Lac-Brome : locations de vacances avec accès à un lac

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour en amoureux ! L’endroit est bien situé, avec des voisins à proximité, mais offre tout de même une bonne intimité. Tout était impeccablement propre et extrêmement bien équipé. Il est rare de trouver un Airbnb avec une cuisine aussi bien fournie. Nous avions choisi cet endroit spécialement pour profiter du foyer, mais nous avons eu une petite frousse en tentant de refermer la porte une fois le feu allumé. Heureusement, le propriétaire a été très réactif, nous a donner les explications pour la remettre en place et nous a assurés que des mesures étaient en cours pour la réparer. Le seul autre petit bémol concerne la taille des bûches, qui étaient tellement longues qu’elles rentraient à peine dans le foyer. En devant les plaer en diagonale, elles touchaient difficilement les braises, ce qui compliquait la réalisation d’un beau feu. Malgré cela, nous sommes vraiment heureux de notre séjour. Nous prévoyons déjà d’y revenir cet été pour profiter du lac !

Le chalet était très bien équipé et il ne manquait de rien. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié que le chalet soit adapté (plateforme élévatrice, rampe et douche sans seuil). C’était beaucoup plus facile pour mon fils handicapé. Merci pour ce beau séjour!

Brad and Rose’s lake house is a perfect lake side get away. The location is beautiful and surprisingly convenient for being 30 yards from the border. The house is 20 minutes from Newport and 30 minutes from Jay peak down well maintained road. We spent the week skiing at Jay Peak during a two foot snow storm and were very concerned about being able to access the house since it is down a long drive way that slopes down to the lake. We spoke to Brad and Rose who made special arrangements with their plow guy to clear us a spot at the top of their driveway to guarantee we could get out on the day of the storm. The plow driver also reached out personally to make sure he plowed before we needed to leave. The drive way was plowed three time on the day of the storm and atleast 7 total during our stay. We were able to get in and out no problem even from the bottom of the drive way and the roads to and from the mountain were easily passable with 4 wheel drive (Subaru Outback). Would recommend!

The house was perfect for our group of 12. Large enough, lots to do, in a great location

My brother and I were in St-François for my aunt's funeral. Josée's place was the perfect spot to the rest and relaxation that we needed. The bed are incredibly comfortable, the place was clean...we couldn't ask for more.

We had a wonderful stay at Margaret's place. It was a short trip to the NEK to visit family and was a perfect location for a weekend get away! It has all the luxuries of home. We enjoyed having our own space and was close enough to family (5 minutes) so that we could spend our time visiting instead of traveling. It certainly was a winter wonderland at this time of year up there!!! The driveway was a bit slippery and steep, but all and all it was a great stay! We definitely would love to return in the future. so nice to have so many bathrooms and separation of the sleeping quarters so that each family /group can have their own privacy.

Philippe's place is very comfortable and clean, located in a picturesque and quiet setting. It was very warm, and the hot tub was awesome. Great place to relax! Philippe was attentive to all of our questions and concerns, and responded to messages quickly. The hot tub was clean and well maintained, and Philippe did regular checks on the water quality. The kitchen had everything we needed.

This is one of the best AirBnB experiences we have had. One of the best location for a farmhouse you can ask far. Secluded, beautiful environment with abundant wildlife and great views.

Nick's place was perfect for heading to Jay peak for some skiing. His condo exceeded my expectations by far. Check in was super easy and Nick was very responsive.

The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in photos we appreciated the space and size of the kitchen bedroom and bathroom loved the heated towel bar in the bathroom. Kitchen was very well equipped, and had everything we needed to make meals which was great as most restaurants were closed Mon-Wed. The bed was extremely comfortable with very nice linens. A very clean, cosy place to stay for our quick ski trip.

Tout était parfait. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à séjourner chez Elaine. Le logement était très tranquille et l'accé au SPA parfait. Il y a beaucoup de chose à faire à Magog et les environs. C'est une ville très active et les restaurants sont très bien.

Ambiance rustique et la salle de bain est luxueuse. Bel endroit avec vue sur la rivière.

Le logement de Julie était parfait, le foyer était magestueux et ajoutait à l’ambiance. La cuisine était bien équipée, la plaque de cuisson et le petit four à convection étaient tout à fait fonctionnels. La vue du salon était exceptionnelle. Sandra’s place was as described with beautiful surroundings. It was located on Lac Brôme a little ways away from the closest town, but very easy to find. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. We had some difficulty with our car rental the first evening we were supposed to be there and Sandra offered to leave lights on and have the place warm for us. Unfortunately we weren’t able to arrive until the next day, but I appreciate Sandra’s responsiveness to our situation. Just one bit of information if you do rent - the beds upstairs are infinitely more comfortable than the one on the main floor.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce logement, très confortable, bien équipé et avec une superbe vue sur le lac. Dommage que les nombreuses consignes (pourtant évidentes) et l'insistance de l'hôte empêchent une relaxation totale.

Excellent séjour passé dans le chalet ! A cette période les couleurs automnales sont extraordinaire dans la région. Le logement est trés confortable.

We stayed here in winter, needing to be in the area for family holiday gatherings, and it was very chilly that week (in the teens only!). The house is clearly made primarily for the summer months, but it is totally sufficient in the winter. The heat source is only in the front room, but we kept the ceiling fans on and there were lots of extra blankets! They used the space of the house very efficiently, especially downstairs with the bedroom off the kitchen (has a nice Murphy bed and sliding wall panels). The kitchen was sufficiently stocked for basic cooking/baking. While the water is drinkable, we found it does have a taste we didn't like, so we bought a jug of water to keep in the fridge. No issues with bathing or brushing teeth or dishes or anything. We did get to walk on the frozen lake, which my kids loved! There were people ice fishing as well. Overall its a cute little lake cottage! Heather was very responsive, flexible and helpful!

Beautiful house and property right on Champlain! Water (or should I say, ice) access was great and the fenced yard is a huge benefit with the dogs. The hot tub was amazing during a frigid February week!

Stan and Janes lake cottage was wonderful. It is right on the water with beautiful views. It is rustic yet with updated appliances. It is cozy yet spacious. Room for 6 to sleep comfortably, one queen size bed and 4 twins. Plenty to do inside the cabin as well as out, tv, games, puzzles, pool table. The fire pit is perfectly located to enjoy it and the view of the lake. The autum foliage was breathtaking. We baked apple rosettes frm the apples that were left for us from Stan and Janes farm. YUMMMM. The smell of them baking in the cottage made our stay seem like we were in a Hallmark movie. Stan and Jane also left us some wonderful home baked pumpkin bread, also YUMM. We went on the Northern Star brunch cruise and it was wonderful, very educational and the scenery is beautiful. We brunched at he East Side Pub, delicious! We're looking to spend a week in the summer.

One of our favourite places to stay when we ski in the Eastern townships. Sophie is a great communicator and always quick to response when an issue arises. Plus we like the basement living room since our golden retriever will not do stairs. The heated floor in the entry is a bonus and the mud room has plenty of space for both of us and two larger dogs.
