Our stay at this prestige home was everything we hoped for. The Jacuzzi was amazing! We loved that it was salt water! The home is a shared space with Mary, however once we got the tour, she was never seen from again, leaving us feeling like we were the only ones there! We had a wonderful time cooking our healthy food in her well stocked kitchen! And always so deep in a very comfortable bed! The lake was frozen when we were there, and that seemed to add to the experience!

As we left, we promised to leave a “bajillion star” review. Ronnie and Derek’s place is simply one of the best, perhaps even the best, Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Wonderful location, peaceful atmosphere, *immaculate* cleanliness, thoughtful touches (the bread and fresh-cut flowers) and kind, attentive but not overbearing hosts. We had picked their place last-minute, only to discover a location that we’ll return to again and again when needing an escape from the city. Love it and highest recommendation!

The stay at Dalias place was incredible. We were early to our reservation and she let us check in early and it was very seamless. The location is BREATHTAKING right on the lake and feels very private and homey. Very clean and very comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!!

Enjoyed my stay tremendously. It was like having a snug nest in the forest. Yet, you could hop in the car and visit nearby stores and restaurants in minutes. I especially liked the park that was just down the road where I walked my dog every day. All in all a great place.

The space was perfect. The house is kept very well and has anything you would need for your stay available. The outdoor area is great and the lake view is even better. Jim is super responsive and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, recommend it to anyone.

The space was great! The only thing that was different was the indoor pool and hot tub were not on site. They only have an outdoor pool that of course was closed in February. They did however give access at another resort 7 miles away. We were not able to take advantage due to a snow storm that came in. But I did get use of the jet tub in the upstairs bathroom so it made up for it😊

We stayed at Josiah’s place for 5 nights and the apartment is located near a lot of restaurants. The area was very quiet and the place was clean and very comfortable. Josiah was quick to respond to any questions we had. And parking was great because we had an assigned spot.

Wonderful place, close to Pa ski resorts, on a lake, plenty of space, and everything else you’d hope for. The hosts were responsive and when they needed something from us courteous.

We do an annual trip and I have rented several houses in the Poconos. Mostly Big Bass Lake. Joanna’s home was by far the best we have rented. House itself was perfect. So much to do. Joanna thought of every single detail to make our stay comfortable. Aside from the house, Joanna was so accommodating. Any question I may have had was answered before I asked it. We were offered complimentary early check in and late check out.

Such a great time! The place was spotless and very peaceful! The hot tub was our favorite part and the sun room was great for friends together to hang out. Overall, very much recommend and would happily go again!

First time staying in PA and we were blown away by the house! Amazing decor and location is right across the lake. Owners were fast to reply to my messages and answer any questions. They’re very kind and friendly. Kitchen and bathroom was fully stocked. The house is in a peaceful and quiet town. We felt safe and taken care of the entire time. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommend booking this place!

My family of four stayed here for two nights for a quick getaway and to get in a winter hike, and we were not disappointed. The house was very cozy (and sparkling clean, as well.) We loved the freestanding gas fireplace and the hot tub. It was so convenient to be able to walk out of the house and hike through the state forest (we did the Choke Creek Falls Hike, it was a fairly easy hike even with ice/snow on the ground with a ten year old.) Would love to come back in the warmer months to swim in the river!

Beautiful house in a gorgeous location! Highly recommend Regina’s space. The hot tub in winter was heavenly- as was the fireplace, and the we took the boats out for a little adventure on the lake. Her kitchen is incredibly well stocked and the house is perfectly cozy. This was our second time staying here & we’d love to come back yet again:)

Sam is a great host! He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and that we had an amazing experience! Felt like a luxurious wellness retreat and it was exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family!

We had a wonderful stay at Amanda's place! The AirBnB was so cozy during the winter weather and the lake was a stunning backdrop for our weekend away. We enjoyed lots of laughs and home cooked meals during our stay. We're already talking about when we can return!

Our stay at this property was peaceful and comfortable. Every amenity listed is there. The size of this beautiful home accommodated my family comfortably and holds everything you may need for a great vacation. The lake, boat, kayak and fire pit made outdoor fun for day and night. We saw lots that nature has to offer in the backyard and my grandkids were fascinated. Can’t say enough about the beautiful home and beautiful outdoors at this property . We all had a wonderful time

My family and I rented Jonathan's place as a long-term rental during ski season. We wanted to be close to Big Boulder given our involvement in the race program and the place could not have been more conveniently located (it was also great being able to walk to Boulder View Tavern for apres ski!). The unit was just like it was described, and Jonathan was always incredibly responsive if we ever needed anything. This place became our "home away from home" for ski season and we were truly sad to pack up on our last day. Highly recommend both this unit and Jonathan (I believe he has other properties) to anyone considering a stay in the Poconos. Fantastic experience and absolutely wonderful host!!

This is our 3rd year staying at the house for our family's winter getaway. The location is absolutely perfect and the view is just breathtaking. The house is very clean and well stocked with everything we need. The communication prior and during our stay was on point, responsive and super helpful. We can't wait for next year! We stayed at Sharon’s for a weekend of skiing. Sharon’s ski condo was absolutely lovely. It was clean and neat. It was decorated so nice and felt so cozy! The views of the lake and mountain were beautiful. It was a very peaceful. We absolutely loved it. The location was great for skiing at big boulder. Sharon was a the best host as communication was excellent and Sharon was so friendly. She allowed us to check out a little later in the date of our departure. There was tons of information on all local places etc and a guest handbook with any/all information you would need. We will absolutely be back! Thank you Sharon for sharing your ski condo with our family

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and perfectly located condo with a beautiful lake view. It was very roomy with plenty of space for all guests. Joanne was an excellent communicator, proactively providing all of the information we needed for a smooth checkin and seamless experience. Great spot right on the lake. Boulder lake is private so not as noisy as Lake Harmony but minutes away. This unit is on the far side so very private, but still a short walk to the pool. The back deck looks directly over the lake and has a grill. The place was very clean and had all the extras we needed to enjoy dinners, games, and some tv. Thanks Eva.
