Lacco Ameno : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Wir haben 9 Nächte in Maurizios Wohnung verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, hat eine große Terrasse, ist sehr sauber und renoviert. Wir waren zu viert mit 2 kleinen Kindern und die Wohnung hat für uns sehr gut gepasst. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, sowie nette Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Straße ist etwas laut und ein paar Mal die Woche hört man abends Musik, aber das Schlafzimmer ist nach hinten gerichtet und mit Fenster zu haben die Kinder sehr gut geschlafen. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es sogar eine Klimaanlage aber die Räume sind schön kühl und wir haben es nicht gebraucht. Maurizio ist ein toller Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit, gesprächig und für jedes Bedürfnis bereit entgegen zu kommen. Wir haben tolle Tipps bekommen und haben unseren Aufenthalt auf Ischia sehr genossen!

Camera ordinata e pulita, posizione perfetta per visitare Sant' Angelo, abbiamo trascorso dei giorni indimenticabili e siamo stati nella assoluta tranquillità, host reattivo e flessibile sul check-in, un' esperienza da rifare.

Beautiful apartment in the center of everything.

Verde Smeraldo was everything and more! First we were given excellent instructions on how to enter the beautiful apartment area. Once we entered we were just in love . Vincenzo gave us a wonderful recommendation for a driver. They took us directly from Napoli Centrale to the door of the Air bnb! They also picked us up for other activities we did while staying. The views are exactly like you see. Spectacular and peaceful! Yes there are steps going down to the actual apartment but this is Italy! Great way to burn off some extra wine , cheese, and bread calories! When you leave the apartment there are a few steps down to the water. There’s a private gate that lets you out then just about a 10 min. walk to the marina. We loved the little market. The owner has everything you need . Including the best fresh baked bread, fresh mozzarella, beer and wine! Just bring a flash light if you are walking back in the dark! We didn’t want to leave ! It was truly paradise! Can’t wait to go back!!

Alessandra è stata disponibile, gentile e una host fantastica. La casa è molto accogliente, pulita, arredata con ottimo gusto. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Ci si sente a casa. In salone un grandissimo divano ti permette un piacevole riposo guardando la grandissima tv. L'host si è dimostrata subito gentile e alla mano, consigliandoci luoghi da visitare per rendere più piacevole il nostro soggiorno in un quartiere, Chiaia, che ti permette di raggiungere facilmente tutti gli angoli più belli e caratteristici di Napoli. Assolutamente consigliato!

Excelente estancia!! La ubicación del departamento es inmejorable: muy cerca de la estación de tren (ideal para llegar desde Roma o visitar Pompeya, el Vesubio, etc.) y a pocos pasos de las calles peatonales del centro, muy fácil para ir caminando a todos lados. El departamento es amplio, cómodo, con una cocina super equipada y todo impecable. Italo fue un anfitrión excelente, siempre atento a nuestras consultas y muy fácil de coordinar con él. Sin duda, lo recomiendo!

Luigi is a charmer and tremendously helpful. Met us at the apartment and showed us all the tricks to the place including TV screens descending from the ceiling (the view was better than anything on Netflix). At street level the neighbourhood is pretty grotty, though with the convenience of the main train station just a couple of minutes walk away. But once you’re up above the noise, you don’t want to leave. A highlight is the outdoor shower, astonishingly private given the crowded bustle of the city. The balcony itself is bigger than many Italian apartments. You can float above the city, enjoy the church bells, the distant mad honking of the traffic, the gentle play of the swallows at dusk, and feel like a king. Or Queen.

Tutto splendido, appartamento, posizione, host. Ritornerei sicuramente.

We stayed at the home for a month and absolutely loved it! Sorrento was very close by and other areas. The town itself was perfect for us and the kids. Walking distance to nice restaurants and also shops for anything you needed very close by. Also. It many hills which was a plus. We will be back and definitely recommend staying here. Edoardo was a great host and very quick to respond and also gave recommendations on things around town and the area.

Absolutely stunning location, with comfort, safety, and enjoyment top of mind. It is so close to Capri but just far enough to be quiet. We absolutely loved it here!

