Augusto is the perfect host. He met us at the condo, showed us the gate and condo door lock systems, allowed us to enter earlier and communicated with us throughout our stay. We were able to store our luggage prior to accessing the condo and after checkout. Everything was exceptional: CLEAN; quality bedding; binder with clear instructions and recommendations for dining out, excursions; fully equipped kitchen and top of the line appliances; filtered water; good air conditioning; large washer and dryer; hot showers; clean and comfortable furniture both inside and on the large terrace. Watched the beautiful sunrise over the sea. Fun to watch the boats coming and going. The condo is situated on the marina where there are numerous bars, dining spots and great shopping. Very quiet at night once the condo doors are closed. The hotel concierge staff were courteous and helpful at all times. This is the place we will stay when next visiting Cabo. Thank you Augusto.

Perfect house for our family trip to Cabo. Perfect amount of space, great neighborhood, close to everything. We will definitely be back!

Jim was very friendly and had some great recommendations for the area! The place looks like the photos, if not better! So many flowers and trees make the property vibrant with so many hummingbirds, orioles and other birds coming around daily, which was a huge highlight. The property is close to town and just a couple minutes from the beach, but far enough away to still be quiet and relaxing.

This was our first trip to the east cape and WOW. Beautiful property, clean beaches, great food and very few people. We are definitely coming back

I had an incredible stay at Villa La Estancia in Cabo San Lucas! The Airbnb was absolutely luxurious, with breathtaking views that made every morning and evening unforgettable. The space was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable getaway. David, our host, was fantastic—extremely responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure everything went smoothly and was always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in Cabo. I’ll definitely be coming back as soon as possible!

We had 3 families (12 people total) stay over Spring break. We had such an amazing time! Home is beautiful and included wonderful extras like paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkeling gear. Our group really enjoyed going out in the water on those. Fernando, the house caretaker, organized chef Lucy to come to the house the first night, which was fantastic, so we didn’t have to worry about getting all the groceries right away. They even included some bottled water in the fridge and ingredients to made margaritas to help get our vacation started! The area is remote, which is just what we wanted. We only saw a handful of other people on the beach. The house is on the beach, but FYI there’s a steep sidewalk downhill and a little wall that you need to jump over to get to the bottom. There are stairs behind the neighbor’s house that can get you to the bottom to avoid the wall. We rented ATVs 1 day and saw 2 waterfalls, which I highly suggest. We also went into nearby towns for meals. Terrific!

Magic place a bit outside the town so it is quiet. Sea view and Mountain View . The decoration is traditional mexican style and very comfortable. The hosts are very responsive . The rooftop is amazing and perfect to observe stars in the sky.
