It was such a wonderful place to stay, and we wish we could have stayed longer! Angela and her son were very helpful and hospitable. The place itself was so beautiful, and you certainly can't beat Assisi. I told Angela that we would be bringing a baby and a toddler, and she had a crib set out and ready for us, along with a high chair and bibs. She even provided coffee and cornetti for breakfast. We are so grateful and hope to be back soon!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb and can’t recommend it enough. If you’re considering booking, don’t hesitate! Our host, Claudia, was exceptional—so kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her warmth added such a special touch to our experience. Hosts like Claudia are exactly why we choose Airbnb over hotels; she made us feel like we had a true connection to the beautiful country we were falling in love with. The house itself is beautiful and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need, including toiletries, which made our stay so convenient. The town was like a postcard—quaint, charming, and impossible to fully capture in words. We found ourselves eating at Il Vecchio Forno frequently because the food was delicious, and with it being the slower season, not all restaurants were open. The pace of the town during this time was perfect; it felt like we got to experience the local rhythm.

Brilliant accomodation with a beautiful view and beautiful pool. Ferdinando was very friendly and asked us to join his bbq. The air conditioner was fantastic and the kitchen had a coffee machine and stuff to use to cook. Fantastic place, would love to return one day.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Marinella avec nos 2 enfants en bas age. L’appartement est très au calme. On entend seulement les cigales chanter. La piscine est idéale pour se rafraîchir. Et la climatisation est un vrai plus quand il fait très chaud comme en juillet. Marinella est très sympathique: elle nous a offert un gâteau à notre arrivée et des œufs lors de notre séjour. Elle était très disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous donner des recommandations. Je recommande fortement ce logement

Luca has given a lot of thought to the needs of his guests including a handy in-house shop where you can buy drinks, pasta, and small groceries. It was very welcoming to find a fridge full of cooling drinks. There is everything you need, including a patio area with table and chairs. Sadly it rained for most of my visit, but it would be great for sunny weather. The historic part of Chiusi is a short bus ride up the hill, and you can get the bus from outside the station. I recommend going to the Etruscan museum and the tour of the labyrinth, aqueduct, and tower. I didn't get to the lake because of the weather, but I am sure that it would be lovely in the sunshine.

Alloggio molto pulito e ordinato con una posizione perfetta per poter visitare in tutta tranquillità i dintorni. Consigliatissimo!

Nico‘s place sits on a beautiful piece of property atop a hill overlooking Montepulciano. You can walk around the hill and see a 360° view of amazingTuscany. The pool is beautiful and the grounds are well manicured but natural, making for a peaceful, quiet retreat. The architecture of this historic setting is gorgeously Tuscan yet super comfortable, attractive, and functional. Nico and his team are wonderfully pleasant, super helpful, and there if you need them. We feel very fortunate to have discovered this opportunity. We will definitely be back.

Appartamento comodissimo, in cento a Bagno Vignoni. Le indicazioni fornite per l'arrivo, nonché dove parcheggiare, dove mangiare e le info utili sul soggiorno sono state molto comode. L'appartamento è molto grande, accogliente e ben curato. Torneremo sicuramente :)

Well-managed, meticulously maintained property. The staff were all very competent, warm and welcoming. I appreciated the “heads up” from Francesco on the long dirt road approach; arriving at dusk would have been anxious. A terrific experience. Would definitely recommend.

Se si vuole vivere Todi al 100% la casa di Matilde è la casa perfetta! Nelle mura a pochissimi minuti dal centro, ci siamo sentiti come a casa grazie anche alla disponibilità del proprietario Stefano. Tutto pulito, comodo e dalle finestre un panorama stupendo! Dovessimo tornare a Todi non esiteremo a tornare qui.

Elisa, suo papà Bruno e tutta la famiglia, sono stati davvero degli host incredibili. Non ho mai trovato tanta accoglienza, generosità, gentilezza e riservatezza così come mi è stata offerta in questo posto incantevole, genuino e naturale. Oltre all’accuratezza nella casa, (dolci freschi, alimenti di prima qualità messi a disposizione, olio, spezie, marmellate e pulizia), l’attenzione verso gli ospiti, si è contraddistinta. Vino e pici (cucinati alla vera maniera) offerti dalla casa! Ho soggiornato da sola con la mia Labrador in questo weekend di febbraio e non vediamo l’ora di tornare. Un’esperienza davvero rigenerante e autentica, con delle persone autentiche. Grazie Elisa & family ( grazie anche per l’olio e il miele che ho già assaggiato!). Amici viaggiatori, questo è un posto da visitare!!!

