We had a wonderful stay. They have created a beautiful property, a very cozy and comfortable studio, and such a delightful, whimsical garden! The beach was also quite nice to spend some time in. They have maintained a nice short trail to get to it. We had the pleasure of meeting Victoria briefly and she was very friendly. The drive to get to the property is quite beautiful. There are very little food options nearby but Gig Harbor (half hour drive) has a lot of good restaurants. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful, relaxing weekend getaway.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Shadow Lake, Washington, was absolutely perfect! The location is stunning, right in front of a beautiful lake, offering breathtaking sunsets that made our evenings magical. It was the perfect getaway from noise and city life, giving us the peace and relaxation we were looking for. The place itself was huge for just the two of us, with plenty of space to unwind. It had everything we needed a fully equipped kitchen, cozy atmosphere, great TV, and even board games for extra entertainment. Every little detail was well thought out, making it feel like a home away from home. It has space to work remotely so it was a plus If you're looking for a serene retreat with all the comforts you could ask for, this is the place to be. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location! The room was just as pictured and more stunning in person. Room comes with pretty much everything you need. Bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable, and it gets a tad noisy at night from normal city noise, but other than that the day is fantastic. Easy check in and check out!

Aaron’s place was perfect for what I needed. The host was polite and available if needed. It felt safe and private which was perfect. I’d highly recommend.

This was our 2nd time staying there. Jerry & Sara are excellent hosts. The property is lovely and the views are gorgeous. Very clean. We had a wonderful stay. We are hoping to return again soon and will definitely stay there again.

This place was perfect. Close to the water. Peaceful with beautiful views. Close to Gig Harbor that has many cute stores, restaurants, and breweries. We would stay again!

This was our second stay and we only have positive things to say about Shawna and her lovely rental. Awesome location with amazing views! Super clean and comfortable! The small kitchen with fridge is an added bonus, especially for those that don’t always eat out when they travel or have dietary restrictions. Shawna is very responsive and friendly! Hoping to stay again soon!

This is our third reservation. Jia was a fantastic host. She went out of her way to assure that we had a very pleasant and relaxing time! We would highly recommend staying here.

This place is magical! I truly felt like I was on a vacation where I could just stay put and not leave the property whatsoever. The views are to die for and the marine life was sublime! Hope to come back again. I took my 20 something daughters and they both felt the same way. They kayaked and were kids again examining all the seashells, crabs, etc.

The cabin was even more impressive in person. I don't think the pictures give it justice! GPS led us to a road that is no longer in service but it was easy to turn around and figure it out. There are neighbors but they were very friendly. There were fresh flowers and a hand written thank you card!! The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of options for dishes, cookware, and spices. My kids and I enjoyed the nicely stocked coffee/cocoa station! We took the row boats out with the life jackets and paddles. Jay even had extra pairs of rubber boots and outerwear in the garage in case you forgot to bring yours! He left us with plenty of firewood and his yard was very spacious for my kids to enjoy when the tide was in. Tons of oysters and crabs and im sure clams. Great spot with great views!! I definitely recommend!!!

Celia, thank you for a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful outside and in, while also being comfortable. We were able to find what we needed fairly easily, and spend time with our friends. The kitchen had almost everything we needed (Please add a bottle opener!). There were instructions to get down into the boathouse and dock, door keys, etc. Loved soaking up the views!

One of our families' favorite getaways in our 20th stay together. The location was amazing, the house was very large and everyone in our group had their own bedroom. It is very hard to find places like this, that blend a great location with a beautiful well-appointed home. Being right on the Puget sound shore was amazing, peaceful and relaxing. Our family didn't venture out much as we just wanted to enjoy the little time we get to share together. But, there is much to see and do on day trips if you enjoy hiking, boating etc. The house itself was great, large family gathering areas for all of us to sit and chat together. Game room and bar with a Nautical theme downstairs. The kitchen doors and cabinets were all very well marked where you could find things without having to search each drawer. 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 washers and dryers. We will definitely return in the future but will try in the Summer next time.

Our group of four moms and our four teenage boys rented the Holly House for our annual three day getaway. Even before booking, Paige was exceptionally communicative and helped to clarify questions that I had about bedroom layout. The house itself is *absolutely* stunning and the location on Hood Canal with a gorgeous view of the beloved Olympic Mountains, made this annual trip all the more special. Paige was incredibly responsive on the occasions where questions came up and was a delight to interact with. As a group who loves the cook, the big open kitchen looking out onto the water was so perfect. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. The upstairs bunk “great room” was like a palace for our boys and they indicated that this was their favorite place we’ve stayed locally (we all live in Kitsap). Definitely hope to return again soon!

We were visiting from California to attend the celebration of life for a family member. It was so nice to have such a lovely, well-appointed condo that was convenient for family visits, but also a retreat for us. The condo building is nestled in a mature, very walkable area surrounded by grand old homes with a most pleasant view of the sound. Early mornings bundled up and sitting on the patio with coffee watching the neighborhood come to life was a highlight.

This stay was awesome—It's in a great location. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and Ruston Way which is a very scenic walk. It was very clean inside and had all the listed amenities. It felt like a home away from home. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway to Tacoma.

What a great stay at Jeffrey’s place! The check-in was smooth, and the space was huge (so much more than I was even expecting). The amenities looked inviting, and the condo has everything for cooking and keeping things tidy. I would recommend the Fred Meyer in nearby Shelton for groceries and anything fresh you might want, it seems more accessible than supermarkets in Belfair. The spot was extremely private and peaceful, and having our own walking space and beach for the resort was a really convenient touch. Thanks again for a lovely visit!

Great place to stay. It was quiet and it felt like home away from home. It also had a great view! Excellent location. I would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Tacoma area.

Great location, wonderful neighborhood! It was walking distance to where I have been working. Very safe! I lived the patio with a great view of the harbor. Great value!!

We enjoyed the condo so much we plan on trying to stay there every year we travel to state wrestling finals. And possibly bringing family and renting more units. Worked perfectly for us, was comfortable, clean and located in a perfect spot that was quiet, cozy and clean. Completely satisfied.
