Mikhail’s place was lovely, clean and very peaceful great swimming pool would definitely stay again.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L’annonce correspond exactement à la réalité. Nous avons été accueillis par Yvette, très sympathique et compréhensive suite à notre arrivée tardive. Nous avons mangé à plusieurs reprises au restaurant Che Loco que je recommande, qualité, accueil et très bonne ambiance accessible à 800m. Merci à Kevin et Yvette.

El alojamiento es mejor que en las fotos. Un lugar especial para pasar tiempo en familia sin necesidad de ir a ningún otro sitio. El supermercado está en la acera de enfrente, y también un bazar. La piscina es muy grande y el patio una pasada. Todos los detalles super bien cuidados. Tiene una cocina con absolutamente todo para cocinar y demás. Nuestros perros han disfrutado casi más que nosotros! Ojalá poder repetir!!!

We had a beautiful stay at this villa. A truly perfect family holiday with so many memories made here. The location is 10/10 just a few mim walk to the main Quesada town, lots of restaurants and shops. The villa is on a huge plot with a large size pool and lovely social seating areas. The villa itself is immaculately clean with all the items and condiments you need. Service from host was excellent and we will definitely return next year - thank you 😃

Our family had a great time in this amazing villa! Check-in was easy with Sergio meeting us there and showing us around. He was also very helpful and responsive with anything we wanted to ask during our stay. The villa was very clean and luxurious with comfortable beds. Bedding and towels provided and lovely furniture throughout the whole building. Plenty of comfy seating outdoors too. The street and neighbourhood were very quiet and the views from the villa towards the mountains were incredible! The pool is massive and being heated was so nice to use. We had an issue with the heater but it was sorted out quickly. The villa had heaters/AC which was great just to take the chill off the evenings. The smart TV was useful with apps providing plenty of choice for our family to watch TV when we were chilling out. Perfectly located as it's close to restaurants, supermarkets, parks, shops etc but out the way enough to feel tranquil. We really hope to be back soon as it's an incredible place!

We have just come back from a 5 night stay at this villa and everything was beyond perfect! Antonio sent super clear instructions and directions a couple of days before our arrival, along with the house manual. We travelled with our 16 month old baby and all the equipment we needed was provided with no additional cost. We paid to have the pool heated (which I highly recommend!) as it meant our little one could enjoy it too without getting cold. The villa itself is super spacious and very clean and tidy. Antonio and Elena have provided lots of amenities to ensure you have everything you need for your stay. Antonio was super responsive and checked in with us most days. We had the best time making memories here and hope to come back again soon! Thanks so much 😁

Amazing stay in the villa! The place is amazing and very well equipped with stunning roof top dinning area! The heated swimming pool is the biggest plus for anyone travelling with children outside of the hot season - we were enjoying daily swims with our little children at the beginning of April!

Pristine, super clean villa, very well stocked with plenty of crockery, cooking utensils and appliances. Staple grocery items (salt, pepper, herbs, spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar etc) very useful, 10ltr of bottle water and extra appliance such as coffee maker (with capsules). kettle etc were wonderful. The roof top solarium was a real bonus and vital as we visited in October and there was no sun on the pool all day. The only issue we had was that the internet was not working when we arrived but Natalia and Oleg were very responsive and fixed it the next morning. Beds were too hard for our taste. Good internet connectivity and we were able to log on to Netflix and Amazon accounts for TV. Great location for 5min drive to supermarkets and restaurants. There's quite a lot of building projects in the area but not too noisy.

My family and I had a lovely stay at the villa. The garden was lovely and the kids loved the pool. The villa was very clean and tidy. Our host was very flexible and helpful and check-in and check-out was very easy. We would definitely recommend this place.

Raul was lovely, friendly and helpful it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him. The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe and there was a community children's play area in the square at the front of the house with play equipment. The TV has most of the channels available in the UK which was good for the very rainy days we had during our stay. The broadband is fast. It's possible to walk to the local shops on Ave. Sandoval where there is a small Spar shop amongst others. The promenade and beach are at the end of Sandoval which takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is a LIDL, an Aldi and a Mercadona a short 5 minute drive away. We used La Pizza in Santiago de la Ribera a couple of times and their delivery service is quick, cheap and reliable. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Raul's place to friends and family.

