Annalisa‘s place was absolutely incredible. It is very conveniently located. The Private garden is full of lemons and oranges. It’s a perfect place to have a glass of wine. She is a wonderful host. The place is very comfy and cozy.

super clean and well equipped place! we super needed a washer dryer and after using Google Translate to figure out how it worked it was amazing! we had two great nights of sleep before taking off on the ferry tube we'll see thano comma as well as being able to walk to the centro stories and have pizza at pizzeria Brandi was awesome. 1.5 miles to Port. the location was convenient but they made it surroundings were less than interesting to say the best and some might feel like they were undesirable period we're pretty easy going. the routine to actually get booked, verify your identity, and then get into the place is quite complicated and a little off-putting to be honest period although in the end if you just trust the process it does work

Amazing accommodation and host! The location of the apartment was perfect for accessing trains and metros. Apartment was very modern and clean plus a great size to comfortably stay for a week! Luigia was an amazing host, helping with any queries we had during the stay and super response! I couldn’t recommend this place higher, best apartment in Naples!

Federico a été très flexible sur notre arrivée et la mise à disposition du logement. L'appartement était comme sur les photos, et les instructions d'entrée très claires. Logement très propres et neuf, un plus pour le jacuzzi le soir. Le logement est proche de tout pied, il y a de tout dans le quartier pour trouver son bonheur (café, boulangerie, market, shop...). Nous avons passé excellent séjour dans le logement et il est très calme dans une cour avec des gens accueillants et conciergerie !

Luigi is a charmer and tremendously helpful. Met us at the apartment and showed us all the tricks to the place including TV screens descending from the ceiling (the view was better than anything on Netflix). At street level the neighbourhood is pretty grotty, though with the convenience of the main train station just a couple of minutes walk away. But once you’re up above the noise, you don’t want to leave. A highlight is the outdoor shower, astonishingly private given the crowded bustle of the city. The balcony itself is bigger than many Italian apartments. You can float above the city, enjoy the church bells, the distant mad honking of the traffic, the gentle play of the swallows at dusk, and feel like a king. Or Queen.

Luigi was not in town when we stayed so his daughter was just as friendly and responsive. Our stay was exactly as described. The place was clean, well equipped and the location was perfect for walking to metro, shops, sights, restaurants and the port, where we took the ferry to Ischia. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Tolle Unterkunft, perfekt für 3 Gäste. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber; die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Marco hat uns einige Lebensmittel und Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt was sehr hilfreich war für die Ankunft. Die Terrasse mit Aussicht auf das Meer und auf Ischia ist toll zum Frühstücken. Was man wissen muss; zu Fuß ist es eine gute halbe Stunde zum Porto und zum berühmten Fischerhafen, was mit engen Straßen und viel Verkehr manchmal etwas stressig ist. 2 Strände sind allerdings auch in ca. 10min Fußweg zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Maria was a fantastic, friendly, and responsive host. She offered to have us meet her at the accomodation when our train arrived so she could show us around the apartment and allow us to drop off our bags. The apartment is in a very lively area (the heart of the historic district) so there are lots of cafes, shops, and sights to take in. I did note that we could hear cars and street noise, but it wasn't enough to be bothersome to us, but keep that in mind if you prefer to sleep in a very quiet space. Either way, this apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

Giuseppe's place was just what we needed with a great view. He was very responsive, helped us with renting a scooter, and was always willing to share some recommendations for things to do or places to eat, he really wanted us to enjoy and make the most of our stay. The place is a little bit out of the main town/port area but very walkable, 5-7 min walk to town. Only recommendation for the host is to provide a bit more amenities such as washing detergent and shampoo/conditioner etc.

