Panos is a fantastic host, from the fresh figs and delicious orange cake waiting in the fridge for us on our arrival, to organising a local lady to come and do some cooking for us ( a great way to taste really delicious Greek food) to being on the phone when our car broke down and acting as a translator plus lots more. The villa is a real get away from it all location and just 8 mins drive from the local buzz of the local town. It was so good that we just didn’t want to leave. The views are fantastic and better than the photos in real life. There is lots to do around and about ,lovely little beaches, great restaurants and the boat taxi to Spetse is close by as well. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back again.

Anastasios's home was comfortable, with exquisite views, safe parking, a short drive to Gythio town and a range of sights and restaurants, but also walking distance to 2 great tavernas in the local village. His restaurant recommendations and suggestions for things to do were excellent. We would definitely love to visit again.

Un endroit tout simplement incroyable! Exactement comme sur les photos, nous avons adoré notre séjour. La Villa est située en hauteur du village de Poulithra, à environ 10 minutes, au bout d’une route sinueuse et asphaltée, ce qui rend les lieux uniques et très paisibles. La maison offrait tout ce qu’on peut rechercher dans un tel lieu: lits confortables, propreté, maison bien équipée et très bien entretenue. Merci d’offrir un si bel endroit!

A beautiful villa, lovely surroundings and views. Very peaceful, well maintained. Ladies would appreciate a full length mirror! We had a lovely holiday but had one major issue. We chose this villa because the details were definite that a car was not required as everything was within walking distance, essential for us as none of us drive anymore for health reasons. The claim that a supermarket was 17 minutes walk was not the case. It took 40 minutes to walk downhill to Agios Nikolaos where all the facilities were, and longer to walk back up. We found a friendly local taxi service so we managed, but I feel we were misled when booking. It was a beautiful place but you definitely need a car.

When we booked on airbnb we weren't aware that searocks is a complex delivering services including breakfast, bar, lunch and diner. We have been delighted to meet Christos and his team who are kind and offering a tailor made service. The villas are well equiped and offering the expected privacy. We can have been noisy with our kids but were always feeling independant in this complex which was one of our expectations.

Just a short walk from a picturesque mountain village, Villa Sunset is a truly incredible place to stay. The veranda gives views over rolling slopes of olive groves and down to the sea below. The pool is huge - it’s worth noting that it is VERY deep if you’re with small children - and thanks to its position it’s a wonderful place to find some peace and quiet. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely, particularly the master suite in the tower! Neochori, the local village, is a 5 minute stroll away. You’ll find a bakery that does coffees, fresh bread and sweet treats, as well as a minimarket which is good in an emergency (but be warned it only takes cash and there are no ATMs in the village). The village also has a restaurant and a really wonderful Taverna owned by the amazing Maria, which we ended up eating at most nights. A 10 minute drive away is Stoupa, which is quite touristy but has some nice restaurants and bars. A similar distance away is Agios Nikolaos, a picturesque fishing village with a great snorkelling spot. Although you can walk to Agios, it’s definitely worth renting a car or making use of local taxi services. To sum-up, Villa Sunset is a truly amazing sanctuary in a characterful and relatively unspoiled corner of Greece. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Η βιλα του Mark εχει καταπληκτική θεα, εξαιρετικα λειτουργικους χωρους (εξωτερκους και εσωτερικους) και ιδιωτικοτητα. Ο Mark ειναι φιλικος και εξυπηρετικος σε οτι χρειαστείς.

a hairpin drive (steep in places) - was no problem for our Fiat Panda Hire Care... the destination was worth it...Orato Village location, on the side of hill - villa Artemis was authentic - modern - just right for us - two adults. Often a welcome gentle warm breeze - with wafts of oregano & rosemary (getting very warm by 3rd week of May 2024). Pleasantly cool enough inside - we didn't need to use the Aircon at that time. (note steps - raised patio with low wall - is not safe for children) The pool, approx 5 m was regularly checked, cleaned by Minas - quietly did his stuff early mornings usually - kept it pristine. Lovely family man. Everything was near enough (with a car) to explore surrounding area - Mountains & villages. Great views of Agios Nikolaos. People so friendly - great choice tavernas restaurants. Our two weeks flew by. Neat Kitchen area had all we needed to make simple cooked or cold meals - if we wanted a change from eating out. Perfect for us! Highly recommended.

