Muy buen cuidado, una limpieza y detalles a toda comododidad, la ubicación y el sitio igual lo peor, lo correspondiente a Monica y el interior una gozada, con críos muy comodo de estar!

Nicolas was a great host. He agreed to a late check in and even come to meet us at the airport. The place is very clean and he is eager to help and easy to communicate with. The bus station is literally in the front of the building and the metro is at 5 minutes walk. We would definitely come back.

Co host Abel was 10/0 do not overlook staying here it is great sun on both sides of the apartment . Gracias ( you have to be aware 5 flights of stairs which is great exercise )

Fantastische locatie, schitterend, brandschoon appartement met balkon. Een eigen beveiligde parkeerplaats, ideaal. Een superplek om te verblijven. Een 10! Wat betreft de communicatie waren er enkele minder plezierige dingen: 1. De conciërge van het appartementengebouw bij wie we ons melden, omdat er verder niemand was, sprak alleen Spaans. Dit gold ook voor de dame die hij belde en die ons vervolgens naar het appartement bracht. Gelukkig verstonden we voldoende Spaans, maar voor gasten die geen woord Spaans spreken is dit wel lastig. 2. Wij geven er de voorkeur via het Airbnb-kanaal te communiceren. De verhuurders appten ons echter ook rechtstreeks. Dit hebben we als minder prettig ervaren, met name omdat het toen over de installatie van een nieuwe wasmachine ging tijdens ons verblijf. 3. Het vragen om een 5-sterrenkwalificatie op het Airbnb-kanaal en het verzoek eventuele klachten privé te melden heeft iets oneerlijks. Kortom fantastisch appartement, minder goede communicatie

Nos sentimos bienvenidos en el alojamiento, te mueves en metro muy fácil a cualquier lugar en Valencia. La anfitriona muy amable y comprensiva.

Fuimos solo para un fin de semana, dos personas, el alojamiento estaba súper limpio y bien cuidado. La terraza con vistas al mar y fantástica para desayunar al solecito 😉 Vanesa muy amable, nos estaba esperando a la llegada, nos dio indicaciones de todo, restaurantes, cosas que visitar, etc….. Recomendable 100%

La estancia aquí fue muy buena, la limpieza del alojamiento es espectacular. El recibimiento al apartamento fue muy agradable, el señor que nos entregó las llaves (Vicente) es muy amable y estaba disponible a todo lo que necesitáramos. Los supermercados están muy cerca. Sin duda fue una de nuestras mejores estancias en Moncofar.

Nous venons de passer une semaine de rêve en famille dans la magnifique maison de Carlos et Cristina ! Tout nous a plu : tout d’abord l’endroit très protégé et privilégié des Playetas, le quartier calme et résidentiel à quelques minutes de la plage, le ravissant jardin soigné par des professionnels, la très jolie décoration et la propreté irréprochable de la maison, le confort de la literie et des salles de bains modernes et la grande terrasse idéale pour des apéritifs, des dîners et des jeux animés ! Au moment de partir, nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer nos hôtes, des personnes absolument charmantes, chaleureuses et accueillantes, que nous remercions et recommandons vivement.

Very friendly host and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, but cosy. It had everything we needed. The house is out of the center, but we found everything within walking distance. Enjoyable terras and clean swimming pool. The neighbourhood has many dogs barking at you when you walk by. It does not disturb when you're at the house, however if you're scared of dogs there is no way of avoiding them when walking to and from the house. Highly recommend the place if you don't wish to be in the center.

Lovely, modern 4 bedroom apartment with 4 separate bathrooms. Plenty of room for a large group. Location is close to Maritim metro station and only a 10 min walk to the beach.

The first impression of the entire family, when we entered and toured the apartment, was, “This looks even better than the pictures”. The apartment is beautiful, it was extremely clean, had all the amenities, and was super well taken care of. The host replied almost immediately anytime we had questions. It is located in a beautiful, quiet, and clean area right next to the beach and sea. We ended up extending our stay here 2x! Incredible host and apartment. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We all loved your apartment!