What a gem! The apartment was lovely and cozy! perfect for 2! The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean white. The location is right in the heart of a lovely street bustling with restaurants and shops and cafes! I would definitely not hesitate and book this place if you’re a 1st timer visiting Ischia or a regular visitor. Thanks for the great response and communication Vito! and for your father coming to check on things. A super bonus is having laundry accessible while you stay. Everything was pristine , a home away from home . when you have a million questions like I did and I am so appreciative. tutto è stato meraviglioso. L’alloggio si trova a pochi passi dalla fermata “Duomo” della metropolitana ma il centro è raggiungibile agevolmente anche a piedi. La casa è molto bella e funzionale, fornita di tutto ciò che può servire in una vacanza. Abbiamo addirittura trovato un adorabile gattino “condominiale “ ! Roberta è stata gentilissima, ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare le valigie prima del check in e il giorno della partenza ci ha lasciato la disponibilità dell’alloggio anche al pomeriggio

L'appartement est conforme aux photos et descriptions. Très propre, bien entretenu. Cuisine au gaz super rare mais impeccable pour le cuisinier. Permet de faire de la vraie cuisine sans ressortir tous les soirs. Vue magnifique sur le Castel de l'Ovo et le Vésuve. Rosa et son équipe sont très amicaux et prêt à vous rendre service, pleins d'informations et de conseils. Ils ont fait un message d'anniversaire à mon épouse. Le seul hic dans tout ça c'est que le quartier est un peu loin du centre ce qui fait qu'on passe pas mal de temps à se déplacer. Nous le savions avant de choisir l'appartement donc une demi surprise. A refaire sans hésiter.

We stayed at Carlo’s place for three heavenly weeks. Everything was as described. The apartment is large, and furniture (especially the bed!) was so comfortable. The promenade on the sea was just down the road and made for beautiful sunset strolls. And I must add that after we locked ourselves out one night, Carlo and Luca were so kind and understanding despite the inconvenience we created. We definitely plan to return every winter!

Sabrina greeted us and she was really kind and sweet. She was always one text message away and we always felt at home. The place is near to the metro and tons of restaurants, which Sabrina also recommended to us. I will definitely be back :) Thank you for hosting us.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή, και τα περισσότερα μαγαζιά ήταν προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολυ κοντά σε σταθμό. Ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες και ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός! Σίγουρα το προτείνω για διαμονη.

Si vous voulez vous imprégner de Naples c’est le logement qu’il faut. Le logement est spacieux, fidèle aux photos et bien équipé. Il est situé dans un quartier animé avec de nombreux commerces. Il permet de visiter Naples à pied. Il est proche du quartier Espagnol et de bien d’autres sites. Il est également proche d’une station de métro, du funiculaire et d’une station de train. Bonne communication avec l’hôte qui est sympathique.

I stayed five weeks at Maria's place for a business trip. She is a fantastic host: attentive, responsive, and always available for suggestions and any issues that arise (there were none during my stay). The apartment is beautiful with comfortable furnishings, all the necessary amenities, and centrally located. Although you are very close to the Via Toledo, it is very quiet and no issues with noise. There are two excellent cafes outside the entrance and a wealth of restaurants nearby. There are also several supermarkets within walking distance, if you prefer to cook for yourself. You are also very close to cultural heritage sites: the Palazzo Reale, the San Carlo Theater, the Galleria Umberto and the Via Chiaia (famous for shopping). I have been visiting Naples for thirty years and this is the best place I have stayed. I will not stay anywhere else in the future; it has my highest recommendation.

Our experience at Anna‘s place was absolutely perfect. The apartment was flawless and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay (Wifi, Kitchen, Washing Machine, Hairdryer etc.) The location is ideal, right in the heart of Naples, within walking distance of many key attractions, great restaurants, and public transportation. Anna was incredibly welcoming and provided us with fantastic recommendations. Communication was super quick and easy. Anna also arranged us a taxi for our way back to the airport and always had an open ear for extra-wishes. If you're looking for the perfect base to explore the Gulf of Naples, this is it! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city or the area. Thank you, Anna, for making our stay so memorable!
