This home is walking distance to multiple bars and restaurants located in the Broad Ripple area. We did not have to drive to dinner and enjoyed being able to walk and get coffee and breakfast in the morning. We were able to easily get downtown by car in about 20 minutes. It was very easy to navigate getting back and forth. Parking options for the stay were easy to navigate and secure. The house was very spacious and clean. Exactly as listed. For our group of 4 adults this was more than enough space.

The place was very cozy for our family of 4, very clean, the host was very responsive and we would definitely stay again.

We had a bit of trouble getting into the house at first because I thought we were supposed to use an app. Then I found that an email had been sent with a code for a lockbox. Had trouble figuring out the lockbox but then realized it had a cover over it hiding the keys. Anyway, we got in and had no problems after that. The house is a charming Craftsman style bungalow and we enjoyed the style and choice of furnishings. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked a couple of times while there. Bathroom is small, but everything works well. Dogs are welcome. As it was winter, we didn't get to enjoy the backyard or front porch. We liked the neighborhood and it was an easy walk to restaurants and grocery store. Overall a pleasant stay. Thanks!

We had a very nice stay. Easy to find and get in. Very clean and comfortable! The fenced-in yard was very nice for our little dog. All the amenities helped us feel at home.

This property is right by a park and a cute book lounge. The house was cozy and beds were very comfortable. It smelled really good when I checked in!

My daughter who is a student at Butler and I had a great stay in the home for Mom Weekend with our 2 dogs! It is conveniently located to campus, Broad Ripple, the North Side and close groceries. The neighborhood felt safe. The house would be really good for larger groups.

Beautiful home, everything you need to feel at home. The property has areas to just sit and relax. The bird feeders around the deck make for a peaceful time to just sit and enjoy nature. The owner has put in a lot of time and dedication to ensure you have an enjoyable place to just sit and enjoy nature and your friends/family. Not to mention it sits of the road a bit so the beautiful night sky is awesome to view from the deck. If you want to unwind and just do “ nothing “ but float in the pool and watch the clouds and life pass you by, this I your place. We spent a girls w/e there and had a beautiful time together.

Great family run resort. Perfect size and very welcoming. It’s quaint and very much has a small town feel. It was perfect for our big group of 9! Nice deck/grill/view of the lake.

Our family was very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. It goes without saying that the kids and the adults loved the pool. We stayed during an extreme cold snap and the house and pool area were toasty warm throughout our stay. We hope to have a future visit at some point. Great memories here!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is so fun and beautiful. There is art everywhere. We were always discovering something new. The place was super clean and tidy. The patio, garden and hosting were great to relax in. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were clean and the bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. We would stay there again most definitely!

Great place to stay! Host receptive. Place was clean and comfortable. Bathroom drain a bit slow. Busy street - a little challenging to get out of the driveway at times. Would recommend this house for a visit to see your Boiler Maker!

A last minute decision brought us to this cozy quiet home. It's in a bit of a remote area ( around 10 miles to nearest town for groceries, stores and such). Clark and Lynn provided a lot of extras in case you forgot to pack something, so it's worth it to check in before going shopping! We love peaceful country homes, so it was perfect for us. Felt very safe. Would definitely stay again.

Cory and his wife were very kind and personable. We appreciated being able to have our dog’s and them being welcome as well. That is HUGE for us as they go everywhere with us. That had plenty of space for our babies to wonder around and be able to stretch their legs too. Thanks for a great week!!!

Enjoyable and pleasant accommodations. Downstairs space is tight but very comfortable. Bedrooms spacious and comfortable.