This is a fantastic villa with spectacular views and great accommodation so I really can’t recommend it highly enough. Massa Lubranse has some great restaurants with shuttle services and is far more chilled and private than Positano and the resorts further around the coast. The beach is a short but steep walk away but it’s hard to drag yourself away from the terraces and the views of the villa. A really special shout out to Antonio’s son Luca who simply couldn’t have done more to make our stay enjoyable. 5 stars really not enough for his all efforts that made a massive difference to our trip. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ho soggiornato nella casa di Carmen per una settimana durante il periodo di capodanno. La casa era situata in un’area tranquilla e al tempo stessa comoda per raggiungere le principali aree turistiche permettendo di fare una bella camminata. La casa era pulita e ci sono stati offerti due set di asciugami e lenzuola siccome saremo stati per più di una settimana cosa che è stata altamente apprezzata. Inoltre, la casa offriva lavatrice, macchina del caffè e tutte gli utensili per cucinare a casa se si voleva. Siccome avevamo l’aereo il pomeriggio tardi, Carmen è stata così gentile da permetterci di fare un check nel pomeriggio e in generale è sempre stata disponibile e super reattiva via messaggi. Sicuramente se torniamo a Napoli, ritorneremo qui.

Notre séjour était superbe, le logement avec vue sur la marina la plus belle de l’île est un ravissement. Je recommande vivement ! Attention cependant, nous y étions en avril, avec assez peu de monde, donc tout était génial. En plein mois d’août c’est peut-être différent, mais comme partout !! Merci Teresa et viva Procida !

L'appartement est incroyable. Spacieux, bien équipé et propre. La literie est de bonne qualité et tout est mis en place pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. L'hôte est simplement formidable... Il nous escorte à l'appartement, nous donne toues les meilleurs informations et conseils pour le séjour. Nous avons accomplie tout ce qu'il nous a conseillé et nous ne sommes pas déçu. La géolocalisé est parfaite, proche des plage et de la ville tout en étant dans un calme absolu. Le seul point que je pourrait remonter, c'est la taux d'humidité extrêmes haut pendant cet période ce qui fait que les linges mettent du temps à sécher. Mes enfants et moi-même avons passer un merveilleuse séjour avec une prestation de haute qualité. Je reviendrais sans hésiter et je recommande vivement

Such a beautiful area and accessible to the main city area by 1 bus only. Rignt next to a lovely beach and such a peaceful and quiet area. Definitely recommend staying here instead of Naples.

Perfect place to stay in Napoli. Apartment located right in the busy historic center. Corrado was a great host. He welcomed us personally with a local coffee and sfogliatelle and helped us with our luggage. He also gave us some helpful recommendations and booked us a taxi to the airport upon checkout. The apartment had every we and our baby needed. Would highly recommend.😊

This was our first stay in Anacapri, after 8 prior visits to the island. And, hands down, the “Anacapri experience” is the right way to go. Annie’s apartment is so well located, just steps from shops, restaurants, coffee shops and wine bars. We strolled, ate, sipped to our heart’s content. And while there is a lot of foot traffic during the day, early mornings, evenings and nights are very peaceful. Annie herself was the best host! Very quick to answer our questions and she gave us perfect suggestions for food and fun! We will cherish our Anacapri memories ❤️ Thank you … we will return!

Foi muito boa. O apartamento é bem localizado, tem elevador, bem equipado e bem cuidado.

Siamo stati davvero come a casa nostra. L'appartamento é pulito e davvero accogliente. Fornito di tutto quanto serve. Giacomo è molto più che gentile, ci ha consigliato sul modo migliore per raggiungere l'appartamento (non vorrei scriverlo per non farlo passare per un servizio incluso ma ci é venuto a prendere in stazione e ci riaccompagnato il giorno della partenza). Ci ha fornito indicazioni sui servizi e i ristoranti nei dintorni. Sempre pronto a rispondere a ogni richiesta. Il miglior airbnb dove mi sia capitato di abitare. Grazie

Really close to historic center. Great eating and drinking. We loved visiting Pompeii, which was easy by train. The apartment had many stairs, good for walking off the pizza! Bed was comfy, and we appreciated being able to sit on the terrace.

Bel endroit pour voyager sur l'île, tous commerces à proximité ainsi que les lignes de bus. Idéal pour une famille car trois chambres disponibles. Très bonne literie, ensemble électroménager fonctionnel et produits à disposition. Les boissons d'accueil ont été très appréciées ! L'hôte est très réactif. Vue impressionnante du toit de l'appartement tant sur la montagne que sur la mer.