בהתחלה היו לנו חששות להזמין את הנכס, בגלל שלא היו כמעט ביקורות, אבל זאת היתה הבחירה הטובה ביותר שעשינו!! החופשה אצל Manazil Mani היתה הטובה ביותר. מהרגע שביצענו את ההזמנה, Taha יצר איתנו קשר. ביום ההגעה Taha ביקש לדעת מתי נגיע. כשהגענו, הוא ואישתו קבלו את פנינו והסבירו לנו הכל על הנכס. הוילה יפיפה, נקייה ועם נוף מדהים! הבית מאובזר ברמה מאוד גבוה והם השאירו לנו המון פינוקים. גם הבריכה מאוד מפנקת ונקיה. כשהגענו הם נתנו לנו המון המלצות ושמחו לענות לנו כשביקשנו המלצות גם בהמשך. התקשורת איתם היתה מאוד נעימה. יש המון מה לעשות בסביבה. Stoupa מקסימה וכך גם כל הסביבה. מסעדות טובות, חופים יפים, מאפיה מצויינת וסופרמרקט נוח. מומלץ מאוד!

This is a charming home that looks like a village. I spent two weeks with three families. We all had our privacy and plenty of room to eat play and have solo Moments in. The light hits the walls in a very special way creating a luminous dreamy effect. I like the town it’s quaint but has all the basic needs. A big supermarket walking distance and a hospital in case of emergency’s. Your in the middle of all the important things to see at equal distance. Oh and only 9 minutes from the airport. The host were very nice, the house is clean and everything is truly luxurious. Thanks!

The house has so much charm, it feels very informal and has great character. The kitchen was well equipped to cook, and had plenty of space. The verandah at the rear is large, and also the front porch is lovely to sit and watch the sea and the world go by. The little beach opposite is handy for a quick early morning dip and there is another one opposite a great bakery 200m to the left along sea road. Bike rental 100m along, Spetses rental. Super chill. Lovely linen and pillows! Had a great time. Highly recommend it.

This was hands down the best Airbnb experience we've ever had! The property exceeded all of our expectations and was even more stunning in person than it appears in the photos. It’s beautifully designed and equipped with everything you could possibly need and more – from kitchen essentials to entertainment options. The daily cleaning service and bed-making truly made it feel like we were staying in a high-end hotel, yet we still had all the comfort and privacy of being in a home. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free getaway!

Simply a stunning house and location that my friends and I have already said send love to return to one day. You can’t stay that about many places! Peaceful, amazing sunsets, relaxing vibes. What more could you want. Hosts were great and always trying to make sure we had all we needed. Book it!

What a breathtaking experience! Our stay at this property was made exceptional by the host. This private pool villa exceeded all my expectations. The sea view was amazing and this amazing little terrace where you can sit overlooking the sunset!!! The villa has all the amenities one could ask for. For sure this was the best Airbnb property i have ever seen!

Ο Φίλιππος είναι πολύ καλός οικοδεσπότης και το σπίτι είναι εξαιρετικό. Πανέμορφη θέα με ωραίο κήπο και μπαλκόνια. Ευρύχωρο, καθαρό και με δυνατότητα διαμονής για αρκετό καιρό. Ωραία τοποθεσία με δυνατότητα εναλλαγής δυτικής και ανατολικής Μάνης. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

You want to withdraw from crowds? A shopping centre is a few kilometres away (main point of reference upon arrival). Fill the fridge and relax. Should you wish to explore the area, Porto Cheli is a 5min drive away, 10-15mins to Costa where you can get a boat to Spetses and about 15mins to Ermioni. So, although not in walking distance from the main nearby centres/beaches, it is centrally located though you will definitely need a car to move around. Either way, parking space is plentifull and the house is then easily accessible while all rooms open to the pool deck. Views are stunning. A decent sized pool with variable depth, cleaned regularly, overlooks the mediterranean garden. A large table by the pool deck is where you'll most probably be spending your afternoons and evenings. Shaded outdoor sitting areas, outdoor and indoor ceiling fans and efficient a/c in the bedrooms essential for summer. I guess it's a case of elegant simplicity over superficiality. Your choice.

