d'un loueur de vélo lowcost super sympa et surtout dans le secteur des anciens pêcheurs qui est extrêmement typique. La chambre est à l'arrière du logement et donc très calme. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.
