this place is amazing, I would definitely recommend this if you want to relax, the people are so pleasant to talk to and are very responsive and understanding... I would give this place a 6 out of 5. thank you for your hospitality and please tell your mom that I enjoyed the mangoes and banana..... God bless you and I hope to stay there again on my travels 💚

The place is so homey, clean and spacious that we decided to extend our stay. Lorenzo is very responsive and the property manager (Mang Nestor) is always a call away to assist us in all our needs. The house is beyond what we expected, it is more than complete, it feels like your own house (home) away from home, so to speak. We will surely return and book this property when we visit Sinait again and its surrounding towns. Do not have second thoughts, I strongly recommend this place. Thank you Lorenzo for sharing your home to travellers like us. God bless you and your home!

The place was fairly clean, although the comfort room could have been better maintained as there were visible cobwebs in some corners. The host communicated exceptionally well and was very responsive to any concerns we had. We also appreciated the convenient parking spot, which was a great help since we had a car. The living room was fairly spacious, and the bedrooms were comfortable, making our stay pleasant overall.

CASA was the only place we found where we could find a place big enough for my family to have a vacation and also a central place in Ilocos for me to do some work. My agenda was to visit weavers in Paoay and also blend it with a family vacation so we can celebrate my eldest daughter's birthday. The place was beautiful and has good views of rice fields which was exactly what I was looking for. Being that it is in the middle of fields, the air was so fresh all of us slept so well the whole time we were there. It was a little challenging to share 1 bathroom among 8 people including 2 kids and they had to open up the upstairs bathroom which wasn't very friendly with 2 seniors that we were traveling with. Other than that, all last minute needs we had were met and the staff who was on site were so helpful. I highly recommend this place.