Samen met 3 vriendinnen verbleef ik in het mooie, sfeervolle huis van Sylvia. We hebben het echt heerlijk gehad! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon, netjes en sfeervol. De bedden zijn erg goed. Een groot voordeel vonden wij de ruime, zonnige tuin met ligbedden. Ook is het heel fijn dat je zo het dorp San Miguel inloopt; de supermarkt, bakker en diverse gezellige restaurants zijn op loopafstand. Het strand en het winkelcentrum zijn gemakkelijk aan te rijden. Daarnaast is het appartement goed geïsoleerd, we hadden geen last van geluid van de buren of van buiten. De communicatie met Sylvia is ook heel prettig geweest. Wij raden dit vakantiehuis aan iedereen aan!

Great Apartment, super location, loads of bars and restaurants close by. Not far to walk to beach did it everyday. Consum and other Supermarkets within easy walk. Nice area to outside, very quiet. Lovely shared pool not busy no trouble getting a sun shade.

Nous avons passé des vacances vraiment agréables dans le logement de Carine qui est toujours au top. Nous vous la recommandons sans hésiter. Carine met à dispositon tout le nécessaire afin que vous passez un superbe séjour. Nous esperons revenir très vite.

Thank you Carmela and Berend for a beautiful place to stay. After a long day sight seeing it was great to come back to a beautiful tranquil house and area to relax. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The house was spotlessly clean from top to bottom. There was even an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and straighteners available. Thanks again. We hope to be back soon.

Due to an issue with a previous accommodation we had to find something else. Christian was very accommodating and helped us out with the transition. The place is stunning and has everything you can wish for. The beach and some restaurants are in walkable distance, but a car is still beneficial to explore the wider area. Altogether we really enjoyed our stay and can certainly recommend it.

Han sido unos días perfectos, la villa es increíble, con una cantidad de LUZ natural inigualable. La piscina es preciosa y aporta una calidad al salón inigualable. Hemos podido aprovechar todas las estancias de la casa, con múltiples zonas para disfrutar en familia!

House is in a quiet neighbourhood, but in easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. The house is compact and fully matches the photos and descriptions and is fully equipped with everything for your stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Jukka’s gorgeous villa. It had everything needed for our stay. Toiletries, suncream etc were available if needed. Washing machine powder & dishwasher tabs were provided. Jukka had stocked the fridge with drinks for our arrival, which was most welcome. The villa is spacious, rooms and bathrooms are lovely & the garden and heated pool are fabulous & get the sun all day. Jukka’s communication was excellent, always responding quickly to queries. Jukka went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a study area for my son. He added a desk to my son’s room and re-arranged the beds to make the best use of the space. Excellent wifi allowed my son to acess online classes. A car is needed for a stay at this villa as restaurants, beaches etc are all a drive away. There is a clubhouse with an Italian restaurant and a minimart within the golf & country club. Jukka provided some excellent restaurant recommendations, which we made use of. Would definitely recommend!

The accommodation, the communication, the location, the facilities everything was absolutely TOP!!!! We felt right at home and if we had any questions, a contact person was immediately on site. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. In the garage there were lots of toys for smaller children as well as pool equipment such as air mattresses, diving aids and even swimming rings for older children and babies. The pool was cleaned by an external company and the fully automatic sprinkler system meant that we didn't have to worry about anything. Shops and restaurants were just a few minutes' walk away. All in all, it was a successful vacation that was unfortunately over far too quickly. Dear Anna, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your accommodation. Hemos pasado una semana estupenda en este alojamiento. Ilona ha contestado súper rápido a mis dudas y nos ha ayudado. Dejó en la casa 2 botellas de vino y agua para nosotros, muy buen detalle. Repetiríamos sin duda

Ana fue un anfitrión increíble. Nos recibió con una cálida bienvenida y estuvo siempre disponible para responder a nuestras preguntas. Su amabilidad hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa, el sitio era cómodo y tenía todo lo necesario. Lo único a mejorar sería el calor en la planta de arriba, sobre todo durante las noches. The place homely, easy to find, walking distance to restaurants, shops. The place is welcoming and homely. Beds are comfortable. Louise is easy reached reply straight away when asks something, Karen is lovely and very helpful too. I would highly recommend this place and definitely stay here again. Great stay...

Vi bodde här i början av oktober en vecka. Vi trivdes jättebra, lugnt område. Rent och fint boende och fantastiskt med poolen som vi nyttjade mycket. Trevligt också med en takterrass där man kunde se solnedgångar och ett fyrverkeri från grannbyn som var två av kvällarna vi var där. Gångavstånd till både mataffär och flera restauranger och barer. Våra favorit restauranger under veckan blev Mullberrys och The Grill house. Det var också lätt att få kontakt med värdarna som svarande snabbt om man hade frågor eller ville ha tips om omgivningarna. Vi upplevde sängarna som lite för hårda, men detta är ju något som är väldigt individuellt. Men som sagt annars hade vi en toppen vistelse i detta hus.
