Our stay was absolutely magical - from the clean, comfortable, stylishly well appointed home to the gorgeous surroundings, we loved every moment. David was also wonderful, gave clear instructions and was very responsive. 11/10 would recommend - we can't wait to visit again!

Steve's place is spacious and welcoming. It has all necessary amenities and more. There were 8 of us traveling with 4 adults and 4 kids. The place was big enough for all of us, and the kids had a lot of fun playing in the basement. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to feed our group, from making lots of coffee in the morning to having a quiet dinner at night. The drive to Bromont Mountain was quick and easy, which made it very convenient to ski with the kids. We would recommend Steve's cottage and come back again.

Overall, fantastic Airbnb for a ski trip to Jay peak and I can’t wait to go back. Very close to the mountain and perfect for a group. The driveways were plowed anytime there was snowfall. Some great amenities like Level 2 EV charging, temperature controlled garage, and a sauna (which was used daily!). Some minor aspects could use some TLC, for example the pool table could use a felt replacement and some of the beds are a bit worn out. But that wouldn’t stop us from booking this house next time we go up to Jay! Mike was very responsive and helpful as a host and even helped me get something I left there back!

Very beautiful home in a very peaceful and beautiful setting, comfortable accommodation for 4 adults, well equipped kitchen and amenities. Stayed over Christmas with family and had a lovely time, would love to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Wood Loft. The space was cozy and clean with very quick access to a nice trail that went into town. It was winter so we knew to expect not the greatest conditions outside but, overall, walkways were cleared. Firepit wasn’t accessible due to snow but it was too cold to hang outdoors at night anyways! Look to be back, perhaps in the fall, where we can better appreciate the location!

Caitlyn is incredibly friendly and proactive in her communication with us. She responds quickly. The house is charming and cozy—much better than the pictures showed. We stayed during a snowstorm, Caitlyn arranged for someone to shovel the driveway and backyard, which was greatly appreciated.

An incredible house with wonderful amenities, great kitchen. UNBELIVABLY tasty ice. I realize this is not a typical comment, but as a pregnant lady, I love eating ice and this was THE BEST ICE I've ever had. Everyone was eating it. We couldn't get over it. Also, a great lay out for kids, dogs, board games, etc. Our little girls LOVED the under the stair play area. The first floor closet was perfect for ski gear. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect home.

Philippe's place is very comfortable and clean, located in a picturesque and quiet setting. It was very warm, and the hot tub was awesome. Great place to relax! Philippe was attentive to all of our questions and concerns, and responded to messages quickly. The hot tub was clean and well maintained, and Philippe did regular checks on the water quality. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Very convenient location to Jay Peak and Jay Village Inn & the General Store. We could keep the house cozy even with brutal negative temperatures outside. Great option for families with kids and pets.

As listed, great area, view and clean. Just down the road from the boat ramp.

Group of 5 of us stayed at Trout River Lodge in March 2025 for 3 nights. Easy check-in with door code. Rooms are big with comfy beds and couches. No issues with the Wi-Fi. Kitchen is well stocked with left-over condiments and cooking essentials, beautiful fridge and gas stove, and ample keurig coffee supplied. There are two bathrooms, one with a fancy heated toilet seat plus other bells and whistles. Beautiful view of the river from most of the rooms. Location is great, just a 1 minute walk to the Snow Shoe pub and Sylvester's grocery market and 10 minute drive to Jay. Easy communication with Nicholas before and during the stay. Highly recommend!

The place is awesome. We love everything about it. House was very clean and well organized and decorated. We had a pleasant stay. Close to downtown and the zoo. We go to Granby every year and will look to rent it again.

A wonderful home. Quiet, lots of parking, colourful interior decor, comfortable beds, a kitchen with everything you could ask for to cook full meals, close to downtown Sutton and with hosts who are great communicators who couldn’t be more gracious and accommodating. We will be back!

Great location near Jay Peak. There was a space heater in the room with the pullout couch which we appreciated. The house was clean and check in directions were very clear. We would stay here again!

J’ai adoré mon séjour au chalet! C’est tellement près des pistes de ski. Nous étions 4 adultes et la dimension du chalet était parfaite. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