George's house is really beautiful, inside and out. The nice thing is that this is not some shell of a villa, but clearly someone's home. The setting is spectacular, if a little remote. But we like remote! What really made the difference was George our host and Sophie, his cleaner. Both were super helpful when I had to unexpectedly go into hospital, with George even going so far as to offer to travel the 1.5 hour journey to the Hospital to talk to the doctors on our behalf! In the end, this was not necessary but it was good to know that we had that option if needed. Despite the hospital stay, we had a lovely stay in a lovely setting. And the proximity to Spetses and Hydra is an added bonus. I cannot recommend this villa enough.

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. The view over the town and sea was amazing, the pool was wonderful and the house was really comfortable. Katerina went out of her way to be helpful with transfers for us and our luggage to/from the port, and helping us hire a quad bike. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Spetses.

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit 2 Terassen, die einen wunderbaren Blick bieten. Da wir in der Nebensaison im.Haus waren, hatten wir die Anlage fast für uns allein und es war wunderbar ruhig. Den Pool hatten wir fast immer zur alleinigen Nutzung und auch am Strand waren wir oft allein. Im Nachbarort gab es einen sehr guten Bäcker mit tollen selbstgemachten Eissorten und kleine und große Supermärkte.

Great house with a big pool. A few minutes walk to a beautiful little beach. Porto Heli only 10 mins in the car. We really enjoyed our stay.

F-a-n-t-a-s-t-i-c. A splendid, spacious place comfortable and equipped for up to 6 people. Unbeatable views, a great pool and very friendly owner (Chris) and local support staff (George & ladies). This is THE place to relax, chill out and let time pass. The closest village Petalidi with shops, pharmacy and restaurants is located about 5 min drive away, similar to the closest beach. You need a car to get to this hidden gem property. Equally don’t forget sun block, insect repellent and beach towels. Also a great place for children who can already swim or float in the pool (min depth 1.1m, max over 2m). We will come back!

We were 5 adult people staying here and I cannot express how pleased we were with our wonderful hosts. Not only is the villa and its surroundings absolutely magical, but we got a lot more than we paid for, thanks to their warm welcome and impeccable eye for detail. Local goods, charming family running the Airbnb and surrounding olive farm, sunsets so beautiful you forget to blink. I thank you for an amazing stay and am very pleased to have had the honor of meeting parts of your family.

Das Haus ist Deluxe. Sehr grosser Wohnbereich. Balkon mit Blick auf Kalmata mit Tisch zum Frühstücken. Große Terasse mit überdachter Sitzgruppe, Hollywoodschaukel und guten Liegen. Der Pool sehr groß, sauber mit Blick aufs Meer. Alle Zimmer sehr sauber. Betten und bad gut. Die Küche mehr als Voll ausgestattet. Nespresso, Kaffemaschine, Sandwichmaker und mehr. Alle Töpfe in sehr gutem Zustand. Viel Geschirr damit der Geschirrspüler nicht immer läuft. Grundaustattung mit Gewürzen, Kaffeefilter, Bier, Wein Pizza bei der Ankunft Waschmittel Duschgels etc. alles vorhanden. Maria kümmert sich liebevoll und kommt mit kleinen Geschenken besser geht nicht. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Bett/ Handtuchwechsel nach Wunsch. Wir haben schon viele Häuser in Griechenland gemietet aber dies war mit Abstand das beste. Es gibt einfach nichts negatives. Man beötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Ein Lidl ist in 5 Fahr Minuten zu erreichen weitere Supermärkte in 10. Strand und Strandrestaurant in 10 minuten.
