first time staying in this side of El Salvador and it was perfect! Amazing location, great distance to the capital and beach. A lot of great places that do not feel far because it’s right in the middle. House was spacious! Great kitchen and beautiful sunsets. my family and I loved our stay. very responsive and quick. super helpful hosts. Definitely would stay here again!

We loved staying here! My family and I were comfortable and we felt safe. The security was amazing, it is a private gated area. We enjoyed having three bedrooms and three baths. The decor in the house was very nice. It was nice having a washer and a dryer. The pool was great. Fede and Andrea always communicate effectively. We would definitely come back. Thank you thank you for allowing us to spend time in your home. We will call you next time we go back to El Salvador.!!!

This place is a beautiful paradise. Very scenic, peaceful and staff is amazing, always accommodating. They def went above and beyond. Few draw backs is the heat in the centrally located areas. It’s is really out so be prepared for that. The climb up the path to get to the house is brutal when you travel with elders, babies and lots of luggage.

Visitamos con mi familia la casa y nuestra estadia fue muy placentera, tranquila y cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Las instalaciones coincidieron con las fotografías, muy limpias e ideales para compartir en familia. Las zonas comunes para comer, los sillones y la zona de hamacas fueron excelentes. La ubicación frente a la playa es ideal, solo a unos pasos y se puede ver un hermoso atardecer y por la noche, disfrutar de la frescura y luz de la luna, y si lo prefieren descansar en una hamaca cobijado por el sonido de las olas. La atención y amabilidad de Rudy fue muy grata y lo mejor de todo fue el horario ya que lo convierte en una experiencia ideal para compartir ya sea con amigos o familia de buenos momentos y relajarse. En definitiva, volvería a visitar la casa de Al 😊

Location 10/10 absolutely beautiful beach and it almost felt like a private beach which was amazing. Salvador was excellent at providing help whenever needed, he was responsive. The pool is great, be aware it is pretty cold water but given that it is hot it was fine, nothing too unbearable. I loved the fact that it was pet friendly, we felt safe and had the opportunity to get local food from there which was nice. Definitely recommend to check out the ranch.

Patricia and the caretakers were amazing with communication, help and even witha small hiccup with the water pump! I can't say enough about this place. If you are looking for a quiet amazing place right on the water, this is it! While it is a little further away from the tourist areas if you stop at the Super Selectos or try smaller restaurants in the area you'll be all set.

Awesome place with plenty of room and proximity to the beach. Very close to highway and commerce. Bathrooms could have slightly better fitings and water pressure but other than that the place is absolutely gorgeous and worth every penny.

Best Airbnb I have rented in Latin America by far!!!! My retreat guests and I absolutely loved the Nakamoto surf house. The views are incredible, the pool is gorgeous, and the rooftop was perfect for sunrise yoga. All good things to say about this place, the owners, and the staff. They are all so incredibly friendly and I would absolutely love to come back! Highly recommend.

We stayed at Alice's place for about 10 days with our two children (6-7 years old), our parents, and our cousins. The house is spacious and perfectly located, just a stone's throw from the beach. The photos do show the location well, but they still don't do it justice — it's even more beautiful in person. The house was very clean, and Miguel (the Caretaker) was incredibly helpful. His dog, Niña, was also a nice touch, especially since we love animals. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Thank you

Silvia's house is simply outstanding. The place is perfect for a long and relaxed stay and it literally has EVERYTHING! The pictures trully don't make justice to how incredible this house is. It is easy to find (if you are local) but navigation makes it even easier. The beds, the kitchen, the bathroom, everything was spot on, a place that makes you feel right at home with great decorations, all the amenities you might need and close to pretty much everything in the capital city. I will absolutely come back to this place for as long as it is available. 100% recommended.

If you are looking for a modern, comfortable, and safe place to stay near the beach, this is the spot. Raul was great and understanding, the house is beautiful and not too far from El Tunco. Will come again!

This house is amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. To start off the care taker Don Juan and his wife Teresa took well care of us. Both were so lovely and made us feel welcomed. We booked our stay for two nights and paid extra for breakfast. The breakfast was delicious! We asked for típico Salvadorian breakfast and it was truly delicious! The house is beautiful with a spectacular view of the infinity pool overlooking the beautiful ocean. Each room equipped with AC which is a must in El Salvador. Very peaceful location!

Alejandro was the most amazing host who showed us what true hospitality means. The place we beautiful, clean, and our family of four had an amazing time. The house keeper, Carlos, was most wonderful as well. The local beach is a min walk down the street and you can walk to a more private beach that’s around a 10 min walk. We could not have asked for a better stay - everything about the villa and our host and housekeeper were all above and beyond.

Silvia's house in this residential is one of the best! It is private, safe, clean, and cozy. Silvia and her group of hosts are the best. They made us feel at home; they took excellent care of us! We were two guesses at first; my aunt joined us on the last day. We had no problem. Other homeowners at this residence complex are a nightmare if you don't report the correct number of guests to them. Silvia and her crew made us feel like their family; they were always aware of our comfort in their home. We were treated with kindness and respect. It is very helpful to know that your host cares for you, especially when you are in a country where you have no family to look after you. I will not hesitate to book this house again. Thank you, Silvia. You and your crew are an excellent host.
