Lagaro : locations de vacances

David’s home in Florence was in the perfect location and was easily walkable to all the major sites as well as the train station. His apartment was clean and comfortable. He was a very responsive and pleasant host. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic time at this apartment, it is as grand as it looks in the photos!! Very comfortable beds, lovely lounge area. Great location to dry out after getting soaked in the rain! Excellent location, two minutes from lots of very good cafes and restaurants and a daily market in the square. Easy walk to the main centre and 5 minutes from the Pitti Palace! Elly communicated throughout and made sure we checked in safely as our flight was delayed. We would definitely stay again!

This little hamlet was ideal for a group of several families wanting a Tuscan holiday. Christina was a very responsive host, always available for help and suggestions. One down side was the distance from many of the Tuscan attractions such as Florence and Sienna. The hamlet is reasonably remote so is ideal for those who want a secluded holiday rather than those who want to see the sights of Tuscany.

La signora flory è stata molto gentile e disponibile, la casa molto bella, pulita, in ordine e soprattutto molto accogliente, davvero ci siamo trovate benissimo… sicuramente ritorneremo, voto 100 e lode

We had a great stay at Verdiana's place. Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious,nicely furnished as could be seen on pictures. The location was fabulous, short walk to the historic centre, small shop around the corner, cafe place by the front door 😊 We had issues to connect to Wifi inside the place, but then we spend so much time outside, we didn't even mind. We cannot really fault the place, just to be picky...there was no wine opener in the kitchen 🙈 and we did miss a small sofa to sit on and watch TV, no window facing street. But we had a great stay. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Carlo et Elena. Le jardin clôturé et la piscine étaient de vrais plus. Sans compter toutes les petites attentions que Carlo a pu avoir pour nous, et même un cadeau pour notre petit chiot. Le logement est paisible entouré de montagnes avec une belle vue. Nous recommandons cette maison et son hôte car tout était parfait!

There is no better place to stay than La Selvatica. It’s my 4th visit and I can’t stop coming back. It’s genuine, inviting, and just such a special place. If you want an authentic Italian experience this is the place.

We had a very relaxing few days staying with Lucy and her family, and their dog Amber. They were really friendly and welcoming, and always ready to answer any queries we had. The pool area was lovely, and extremely peaceful. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The village is small with a butchers and bakers, a couple of restaurants and a bar. We did a lovely circular walk from the property through the woods to the nearby hill top village, Castel Vecchio. There’s nothing in the village but it’s very pretty and the views are great. You need a car to get to the supermarket and Lucca is a very easy 20 minute drive away. We had a super time and thank you Lucy for your generous hospitality.
