We were there for work so we did not get to enjoy it as much as we should. But it was perfect after a long day. They were very helpful and were always available if you needed to reach out. The place is like it’s pictures. :)

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do. Can easily walk to the parades! The space was incredibly clean, and the beds were so comfortable that we slept like babies every night. David, the owner, was very responsive and went above and beyond by even leaving us a king cake, which was such a thoughtful touch! We will definitely be booking with David again in the future. Highly recommend! Oh and bonus…off street gated parking!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Clean and comfortable. We felt right at home during our down time in NOLA. I was attending an art workshop and needed a place in this area of the city. I felt very comfortable walking alone and with my husband. We walked to many great restaurants and really just enjoyed seeing all the architecture. If you like bands this is a great location near Tipatinas. Well maintained and our host was very responsive about a need to check in a little early. Thank you for a great stay!

Favorite place we've stayed while in New Orleans. This shotgun house was the perfect homebase for our weekend getaway with friends. We absolutely loved the location off Magazine in the Garden District. Even though we had a coffee maker, we opted to walk right around the corner to the very first original PJ'S coffee house (pet friendly!). Whole Foods around the block was super convenient as well. Walgreens across the street. We woke up and picked fresh satsumas and grapefruit for our mimosas. Jimmy stopped by with fresh, homemade pasta that we cooked late night as we had been traveling all day. It really was fantastic! Jimmy also suggested Guy's Poboys for lunch and it was just a short walk and few blocks away. It was nice to sit out on the front balcony area and enjoy the breeze while watching people and doggies walk by. I really enjoyed waking up each morning and walking through the neighborhood streets, so pretty. Discovering Octavia Book store at the end of the block was a delight!

Great location within walking distance to coffee spots, restaurants, grocery. Great host, clean home. All went very nicely!

This was such a cute home to stay at ! I love the bnb it was really homey and clean. I definitely can’t wait to come back and stay again. It definitely felt like home and the host were so nice and communicated with me very well ! Loved it

Lovely home in the Garden District that is safe and walkable to Magazine Street, the bus/trolley, etc. Several excellent restaurants in the area and it was nice to be away from the crowds on Bourbon Street in a nice quiet setting. The bed is super comfy and the space is clean and easy to feel at home.

Great place everyone enjoyed the stay here. Host was very quick with responses for any questions I had.

Blaine’s place was perfect! We had an event to attend at the Civic Center and the location was just about 5 mins away. Very clean, easy to get in and out and very spacious.

Staying here was extremely peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed having two bathrooms for our larger group and the layout with the master having an ensuite and being at the back of the property with a door out to the yard was perfect for traveling with a baby. Our guests traveling with us in the two other bedrooms were able to sleep in and then we could let our baby out in the backyard to play in the mornings without disturbing them. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we could've needed and the fridge had filtered water with an icemaker. I felt extremely safe here as the area was well-lit and it had a grocery store nearby. SO COMFORTABLE!! If I ever travel to NOLA with a larger group I will absolutely try to book here again. Affordable ubers to the quarter yet located in a safe and beautiful area with lots to do on Magazine street nearby. This house made my 40th birthday such an epic, memorable experience that I will remember for a lifetime. Thank you!

Lovely place to stay will be back

Nice place to stay for a few nights. A Lot of space, big living room/kitchen area, & back patio. We had a couple uncontrollable issues come up during the visit, but Timothy was very responsive and sent someone out in 24 hours to check into them which we were thankful for.

Perfect for visiting Nola Enjoyed the neighborhood shios & restaurants Would come back again!
