Had a great stay while in town for a concert at the Tacoma Dome! Only had a small issue with the parking. We had payed extra to park in the secure garage and the instructions said there would be a remote fob and a permit on the table when we checked in, however they weren’t there! Sounds like it was a minor mix up with a new cleaning person. We contacted Andy and he responded right away and brought us the pass and the fob we needed in one hour. We preferred to park in the garage for safety reasons, but had no problem leaving our car in the free street parking right in front of the building while we waited for him to arrive. It worked out great! Just a heads up that this Airbnb is located at the top of a fairly steep hill, so keep that in mind if you’re planning on walking to access the light rail/food.

The house was perfect for my wife and I. We were in Federal Way for the Big 12 Conference Swim Meet. We were 15 minutes away. The house is close to the highway so that made it super convenient. We thought the jukebox was really cool. We played a couple of songs. If you’re ever needing to travel to Washington State, take a look at this house for your stay.

Very nice and friendly family! The apartment is very clean and cozy with all things needed for a tourist. They also provided some snacks and fresh eggs from their chicken farm, a nice place far from the city area to experience something different.

My second visit to this perfect “home away”, just as easy as the first visit. Everything is comfortable and available. The kitchen isn’t missing a thing if you want to cook. There are great restaurants just steps away, but enough steps that you don’t have their noise. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting Tacoma!

Super flexible for early check in. Was comforting for a quick overnight stay and less expensive than hotels in the area.

The ADU was perfect for my husband and I. Very close drive to airport, restaurants and cute downtown. The place was better than expected. Nice bed, soft towels, kitchen stocked with coffee and other items in the fridge. Big kitchen too! We hope to be back soon, since our daughter lives so close!

We love this house! The kitchen had everything we needed for five days of cooking. The living room was comfortable, and at night, it was so quiet. The instructions were clear, and when we did need some help, Melanie helped us immediately. Wonderful place to stay!

We stayed here for a long weekend with another family for a dance competition in Tacoma. We loved the location near the university. The house accommodated are group well. Plenty of room and well equipped. It was clean and comfortable with easy check-in, check-out instructions. We loved the vintage but modern vibes of the house. Everything about this home was perfect! We were there for an even at the fairgrounds and although we’ve been going to the event for several years, this was the first time we decided to book an Airbnb. I’ve already booked it again for next year.

Great place to stay. The beds were comfy and there are 2 nice bath tubs. The pillows were a little big so if you like small pillows remember to bring your own. The train is very close. It didn't bother us because we live close to a train but if you are not used to trains you might want to bring ear plugs. The loveseats in the living room are great. We really enjoyed turning on the fire and relaxing after a long day at Sew Expo.

Richard is absolutely amazing! We have a crew for work that has to travel and this is our second week staying… definitely won’t be our last! Helped us out with anything we needed and just an overall beautiful home.

Naili was an excellent host. Very responsive to all questions and inquiries. Very accommodating to me and my family and made our family Thanksgiving get together a reality with her beautiful home. The home is extremely gorgeous and very well kept with beautiful views and very peaceful. Everything was as advertised. I highly recommend staying at Nali’s house.

We stayed for 5 weeks during our house renovation. This place is clean, in good neighborhood. Lots of room and baths for single family. Place is warm, comfy, and cozy for getaway too. Janice is responsive and attentive host. Dishwasher was not working properly. First the handy man showed up, but couldn’t fix. She immediately replaced it. Also she provided one time cleaning in between the stay. She is flexible and accommodating. Enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

This place was amazing Ly was an amazing host. The price of this stay was amazing and it came with so much stuff to use incase we needed it ! it was perfect size for me and my family and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a top 10 place to stay without the extra cost !

Our stay in SeaTac was very nice. The Airbnb Home was very clean and comfortable and cozy. The furnishings were very nice and there was a television in each bedroom, plenty of towels, blankets and extra pillows. Kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to cook for our three day stay as well as extras for coffee and drinks, I highly recommend and would book while visiting in the Seattle area again.

Amazing place, really clean, huge TV, beds were super comfortable and I have to mention the loft is really well layed out and decorated. The yard was big and the owners were very friendly.

This Quiet 2-bedroom Townhouse in Sumner was just as the listing described. The cohost (Crystal) was very proactive in her communication. Everything was clean and in order. The heat was turned on before we got there so that the house would be warm. We went to spend the Christmas holidays with our son and family. We really enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this property to anyone interested is going to Washington for a visit.

Great location! Only 20 minutes from downtown and has an amazing restaurants just round around the corner. The place felt just like home.