Preciosa casa en zona semi rural, instalaciones nuevas , amplias, luminosas e impecables. Muy recomendable para quien quiera gozar de la paz de un pueblo rural en la Toscana

We loved staying at Guido’s home! He was so welcoming from the time we booked our reservation and throughout our stay! He provided so many recommendations on places to see and things to do, I wish we had more time to do it all! After meeting Guido and Ingrid in person, I feel like we have made some new friends and hope we get the chance to see them again in the future!

Sono stata in questo bellisimo appartamento per natale con la mia famiglia,siamo stati benissimo. L appartamento era caldo e fornito anche di legna per il camino. Era tutto pulito e c era tutto il necessario per u soggiorno confortevole. Il fuori anche se non l abbiamo sfruttato visto il freddo è molto bello. Sicuramente in primavera torneremo.

Wat hebben wij een fantastische vakantie gehad in dit prachtige huis op een schitterende plek. Gelegen vlakbij Via Francigena ben je zo opweg naar je bestemming, zoals Rome, Pisa, baden van San Filippo , Sienna, Lago di Bolsena. Het huis is compleet uitgerust en super netjes, wifi is goed en de Android tv is handig om je favoriete programma's te casten. Wij werden op bijzonder vriendelijke wijze ontvangen door Paolo en Roberta , waarvoor dank.Ook Ugo en Familie willen wij bedanken voor alle vriendelijkheid. Kortom een aanrader !

L'alloggio che si vede nelle foto corrisponde in realtà a due appartamenti diversi, entrambi gestiti da un hotel che dista poche decine di metri. L'alloggio è in pieno centro storico quindi l' arrivo e la logistica non sono semplicissimi, inoltre le stanze sono piuttosto rumorose a partire dalle 7 del mattino, ma ovviamente questo è il prezzo del centro storico che è davvero pittoresco ! Considerando tutto un'ottima sistemazione !!

Ottima l'accoglienza. Ringrazio per la disponibilità nel venirci incontro a seguito di un problema personale che ha causato un cambio nella prenotazione ( cosa nn scontata). L'appartamento é comodo al centro, situato in una zona molto silenziosa. E' fornito di tutti gli elettrodomestici per la cucina e la pulizia. Grande vantaggio il posto auto garantito. Ambiente interno confortevole e corrispondente alle foto e descrizione. Esperienza molto positiva.

Carlo é stato molto gentile nonostante l’arrivo molto tardi. L’alloggio é molto vicino al centro congressi e quindi molto comodo per chi deve recarsi lì.

L'alloggio è molto comodo per raggiungere le principali città dell'Umbria in quanto è vicino alla superstrada. A 5 minuti di macchina si raggiungono i supermercati e tutti i servizi necessari in quanto l'alloggio si trova in un paesino piccolo, molto carino, assolutamente tranquillo, fuori dal caos delle città. A 100 m si trova un piccolo porticciolo e la pista ciclabile che gira attorno al lago. L'alloggio è molto ampio, il wi-fi funziona bene; Anna è stata molto gentile ad accogliere alcune nostre richieste, rapidamente.

Mariella meet us at the house at the agreed upon time, and showed us everything we needed to know about the house. The house was more gorgeous than the photos showed. It was a privilege to stay there. You can tell that an artist owns this home by how beautifully she decorated it. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils . There was a well stocked grocery store and pharmacy a short walk away. We tried two excellent restaurants in town and had drinks at the friendly town bar right outside the medieval gate. The town of Montefollonico is close to other hill towns and a lovely thermal hot springs. The town is one of the most beautiful hill towns that we've seen anywhere. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

We decided to book a last minute trip and Giovanni was extremely fast with responses and very accommodating. Check in (and out) were very easy and straightforward, the parking space was fabulous! The apartment was lovely and had all the amenities you could possibly think of, it was warm, cozy and welcoming and very clean, comfortable and quiet. Giovanni was a wonderful host and gave us some great recommendations and advice on where to go and what to do. It rained during our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed playing the games provided in the apartment. The location was great, there was a wonderful little shop around the corner and a bar where we had a nice breakfast, we enjoyed the walk to the town centre and the area had everything we needed! We can’t thank you enough Giovanni and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Siamo arrivati a notte inoltrata, ci hanno subito accolto e spiegato il necessario. Con gentilezza e cortesia. La casa nuovissima, arredata con gusto e con tutto quello che serve, anzi di più. Si sono tenuti costantemente informati sull'andamento del soggiorno, cosa molto apprezzata. Pulizia certosina. Per me e mia moglie una bella esperienza da ripetere e consigliare.
