Exceptionally nice and very well decorated. Everything I needed was right there. This place felt like home as soon as I arrived. The bed was comfortable. 100% will book this stay again. Location was spot on for the visit. The stars were out every night. So peaceful staying there.

We had an increadilbe time. DeAnn was a superhost. She recommended walks and the directions were clear. The house was so cozy and comfortable. She had everything in the cupboards for making dinners or breakfast. DeAnn has put me in trust with Airbnb in America. In Australia i have stopped using Airbnb because the hosts dont do anything for you. They dont even leave tea or coffee - JUST Nothing (as bare as they can). Not even flexible and many places are not clean. But in America and Europe they treat you better than Hotels. I highly recommend DeAnn's place for a beautiful relaxing country escape. If your a Hiker this is the ultimate place.

This was an amazing stay! Sunny was responsive and helpful for local activities! We loved the location and peaceful environment; the front window offered a panaramic view of buttes and desert. Clean towels, amazing shower, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. There was coffee already there so we didn't have to go shopping first thing! There is charcoal onsite to use in the grill, a relaxing pond. We would absolutely stay again!

Staying at Jen's sheep camp was one an amazing experience for both my son and I. The wagons were really cozy, very well equipped and the beds extremely comfortable. The entire camp is very thoughtfully laid out, well organized with a great shower with tons of hot water. The view of the surroundings and canyons off in the distance is stunning and the stars at night were like lanterns in the sky. I would love to come back here again some day and stay for longer.

This was was better than in the photos! Always a good view and a pretty private spot, has really everything you’ll need in a camping setting with most things you need to buy at Bees in Colorado city! Great host and a great cabin. Would stay again!

Beautiful, quiet, relaxing, fun place to stay. I loved the beautiful landscape and the community, i had the opportunity to visit with some of the town people. I want to go back!

Clean, cute, no problems at check-in! The bathroom is fabulous. Had everything we needed for a Zion base camp.

This tiny house is part of a small community called Zion Tiny Getaway, just off the main road. Despite the fairly regular traffic, we didn't hear a thing and slept well! The full size shower was a nice feature and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. There was also a bbq outside on the deck, but the weather was too cold for it. My favourite feature were the skylights above the 2 bed areas, delivering amazing star gazing each night.

Loved our stay! Spent our day hiking in Zions then came home to a soak in the hot tub with star gazing and then a movie with popcorn. Perfect for our plans. Fun little community of tiny homes. Great experience! One thing, if highway noise bothers you, bring ear plugs. It wasn’t enough to bother us but we sleep heavy.

Beautiful tiny home, just as described! Clean, easy parking, and perfect for people traveling to explore Zion. The only thing that could have made our stay more pleasant is if Monica had special powers to control the wind one night! But viewing the night stars from bed made us forget about the wind. I’d stay here again!

Great little spot about 20min away from the visitors center of Zion. Nice area with chickens and even pigs nearby. Though warned us the Wi-Fi may not be as good in the area, we had good connection. Cute place.

Fifth trip back, different tiny home, and I love this one equally as much! Loved the breakfast nook type of table in addition to the stationed stove top on the counter! Plenty of storage for luggage. Cant wait for our next trip back!

This tiny home was so cozy and cute! My husband and I enjoyed living the tiny home lifestyle for a night. Instructions were clear and we had no trouble checking in and out. Natalie was fast to responding and we always felt comfortable reaching out. The views and surrounding area were so beautiful!

Our stay at Jeans cottage was wonderful- comfortable with so much space to spread out with 2 families and 6 kids total. The kids loved all the activities from the trampoline, to the swing, to the jacuzzi, to the upstairs play areas, the go kart, and fire pit for s’mores! The access to Zion was perfect, too! Jean was extremely responsive to questions and had a thoughtful gift basket upon our arrival. I can’t recommend The Ardell Cottage enough! Thank you, Jean!

Super unique spot - the tiny home setup is so cool especially with the window/door that opens to incredible view. Also very comfortable with heat & bathroom/shower. Def recommend!

Hands down the best Airbnb experience I've had. Cozy little cabin with everything I could need. Beautiful rose garden patio with a little fire pit and complimentary s'mores fixings. A quick and easy 30 minute drive to Zion National Park. Several local restaurants and coffee shops with gorgeous mountain views. Nina was incredibly responsive and super helpful with every request I had. Would happily stay there again next time!

The granary space was so cute and cozy! Private, peaceful, and the hot tub was top notch! Marla is definitely a superhost and treats you like family! Perfect little bbq grill, fire pit, and microwave for cooking, toaster, coffee maker and coffee supplied is perfect! Super comfy memory foam mattress (was hard to get out of bed I slept so deep). Whiskers and Sylvie (local kitties) were so fun to visit with! 💕 Zions is a quick 30 minute beautiful drive away. Perfect historic place for a romantic getaway or friends getaway (or in my case a relaxing zen filled B-day solo getaway). Thanks Marla for everything!

The perfect place to stay while in the area for a trail race and visiting Zion. Cell service and WiFi could be spotty at times. Lindsay was proactive in calling Verizon when I told her of the issue the first night. In the end it didn’t really matter because I was out exploring so didn’t ruin my experience. Something to be aware of though in case you’re planning to do any WFH stuff. The hammocks were awesome to watch the sunset in and having a washer/dryer was super convenient. Would definitely stay here again if/when I come back to the area.

We could see see Zion from our door! Aaron gave us great MTB rental recommendations and his crew was great! Would recommend to all our friends and family!

The Narrows was a great stay, it was so private and a perfect view from the jacuzzi to the mountains! You cannot beat the views here, it was such an incredible experience. Mindy was also a great host- we stayed at Canyon Overlook the first night and at Narrows the second night and Mindy made the transition from one to the other very seamlessly! if you’re still thinking about it- don’t- definitely book right away!!

Such a gorgeous place to stay! Loved being able to use the sauna, private hot tub, fire pit and BBQ. I would highly recommend this little gem!
