la Vall d'Uixó : locations de maisons de vacances

Una estancia espectacular en familia, 4 personas y 3 perritos. Hemos estado un fin de semana y se nos ha hecho corto. Ha sido incluso mejor de lo que pensábamos. El terreno enorme, una casa muy espaciosa, limpia y ordenada, y una piscina espectacular. Salva no nos puso ningun impedimento en la llegada ni en la salida, muy flexible e incluso nos ayudó a llegar. Muy receptivo y amable. La casa ofrece una tranquilidad impresionante, se esta fenomenal, tiene mucho jardín y nuestros 3 perritos lo han pasado en grande correteando por todo. Además está todo bien vallado y super seguro para ellos. Tiene una zona de BBQ y todas las instalaciones estan en perfectas condiciones. Ha sido espectacular estar en casa de Salva, y su atención aún mejor. Seguro que repetiremos. Estamos encantados, no podíamos haber elegido mejor. Sin duda ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful villa in Sagunto just a 5 minute walk to the quiet Almarda Beach. The villa had all the amenities for the adults and children. The kids loved the trampoline and running around the big garden. The pool was lovely too however didn’t get in it much as it’s too cold this time of year. Maribel was so accommodating and met us upon arrival to go through everything about the accommodation. She was available on the phone if ever we had a question. The villa is really pretty with lovely big bedrooms. The host is very organised with every piece of kitchen equipment you could think of which made evenings really helpful. Overall we were over the moon with our stay and hope to come again. Becky & family xx

Very friendly host and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, but cosy. It had everything we needed. The house is out of the center, but we found everything within walking distance. Enjoyable terras and clean swimming pool. The neighbourhood has many dogs barking at you when you walk by. It does not disturb when you're at the house, however if you're scared of dogs there is no way of avoiding them when walking to and from the house. Highly recommend the place if you don't wish to be in the center.

Todo excelente, Miryam muy amable siempre pendiente de nosotros, la cocina muy amplia con todo lo necesario para la cantidad de personas que fuimos. Las hab muy comodas y todo limpio y ordenado. Fenomenal el ambiente y la tranquilidad

Magnifique Séjour. logement plus que excellent. maison propre et super calme. nous avons passer une semaine géniale. Cristina est une super hôte et je recommande à 100%. nous reviendrons.

Nick and Jeremy were great hosts and although live above we only saw them when we needed something. You have everything you need and the pool and table tennis kept the kids happy. BBQ and terrace were used every night and the living room was great with freeview and wifi so you can carry on working if needed. Nick and Jeremy cooked for us for one night and the food was amazing special mention to the banoffee pie! We would certainly recommend this villa and will be returning I am sure.

Everything was nice, clean, and organized. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. I would stay here again.

Ich habe mich vom 1. Augenblick wohl und heimelig gefühlt und das Haus hat uns für jeden Regentropfen im außen entschädigt…einfach mal im Bett bleiben, weil es einen Dauerregentag gab, war Mega erholsam… Die Wohngegend war die Schönste von Alcossebre und ich habe den Fußweg zum Supermarkt geliebt…

We were not left disappointed. Marcela provided us with clear instructions on how to get into the property. The property itself was as described, if anything bigger than expected - plenty of space to relax! We enjoyed the outside space and made use of the grill during our stay. The area itself is quiet with many opportunities for hikes. The supermarket is a 5 minutes away.

Espe’s place was fantastic. A great location for walking to the beach, the bus/ metro stops, and the local market. The area felt really friendly and there were excellent local bakeries and bars. A large nearby park was a great bonus for our 6 year old. The house was spotless, well proportioned and had comfortable beds. Getting in and out of the house with keyless entry was really easy.

Ofrece una tranquilidad inigualable, esta casa rural es el lugar perfecto para escapar del bullicio de la ciudad y reconectar con la naturaleza. La casa ha sido restaurada con un cuidado meticuloso, combina elementos rústicos tradicionales con todas las comodidades modernas que puedas necesitar. Cuenta con una cocina completamente equipada, perfecta para preparar tus propias comidas. El entorno de la casa, cuidado al detalle, es ideal para disfrutar de la tranquilidad y la naturaleza en familia. Altamente recomendable.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this accommodation! Everything was impeccable – from the cleanliness of the place to the quiet and relaxing atmosphere of the resort. Ivone is an extraordinary host, attentive to all the details and always available to provide help or useful recommendations. The location is ideal, close to excellent restaurants, a well-stocked supermarket with affordable prices and, most importantly, in a quiet area, perfect for rest. I highly recommend this accommodation and we would definitely come back here!

