Pete and Kate's guesthouse is nice. I stayed 5+ days at their guesthouse. The guesthouse is quiet, clean, and comfortable. The Wifi connection is Strong. Pete and Kate responded quickly to my questions, and they were helpful! I enjoyed my stay!

Wonderful private carriage house. Susan and Rick were very responsive, great communication and fixed issues quickly. Great location in the Prospect community of southeast Longmont, CO - quick walk to restaurants, bakery (Babette’s) and coffeehouse (Cavegirl).

We enjoyed our stay immensely! Rebecca and Trace were very responsive hosts and made lots of great recommendations in the area. Louisville is so charming, we felt very safe walking around the town exploring the wonderful restaurants and quaint neighborhood - it was so peaceful and quiet! Our beds were VERY comfortable and we felt right at home! The location was perfect! We will definitely stay again!

This apartment is in a fantastic location. It is walkable to downtown Golden shops, restaurants, and local trails. It was an enjoyable home base for our week long stay to visit with family in the area.

Ben’s communication from start to finish has been excellent . The unit is exactly as posted and when we walked in, it exceeded my expectations . Cleanliness is top priority for me and his place is so clean ! Location was key for me as I wanted to be close to my daughter’s residence . I look forward to staying here on future visits out to see my daughter .

Nice layout. Clean bathroom and kitchen. Great to have laundry inside. Neutral decor. Responsive host. Plenty of storage space in closet and dresser.

Mike was an amazing host! Super responsive and helpful! The place was nice and quiet for sleeping. It was super clean and the perfectly located place to go to Estes park, red rocks amphitheater, and garden of the gods all roughly an hour from the place. Great time and great stay!

We loved our stay! Even though we were in somebody’s back yard, we had lots of privacy. The Neighborhood is safe, with a small police station right behind it. It was quiet and peaceful, and the people we encountered out and about were very friendly. We were a short drive from downtown activities, an easy drive from the airport and centrally located for longer day trips to the mountains. The host was very responsive and clear with instructions. The tv had streaming services. The full kitchen was well stocked and easy for me to prepare meals for my family. The mud room was nice too. I would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

This carriage house was the perfect weekend getaway from the Denver area. Just an hour drive, and we were surrounded by aspens and pines in a serene forest, with hiking right out the door. Mindy was a friendly, proactive host and has done an excellent job decorating the space with everything it needs, keeping it clean and fully functional. Stay here and enjoy!

An amazing place to stay. It was the best appointed stay I have experienced, everything was there including coffee and coffee machines, spices, utensils etc. Everything was at the highest standard of comfort. I wished we could have stayed longer. Perfect. Thank you.

Love this cute airbnb! Urban living on a quiet street close to coffee shop, restaurants, parks. Comfty furnishings and love the decor and touches to make our stay enjoyable. Come visit Longmont in the heart of Prospect- you will love it!

Space was great and comfortable. Only concerns we had going was street parking, but as the host mentioned there was always parking available either in front of the place or directly across the street. Very convenient location as well.

I really enjoyed my stay at Peter's little guesthouse in Denver. The house was very clean and super cozy. I was also surprised how many amenities in the bathroom and kitchen were free to use such as different kinds of shampoos in the bathroom, a hairdryer, etc.. They also provide a waterfilter so as a guest you don't need to worry about buying water from a grocery store which is very nice! Sometimes, the WIFI is a little slow, but this is complaining on a very high level and did not bother me really. Overall, it was the perfect accommodation for my stay in Denver!

Heather’s place was great for us to explore Denver. It was great having a full kitchen available for saving money by eating in. There’s plenty of good restaurants around as well. The description of how to access the unit was helpful and she gave us a heads up for where and when to park. Great place!

Joshua responded to any questions quickly and completely. His pace was as described. Bed, linens, pillows and blankets were heavenly. Only caution is the outdoor stairs leading up to the place. They are steep. Walk with care.

Rick's guesthouse was a great place to spend a week in Denver! I commuted downtown a few days for work and the 32 bus made it easy to get to Union Station. I loved how spacious the unit was, with high ceilings, and how it got lots of natural light. The bed was comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water, and the kitchen was equipped with just about everything I could imagine. If I'm ever back in Denver, I'll stay here with pleasure. Stay was amazing. She was quick to come fix an issue we had with the toilet and was very responsive and overall just a great stay. Would stay again.

Kyri’s place was perfect for Rocky Mountain NP visit. It is located in a very convenient place with such a beautiful view. Star gazing at night was also amazing. Kyri is a very nice host. While there was no full kitchen, we managed to cook our own food with appliances provided.
