My recent stay at Mani’s property was a great experience! The host was incredibly responsive, making the check-in process seamless. The house was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, offering a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to local attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

Eric was great and went over the top to make our stay magical for our family. He went out and purchased a cake and favorite drinks for our family before we arrived for a surprise. Responded immediately to questions about pool and hot tub. Everything was smooth and great. He even had more beds and cots than what we thought so the kids had their own beds at night.

Ashton’s place is a real gem. It’s spacious, warm & inviting. We loved the Old Los Angeles Spanish architecture, the many comfortable rooms for sitting and looking out at the Los Feliz neighborhood skyline, and the uncluttered choice of decor. We thought the decor had a great attention to detail, making an already spacious home feel even bigger. We were just a group of 3, but we could imagine that even bigger groups would have lots of different areas to hang out in. Our daughter spent most of the 7 days in the pool, surrounded by lush tropical palms, hibiscus, and views of the nearby 1926 Shakespeare Bridge. The outdoor dining area & the fire pit seating areas were a nightly ritual for us. The bedrooms were huge, with very comfortable beds, and the 2 upstairs ones had balconies. Bonus! This was a house we could have easily stayed at for a month! Ashton was a pleasure to communicate with, making our arrival flawless. He was friendly, prompt to reply, and helpful. Highly recommend!

We had an enjoyable stay while visiting the area and family. The location was perfect and also walkable to coffee, stores, restaurants and even a gym. The house is open and has several places in the home where we could gather.

Lovely stay in Reseda at Kylie’s home that has space to host a lot of people. We were a group of 11 and felt like we had a lot space to sleep and hang out. Each room has a decent amount of bathrooms too so you’re not waiting long for your turn to shower either which I liked. This would be a great place for bigger families and little children as well given the amount of space each room had. The check in and check out process was easy, not much that we had to do for checkout just the trash and dishes. We didn’t end up using the pool but it is a truly massive pool again very family friendly or for large groups.

This is a beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood—perfect for a family! We highly recommend it.

Alison’s place was fantastic! It was clean and very charming. We loved the neighbourhood. Nice and close to all our planned activities. The pool and spa in the backyard were amazing. Our kids couldn’t get enough of it. Alison keeps the pool and spa nice and warm. Everything was just perfect. Communication with Alison was always quick and easy. I would absolutely stay here again.

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

Great hosts with thoughtful amenities in the condo. The place is a converted warehouse so thin walls and noise can heard in the hallways and neighbors. Amazing view from the living room. Neighborhood can be sketchy at night, but if you need to stay near the LA Live area/Convention Center/Crypto Arena, hard to beat!

check in was super easy with security. the paeking was really close and easy to navigate. very private and nice inside the apartment. the pool and hot were fun at 10pm on a Saturday night. felt at home. the app for to lock/unlock the front door was super convenient, now my wife wants one for our house.

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Great stay in DTLA. Would stay again! Place was very clean and has a beautiful view of the City. The description was accurate and the host was very helpful during the our stay.

Christian was very helpful and accommodating, and the place is great. Only thing to keep in mind is that the rooms give on a noisy street, but earplugs were enough for me to have a good sleep.

This place was in an amazing location with many things within walking distance. We were able to easily access the room which was beautiful and had a great view of LA. The street below was pretty loud but this was expected in the downtown area. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and place!

This is my third stay here and each time everything has gone smoothly. Clean and comfortable with everything I needed, it’s obvious the care and attention to detail that goes into this place to make it feel like home.

Very comfortable house. There is traffic noise but it never worried us. Canal walks were lovely. Good coffee and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to Disneyland and other LA attractions

I really enjoyed my stay! The house is quiet and private, and very large inside, plenty of room to spread out. Michael and Laura were super pro-active communicators and left me a really kind welcome. I did not use the pool as the weather was quite cold, but it is very beautiful and clean. The house is clean, cozy, and absolutely somewhere I’d be happy to stay again next time I visited LA.

Charming hosts, beautiful place. This will be our first choice for future trips to the Valley.

Our family vacation started after we won a $2000 Airbnb giftcard from Little Caesars summer giveaway. We decided to take our kids to Disneyland. We traveled across the country staying at various airbnbs. Logan & Katherine's place is what we chose for our beach day after we had visited the parks. It was February so we wanted a place that had a heated pool for the kids. Logan and Katherine's place was perfect! They were so friendly as well. The entire place was beautiful, and extremely clean and quiet. They heated the pool for us and my daughter was so excited she started swimming as soon as the sun was up. We ran into some vehicle trouble on our trip and Logan recommended a great mechanic to take care of us as well. This was our first time ever staying in someone's guesthouse but we will definitely do it again. It was a great experience!

My daughter and I stayed for a week and fell in love with this sweet Airbnb. It was hands down the cleanest one I’ve ever stayed at. I liked the furnishings and the primary bedroom had a very comfortable bed and pillows. We only used one of the bedrooms. We swam in the pool every day and did craft projects on the back deck. It’s very close to The Grove so we went there a couple times as well. This is a great spot, highly recommend this house.

This is a hard review to write because I want David and Keith to know how wonderful their home is and they are as hosts, but I don’t want their bungalow getting so booked that we can’t go back! From the beauty of the surroundings to a super responsive host who gave wonderful suggestions for things to do, what’s not to love. The bungalow was peaceful and had everything we needed. The outdoor space was stunning. We used the spa everyday. Thankful we found this slice of paradise that made our trip to Southern California one of our best.

Great property and with the pool and jacuzzi it’s like a resort. The property owner was on point and was available if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this home.