Excelente lugar para desconectar de la rutina ya que estas en la montaña, zona muy tranquila, excelente si tienes mascota. La casita muy mona y muy bien preparada con todo lo indispensable para pasar la estancia lo mas cómoda posible. Nos encanto mucho la casa, lo único que añadiríamos nosotros serian unas mosquiteras en las ventanas y a ser posible unas cortinas para una mayor privacidad pese a que la vivienda esta rodeada por una valla de cañitas con lo que seria una mayor privacidad para el interior. En rasgos generales muy agradable y con opción a repetir estancia. El día de irnos se nos acercaron para conocernos y son muy amables y muy considerados.

Hemos hecho la reserva con Carlos y no podemos estar más contentos. Es cierto que lo conocíamos de una estancia anterior, pero esta vez la estancia fue bastante prolongada. El piso está en buenas condiciones y Carlos siempre está atento y disponible a cualquier necesidad que tenga el visitante; además, llegamos en época de fiesta y toros en en pueblo y estuvo en todo momento atento para avisarnos cuándo se podía salir a la calle y cuándo no. También nos ha aconsejado lugares que visitar. ¡¡Muy contentos con este anfitrión!!! Sin duda.

Milena’s place is lovely, tastefully decorated and very close to the beach. Not far from the town by bike or tram. I couldn’t figure out how to use the TV, so maybe some instructions would be handy, but Milena offered to come and help to set it up. She’s always great at responding to questions and sent lots of tips for restaurants and things to do in Valencia. Thank you Milena

We had a great time staying at Sara’s cozy and homely apartment. Only about a 5 min walk to the beach and close to public transport. Sara was also flexible with check out and a kind and responsive host. Would recommend and visit again :)

ubicat al centre de la ciutat , ho tens tot a mà. la aparcament no es fàcil pero donant un parell de voltes aparcas.

Todo perfecto. El anuncio coincidía perfectamente con lo que nos encontramos y la casa estaba espectacularmente limpia y ordenada. Merece la pena.

Hosts couldnt be more welcoming to their home, they live next door and available and willing to answer any questions in person or via messaging. Great directions to the villa with google map locations supplied by message It was spotlessly clean with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The driveway to the rear is a little steep but there is plenty of parking on a quiet road in front of the Villa. We didnt have a problem with driveway but some nervous drivers may find it a challenge. It is located in a quiet area but close to both the Ricardo Tormo race circuit and Valencia. We had all just left the day the terrible storm and flood hit, luckily for us, and Flo messaged us a few times to check we were all safe.. a true gentleman. Our thoughts go out to the people of Valencia and wish you the best in recovering from this terrible event. Thank you Flo and Layla, we will be back in the future

Nous avons découvert un endroit merveilleux et des personnes adorables. La villa Rosita est un endroit merveilleux, la villa qui est habitées par les propriétaires est somptueuse, et que dire du jardin qui est extraordinaire et dont nous avons pu profiter. Le logement proposé est dans le prolongement de la villa et totalement indépendant. On avait accès à la très grande piscine du logement et on a aussi pu profiter de la terrasse. L’environnement est paisible car au milieu de plantations d’agrumes. Le logement en lui même est très bien équipé, très agréable, grand et climatisé. Et que dire des parents d’Alejandro qui habitent la villa et qui nous ont accueilli… des gens formidables et d’une extrême gentillesse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour qui restera dans nos mémoires. Un immense merci à Alejandro et ses parents.

Très bel endroit au calme, à 900 mètres de la route. On vient ici pour apprécier le calme et les collines. Pablo s'occupe très bien de nous. Merci.

Adela war von der Buchung bis zu Ende des Aufenthaltes immer erreichbar und es wurde jede Frage sehr schnell beantwortet und Adela war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Man hat sich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Haus ist geräumig und gut geschnitten. Das Haus geht über 2 Etagen. Der Wohn-und Ess Bereich ist so groß, dass wir mit 8 Erwachsenen Gästen viel Platz hatten. Sehr großer und gepflegter Außenbereich mit einem tollen und sauberen Pool, den wir leider nicht nutzen konnten, weil es zu kalt war. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch, dass der Parkplatz im Hof Platz für mindestens drei Autos hat. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend. Liebe Adela, Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt und deine Gastfreundschaft!
