Evin konumu Old Town bölgesine yürüyerek ulaşılacak mesafedeydi. Evin etrafında birçok cafe ve restoran mevcuttu. Evin olanaklarından gayet memnun kaldık, herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Kaspar evle alakalı herhangi bir sorumuz olduğunda hızlıca bize dönüş yaptı. Bize şehre ulaşmadan önce gezeceğimiz yerler ver şehir hakkında bilgiler de verdi. Kendisine herşey için teşekkür ederiz.

Had a nice and cozy stay here. The hosts were very friendly and communicate very well. The room was very clean and as described. Would recommend!

The place exceeded our expectations! The location was great—just a short 20min walk to the old town, which was super convenient. There was also a tram stop right outside the building that made it easy to get around and see a lot of the main sights. Everything was simple and smooth, and we had a really great stay. Would definitely recommend!

Mega peatumispaik, lisaks saun, kus on tore vaade linnahallile ja merele. Kõrge korrus annab vajaliku privaatsuse. Väga palju ruumi ja kõik vajalik olemas. Ideaalne peatumine, kui soovid palju jala liikuda, sest kõik on lähedal. Autoga liiklejatele on suureks plussiks parkimiskoht kinnises sisehoovis.

Perfect! Everything was as described, apartment was very clean/comfortable and the sauna was awesome as well.

Easy five stars! Awesome location, clean, CUTE apartment, and a nice, helpful, communicative host. The sauna is amazing, I wish I could private sauna every day for the rest of my life. A great value for money, highly, highly recommend.

Perfect place for our family holiday! We really enjoyed staying in Katrinas house with my and my sisters family. Place is just like the pictures. Beds were comfortable, one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs, so no worries about noises if others wake up earlier than others. And everything was cleanand tidy. Good grocery shop walking distance and tram also nearby. Nice neighbourhood for morning and evening walks. I really recommend this place to families.

Väga vaikne asukoht, ööd on pimedad ehk, et ei kuma mingit valgust eemalt. Maja on väga hubane! Kõik vajaminev olemas, alustades küünetangidest, koduapteegist, lõpetades kalafileerimisnoa ja kõige muu köögitarvikutega - nimekiri on päris pikk. Kokkuvõttes, palju tähelepanu väikestele detailidele, et ennast tunda nagu kodus.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par le jardin et la maison. Un havre de raffinement de l’aménagement et de la décoration. Petit plat de fraises des bois à l’accueil. Point de vue pratique: un arrêt de bus à côté de la maison avec fréquence de bus élevée nous a permis de nous rendre facilement à Tallinn sans difficulté. Seul bémol , nous n’avons pas eu la joie de rencontré Kersti qui habite à côté. C’est sans doute une forme de respect. À recommander vivement.

Surrounded by nature and great distance from Tallinn. We enjoyed our stay!

It was our first time in Estonia and we hit immediately the jackpot. A big compliment to Reijo, it's incredible how he transformed this historic old building into a modern, comfortable house. Nothing is missing and the photos match exactly what you find, namely a highly modern accommodation in a prime location. Ideal starting point to travel around this wonderful country and of course to visit the beautiful but unfortunately a bit too touristy Tallinn. Unfortunately we had to leave after a week. But Reijo's home and Estonia deserve more and so we have no choice but to come back soon.

Eine wunderbare Villa mit riesigem Grundstück und kleinem See (in dem wir sogar gebadet haben). Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr vollständig eingerichtet. Der schöne Garten ist gepflegt und bietet einen tollen Blick. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Niklas war einwandfrei. Niklas hat überdurchschnittlich viele Hausregeln verfasst, die man am besten vor der Buchung lesen sollte. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft empfehlen!

I stayed at Tõnus's place for a month. The apartment is so cozy, I felt right at home. One of the coziest places I ever stayed at (and I stayed in many places over the years!). I enjoyed watching sunsets with a cup of tea by the side. The apartment is on the last (5th) floor, so you get a view of the sea with no obstacles in-between. The tram and bus stop is 10 minute walk away from where you can reach every part of the city. Top-notch, highly recommend!

My staying Annes's place was great. Starting from her advice's and parking the car to lockable garage. Close enough to "Kalamaja" areas of restaurants, cafe's and bars. That's where locals go! Building is 2014-15 built and fairly new, all good. Host was very flexible, I highly value that. I have stayed at many accommodations, apartments, hotels, in Tallinn including renting an apartment for longer period. Anne's place is one of the best.

The place was exactly as pictured. Very clean and spacious! Beds were very comfortable. The host was very quick at responding to messages and very polite. If I visit Tallinn again I would be sure to book again!

It really worth every cents. Pent house, new and neat apartment, fantastic view and very helpful and proactive host. I will surely come back again.

An absolute gem! We had a lovely autumn staycation as a couple at Anastasia's and Philip's listing. A beautiful apartment with fantastic amenities, pristine and stylish. Check-in was easy and flexible, Lidia the property manager was waiting for us with the keys even though we were quite late to arrive. The tram and bus stop were a short walk away from the apartment, easy to catch when visiting Tallinn central or other trendy neighbourhoods around town. We truly found no faults at all with this stay, thank you again for your hospitality!❤️

Asunto oli upea, erittäin tilava ja moderni. Lyhyt matka kävellä Telliskiveen tai vanhaan kaupunkiin. Asunto oli puhdas. Kahvikone ei harmiksi toiminut ja jääkaappi oli jäänyt siivoamatta. Mutta tämä ei meitä sinänsä haitannut, kun emme näitä välttämättä tarvinneet. Tulisin uudelleenkin 😊

We were very pleased with our stay; quiet suburban quarters, playgrounds close by, clean and well equipped apartment, Helina and Jane were very friendly and helpful!

Eveliina et son mari sont très accueillants, ils ont attendus que nous arrivions pour nous ouvrir le logement, ils nous ont guidés pour les transports, pour la nourriture du 1er soir!! L’appartement est spacieux, lumineux, extrêmement propre. On se sent comme à la maison, cocooning !
