The views are absolutely insane—breathtaking panoramas in every direction, making every sunrise and sunset feel like something out of a dream. The home itself is immaculate, both in cleanliness and in design. Every little detail has been carefully thought out, making for a stay that is as luxurious as it is comfortable. The service was nothing short of perfection—warm, welcoming, and always available to ensure everything was just right. It’s rare to find a place that feels this perfect, but this property truly exceeded all expectations. I would love the opportunity to return in the future, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. This house is well appointed all bedrooms have comfortable beds and good AC . Detached kitchen can be warm but suitably functional. We cooked most of our meals there. Also nice grill down by the pool! The grounds are immaculate. The pool, lake , dock/ boathouse are absolutely amazing. We spent all of our waking hours outside in one of the many lovely sitting/ eating areas. Please know you need to buy your groceries before you arrive. There is a gas station not too far away that has some basics , alcohol and beer. Very close to the house there is a small store with some items. We shopped there for sodas , beer , water and snacks mostly All the people were pleasant and helpful. We felt very comfortable and safe. Last but not least Ana and Miguel the caretakers truly went above and beyond for our family! They really helped us make this vacation very special. The hosts were so helpful as we prepared for a truly wonderful vacation.

Logement exceptionnel, la cuisine est spacieuse et bien équipée, les chambres propres, des pièces lumineuses. Les extérieurs sont incroyables, plusieurs terrasses, un immense jardin, une piscine, un barbecue, des hamacs. Tout est fait pour y passer un super séjour avec vue sur le beau lac de Coatepece. Marisol, la gardienne, est disponible pour des renseignements si besoin. Elle a toujours le sourire et un petit mot sympathique. Ce fut un très bon séjour.

This place is amazing! The location is perfect, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. The private pool and dock are definitely the best parts—such a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It’s perfect for large groups or family get-togethers. Overall, it’s a beautiful spot and a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommend!

The view from here is absolutely amazing I can’t say it enough! Sitting on the dock, you get the perfect spot to take it all in. A huge plus is that the neighbor next door rents boats and jet skis, so you don’t have to go far to get out on the water. The AC works great, keeping the room nice and cool all night, which was a nice during the hot and humid weather. The place itself had everything we needed, and the onsite staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a great spot for a getaway. The views from the dock and on the water are amazing

we loved the location , first time on lake there , we had no clue its family oriented we originally came for valentine celebration and wanted to be away from the major city so having a maintenance guy always there throw us off the first couple of hours . but next day we just had so much fun ,the guys on property were very helpful and we appreciated them being there , he was always attentive to questions in any hour of the day and night . we will definitely be there again same property if can . great location, quiet , just an amazing place for family and solo
