We had five for a Purdue mom's weekend and Sharon's home was perfect for our needs! She was quick and friendly with a response for any questions we had. The kitchen was our favorite spot, large with lots of windows and everything you need for making meals if you want to cook in. The screened in porch was a nice extra and we enjoyed it on a sunny day. Overall, very clean, plenty of towels and all the little extras you would need for a stay-especially if coming from out of state! (Paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, spices, coffee pods etc) The bathrooms are clean and the beds are comfortable and have plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Would definitely go back if our sons weren't graduating!

It was such a great stay. Bruce was very responsive and it definitely felt like home. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again!

Erin was absolutely amazing to deal with. Was clear and friendly in her communications with us, and always responded promptly. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control we were not able to stay at Erin's place. It will be our go-to place next time we need somewhere to stay in West Lafayette.

We stayed here with our two dogs while our house was being painted. The house was exactly as described and exactly what we needed, a quiet, no hassle place to take our dogs until the work was done. The big fenced-in yard was a big win for us. Plenty of room for fetch. I don't think we even saw a neighbor while we were there. Very quiet. Check-in was as simple as it gets. We appreciate the landing pad while our house was painted. Thank you!

This house was everything described and more. Lovely location. Had privacy in back yard yet was in a great location that was close to restaurants and shops. House was very clean. Plenty of rooms and beds. Cute rustic farmhouse decorations. Short drive to Carmel. Easy drive to downtown Indy. Awesome place and excellent value.

We enjoyed staying at Jonathan’s house. All the comforts of home!

It was a nice neighborhood and private. We were able to bring our dog which to us is priceless. We felt right at home and slept great! Would stay again if in the area.

This was such a perfect place for our family. We came for a baseball tournament but this house had something for everyone. Clean, beautiful yard, pond and farm animals! We would definitely stay again!

Our mini vacation here was awesome. Having the water right there was so nice and the hosts had anything you would need. I would definitely stay here again. They were so nice and accommodating.

Butler Villa is exactly what I needed. A clean, functional, temporary home that was clean, well maintained, and nothing missing. It checked all the boxes and made my relocation easy. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Exceeded all of my expectations. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Location - Easy to find. Remote and quiet, but not far from amenities in Delphi. Getting to a cabin can sometimes be an adventure, but this one was easy to find and all roads were paved right up to the driveway. The cabin - Super clean and everything that we needed was available. Streaming services provided, an Alexa device for music, billiards, ping pong, a fire ring with wood provided, covered outdoor sitting spaces (it rained a lot during our visit), a grill, and every single kitchen implement that we needed during our stay all added up to a relaxing visit. The pictures make it look great, but they almost don't do it justice. Very nice place. The host - Mary Ann was very proactive. She anticipated most of our needs and provided everything we needed for our stay. Very responsive when we reached out prior to the trip with questions. The little gift box of local treats was the cherry on top.

This cabin was a wonderful place for a family gathering. My family and my sisters’ families got together for a wedding and it was the perfect location for us, as it was close to the wedding venue and the rehearsal dinner location. The cabin had very nice sized bedrooms with lots of space for everyone to sleep and relax, a cozy living area with a fireplace, and an ample kitchen and eating space. We loved it and would definitely recommend for others!

We were blown away at how beautiful and peaceful it was. We felt right at home and cannot wait to return again soon! Great hosts, they thought of everything.

The cabin was perfectly secluded enough for the marriage vision retreat my wife and I planned. The place has beautiful surroundings and isn’t far from basic needs such as convenience or grocery stores. The cabin was clean and looked just like it did in the pictures. This cabin was a perfect remote, relaxing and quiet getaway...yet had so many great amenities like volleyball, paddle boards, a kayak, canoe and fishing rods. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. Perfect getaway for a group that wants a non-touristy private lake, but still have the option for tons of fun together! On top of all that, Lisa was incredibly helpful, responsive and provided the perfect balance of communication (prior to and during our stay). It was obvious that she takes great pride in her cabin and property. We can't wait to go back!

Lois's cabin was cozy, clean and spacious. She was thoughtful in providing house manuals and amenities, including toiletries, first aid, and fun board games. Bedding and linen were great. Lois was responsive and proactive in communication. Highly recommend.
