I couldn't have picked a cozier place to spend a rainy Waco weekend. Everything was so clean, cozy and comfortable. I will definitely be returning in the future!

My stay was fantastic, the house was very centrally located, clean and smelled good, had all the things I needed to call this my home for a few days. Erick is a great host and I would definitely recommend his house

Wonderful stay for stopping in Waco for a few days on our way to Dallas. Visited the Magnolia Silos, Dr. Pepper museum and enjoyed hiking in Cameron park. Apt was in a great location and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Really enjoyed the visit. I’ll be staying there again.

I have stayed at Rosanna's properties several times and she is always so helpful and accomodating. The location is perfect for walking Baylor, attending Football games and other events.

My family loved our stay at the farmhouse! Very peaceful, and lots of open space to relax and even say hi to the cows next door. The bunk bed room is great if traveling with kids. House was clean, and host was responsive to any questions we had. It’s a great location, near yummy food: Cafe Homestead and Red Wagon BBQ, and short drive into Waco if you’re planning to see all things Magnolia-related. Beds were comfy, and big kitchen space and living room area.

Wonderful little home. The restorations done by Desiree and her husband were smart, tasteful, and thoughtful, preserving the charm of the house's history while maximizing utility and comfort for modern living. More than the home itself, we really appreciated the many thoughtful amenities that are sometimes lacking in other places - plenty of coffee, basic spices, soaps, trash bags, laundry detergent, et al. Desiree was friendly and responsive every time we reached out. It is so close to many restaurants, the suspension bridge, the park, the silos -- ($6 Uber to downtown??). My only regret is we were too early for the trees to be bloom and weather a bit warmer so we could more fully appreciate the back yard. Many thanks for a very hospitable stay, Desiree!

Amanda was extremely responsible and even allowed an early check in due us driving up early with a dog on board. The “wow factor” was the level of care she had for her guests. We forgot to bring our kids tooth brushes and Amanda had disposable toothbrushes on hand. If I travel to Waco again I will be doing so because of my experience at this property.

This place is awesome, it’s a diamond in the rough! You would never know how great the place is until you walk through the door. It’s in a not so hot location, but it’s within 10 miles of Waco and is not actually in Waco but the bordering town next to Waco! Great thing about that is the neighbor is a Police officer so we felt really safe. Local food, restaurants, all within 5 min drive and an awesome taco stand about a mile down the road. This a wonderful home, would recommend staying again, the price is one of the lowest yet probably the best deal out there!

The home was perfect for our group. It was in a great location. So close to Baylor, the Silos & other fun attractions & restaurants. The home was very clean, nicely decorated & had all the needed essentials. We would love to stay there again, when we return to Waco.

We really enjoyed our stay at Clay Cottage. Plenty of room for all 4 of us. Great location as it was easily walkable to Magnolia and the Silos. David, the host, was very welcoming and communicated everything we needed to know about the house and community.

What a great stay at the Silocation condo! We absolutely loved the decor, the bed was extremely comfy and the furniture was as well. It was so nice to see the sunrise and the city lights. And it was so walkable to everything we wanted to do in downtown Waco. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this Waco gem could not have been better. The condo is in a great location and especially loved the bookstore and cafe next door. Communication was great and the hosts accommodated an early check in for us that was greatly appreciated. We visited during a cold snap and were happy to have the comfy and cozy condo to relax in and warm up after a chilly walk around the silos and downtown. We hope to visit again someday!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was exactly as described. The host was great at communicating everything we needed to know to gain access. The location was in a great spot and walkable to many local attractions like the Magnolia Market and Dr. Pepper museum.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Wacations Condo. Centrally located and walking distance to many shops and the Magnolia market. (The only thing that kept us up at night was the traveling bar -it came by the area several times honking the horn). But otherwise fun place to stay. Would highly recommend and would love to come back again! Appreciated that there was a little fitness center available too.

This has been the best Airbnb I have stayed at so far. I travel a lot for work and I always try and get a Airbnb when I can. I am very glad I chose this one. It has everything you could possibly need. Plenty of kitchen items, bathrooms stocked, rooms are cozy. This place definitely exceeded my expectations. I would stay here again for sure.

It was our first time visiting and this condo was perfect. It’s right downtown and so walkable and close to most of the attractions you would want to see in Waco. It was a very short drive over to Baylor University as well. The condo was well stocked, clean, and had everything that we would possibly need for a weekend getaway. The owner was great in communicating before, during, and after the stay. Would definitely recommend and I will be checking to see if this unit is available should we return to Waco.