We hebben met veel plezier een weekje doorgebracht in "La Casita del Sol". Tijdens het boeken contact gehad met Carlos en Mar. Geweldige en vriendelijke hosts! Bij aankomst werden we opgewacht door Mar. Ze heeft ons alles prima uitgelegd en goede tips gegeven over de omgeving (strand, restaurants etc.). Het verblijf was super. Het huisje knus en gezellig met vooral een leuke tuin met voldoende zon, schaduw en privacy. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug! Groetjes, Ingeborg en Marc

Appartamento come descritto, molto accogliente e suggestivo! Pulizia e ordine contraddistinguono la casa di Carmen. Abbiamo soggiornato con 3 bambini ed avevano un sacco di spazio per giocare e divertirsi. La posizione vicino al quartiere molto alla moda di Ruzafa è ottima per cene e aperitivi ma forse non proprio la migliore se si hanno dei bambini. Comodo il market praticamente davanti a casa. Noi ci siamo mossi sempre in autobus visto il passeggino, ed è stato molto semplice e con tempi d'attesa brevissimi. Carmen è stata un Host molto disponibile e reattiva, ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande anche prima dell'arrivo e ci ha permesso di lasciare le valige per l'ultimo giro in città prima del viaggio di ritorno. Consigliatissimo

Casa muy acogedora, tiene de todo para poder sentirse como en casa.Buena ubicación, con servicios básicos cercanos. Carmen ha estado atenta a nuestras consultas de fácil acceso. Limpieza muy correcta. Totalmente recomendable.

Prima accommodatie op een goed bereikbare plek. 5 Minuten lopen van metrostation Ayora vanwaar het centrum en strand goed bereikbaar waren. Appartement is ruim met 2 slaapkamers, een keuken en leuke woonkamer. Contact met de verhuurder gaat zeer snel.

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Lidia fue estupenda. El recinto donde está ubicado es muy tranquilo y la piscina genial (se puede estar en ella hasta las doce de la noche). Lidia ha sido muy buena anfitriona y resuelve con prontitud cualquier duda que te pueda surgir. Por poner un pero, falta menaje en la cocina. Es un tema que han comentado otros usuarios. Pero en general es una estancia muy recomendable para descansar pero cerca de la playa y del centro del pueblo.

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

Nous avons très bien été accueillis par notre hôte qui a été très chaleureux avec ma famille. Nous avons communiqué durant le séjour et il a toujours été réactif. Côté équipement tout fonctionne (même si nous avons abandonné l'utilisation du lave-vaisselle qui ne lavait pas très bien). Il est cependant difficile de régler correctement la climatisation car nous ne pouvons pas la régler pièce par pièce (mais elle fonctionne et c'est le principal !) Pensez donc bien à la mettre en route avant de sortir si vous voulez dormir au frais. Pour les enfants: prévoir un tapis de bain anti-dérapant dans vos valises car les douches sont glissantes pour les petits monstres. Literie de bonne qualité, linge propre. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Merci !

Apartamento en primera línea de mar, buenas instalaciones, zonas comunes y el apartamento bien cuidado. Hemos estado la familia unos días y cumplía todos los requisitos. Gran comunicación con Maria Jesús, que nos respondió a todas nuestras dudas y pendiente en todo momento. Sin duda recomendable.

Really, really loved our time in this apartment. Pasqualis was an incredibly kind and helpful host, who made check-in super easy, meeting us at the door even after some travel delays, and helping with luggage. He also provided an amazingly thorough list of recommendations, organized by neighborhood and with helpful descriptions. Location is great, right in the heart of the old town. It's very easy to walk just about anywhere, especially close to the central mercado. The space itself is great. Very clean (and lovely scents), lots of space to spread out and make yourself at home. The bottle of cava in the fridge was a nice touch. Cute little balcony off the living room, and a large terrace we unfortunately didn't utilize because it rained our whole stay. Beds are super comfy, bedrooms stay really dark and quiet for how centrally located you are. As others have cautioned, it is up four flights of *very* tiny/narrow stairs, so be mindful of that. Would absolutely stay again.
