Booked this stay for a my big family we Felt right at home very spacious and very cozy . Luca was an amazing host very helpful and always available I definitely recommend if you want to feel close to nature in Valpolicella and its amazing surroundings .

Abbiamo trascorso un tranquillo week end con il nostro cane, appartamento pulitissimo e ordinato, attrezzato e dotato di ogni comfort, anche giardino recintato per Kodi. Seguendo le indicazioni di Susan abbiamo individuato il sentiero per la passeggiata nel bosco con gran finale alla panchina gigante. Tutto perfetto. Top: materasso.

Our stay in Erbusco was absolutely perfect! The home was beautiful, in a stunning location, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We loved how walkable everything was—delicious restaurants just minutes away, amazing pastries with coffee to start the morning, and the best gelato to end the night. Every recommendation from our host was spot on! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommend!

Luca is een fantastische gastheer die echt het beste voorheeft met zijn gasten. Ondanks zelfgecreëerde moeilijkheden heeft Luca ons enorm geholpen door proactief mee te denken en klaar te staan met zijn auto. Het enthousiasme van zijn mama is van onschatbare waarde en dat voel je ook bij Luca. Alles was voor ons perfect in orde. Het bed is een wolkje waarin je je diepste dromen meemaakt. Olivia è stata una super Host, molto disponibile, precisa e gentile. La casa era meravigliosa! Immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità a contatto con la natura. Abbiamo trovato degli ambienti molto puliti con tutto ciò che ci serviva e … sorpresa il camino ! Speriamo di poter tornare. Grazie di tutto!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, die Lage ist traumhaft in den Hügeln von Bardolino. Schöne Sonnenuntergänge und ein angenehm beheizter Pool.

Logement loin des foules dans une ancienne bâtisse rénové avec goût et des matériaux de qualité. Marisa est là quand nous avons besoin d’elle pour répondre à nos questions. Aux alentours, possibilité d’aller nager au lac, promener dans la campagne environnante en altitude ou encore visiter Vérone. Un logement central qui, cerise sur le gâteau, accueille les chiens avec la plus grande joie.

We loved staying at Deborah's place. It looked even more beautiful in real life. We stayed 6 nights with our toddler who had a great time playing outside. The house is spacious enough to live comfortably and has everything you need. Everything is put together with care. We connected with her parents who are present on some days in the back of the house, they were lovely and never overbearing. What worked well for us was the peaceful environment, a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the coastal towns of Lake Garda. The garden is authentic and very well kept. The view amazing. Getting to the property is fairly easy, I do recommend checking what your navigation tells you to do because it led us in a street that turned out to be for residents only and was very narrow (it's marked Eccetto frontisti). Avoid these streets, they take you off the main road anyway, not what you need. I phoned Deborah for some advice and she was a great help, we found it easily.

La mansarda di Monica è molto bella, curata nei dettagli, moderna, attrezzatissima. Si vede che la cura molto. Ottima la posizione sia per le iscrizioni rupestri che per gli impianti sciistici. Torneremo!

Esperienza decisamente positiva. Giada si è rivelata una persona disponibile, sempre sorridente. Al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare la stufa accesa, che con il freddino esterno, quel tepore e quell'atmosfera da baita, è stato un ottimo benvenuto. In più aveva preparato un piccolo angolo colazione con un cestino di dolcetti, vari tipi di the, oltre a due bottigliette d'acqua. Giada si è preoccupata anche delle nostre conpagne di viaggio, una gatta ed una cagnolina, predisponendo la zona cuccia vicino alla stufa completa di brandina e stuoie, oltre alla sabbietta per la lettiera. Anche l'appartamento merita una menzione, in quanto gli spazi sono ben distribuiti ed ben arredati, rivelando un gusto sobrio ma al contempo molto caratteristico e accogliente. La stufa accesa è un ottimo plus. Credo che sia evidente quanto ci siamo trovari bene. Grazie di cuore Giada. Questo è un Arrivederci a presto.

Appartamento accogliente, pulito e curato nei dettagli, perfetto per una vacanza sull'altopiano. La posizione è ideale per visitare i dintorni. Lucia è stata estremamente disponibile. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, assolutamente consigliato!

Jacques ist ein großartiger Vermieter. Er hat an alles gedacht: Von der Heizung, die an war, über Verkehrshinweise am Tag der Ankunft bis hin zu Restaurantempfehlungen. Die Wohnung liegt etwas höher gelegen und abseits der Straße-der Blick auf den See ist wunderbar. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal da und sind wieder sehr zufrieden. Alles was man braucht kann zu Fuß erreicht werden. Fahrrad fahren, wandern oder einfach die Seele baumeln lassen, der Ort ist absolut geeignet dafür.

Очень уютная квартира с двумя отдельными спальнями! Есть вся бытовая техника! Очень уютно внутри! Жилье вмещает до 7 человек, если учитывать диван в гостиной, но нас было 4 человека. Мы приезжали на лыжи в Madonna, но в самой Madonna не было свободного жилья, и мы выбрали это и ни разу не пожалели, потому что намного удобнее жить здесь, потому что рядом столько всего для прогулок и ресторанов, что не составляло никакой сложности отдыхать здесь, а кататься ездить в Madonna. В этом жилье есть своя парковка под домом, поэтому мы не испытали никаких сложностей с машиной: спустился в паркинг и поехал в Madonna и припарковался там прямо у подъемников. Кому как, но нам такая комбинация была по душе. Спасибо хозяину за прием!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful, had amazing views, and was well-equipped. The beds are very firm, which worked well for my husband, who has back problems. Showers were spacious. The kitchen contained all of the necessary dishes and cooking supplies. The best part was waking up to the beautiful views. Highly recommend!!!

Giuseppe ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und offene Fragen wurden schnell bearbeitet. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen und sehr schönen Lage. Der See und diverse Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Geh- oder Fahrminuten entfernt. Die Küchenflächen waren für die Vorbereitungen des Essens für uns 8 Personen ein bisschen zu klein. Jedoch wenn man sich Organisiert ist dies auch kein Problem. Wir können das Haus von Giuseppe sehr weiter empfehlen.

Hi, we had a great stay - conveniently located for lots of day trips to the Lakes and regional cities. Would recommend booking local restaurants, we were unable to get a table walking in. Many thanks

It is 10+. Everything was great, better than it looked into pictures. The house space is generous (we were two adults and 3 kids). Also, the garden is quite big, and the kids had a nice and safe place to play (especially with the bikes from the property). Great view to the lake/mountains and also the cascade nearby is visible from the garden (and its sound can be heard in the night from outside). Also, the neighbors roofs in the front of the property looks big in pictures, but in reality they do not obscure the view from the balcony/garden.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles war so wie in der Beschreibung. Der große Pool war natürlich ein Highlight. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Incredible stay in Malcesine! The villa was honestly somehow more beautiful than the photos - and the view was stunning. It was a lovely spot to spend a week. We especially loved eating dinner under there terrace and lights. Matteo was great to communicate with and check in/out was very easy. As another reviewer noted, the drive up is not for the faint of heart - lots of windy, tight roads - but once you’ve done it a few times it’s completely fine - and the villa and view were well worth it!

Lovely place in an amazing setting. The Spa is amazing, better than the pictures! Davide is also a great host who answered all of our questions, everything from local taxi recommendation to if we could have a later checkout. 10/10 would totally recommend. We came in March and it looked beautiful already then. Can only imagine how nice this place is during summer!
