Beautiful location! The house is spacious, furnished in a rustic style with attention to detail, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We spent four days in total tranquility, surrounded by nature and breathtaking scenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunsets while walking in the surroundings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the common areas are comfortable and well-organized. The host was extremely helpful and proactive from check-in, promptly responding to any needs. A place I highly recommend to anyone seeking a break immersed in nature.

Il soggiorno alla tenuta di Capocontro è stato molto soddisfacente. L'intero borghetto antico è un gioiello incastonato nel verde, con vista spettacolare sui boschi della Val di Chiana. L'alloggio in ordine e pulito, pittoresco ed elegantemente retrò. Piero e Lella disponibilissimi nelle comunicazioni e nei suggerimenti di luoghi da visitare e in cui mangiare. Abbiamo amato la pace e il silenzio del luogo, nonchè la piscina con vista. Ci siamo fermati poco e il meteo è stato un po' capriccioso, altrimenti ci saremmo goduti di più gli esterni della fattoria. Unico piccolo neo: le stoviglie e il frigo non erano proprio immacolati, ma nulla che non si possa risolvere con un colpo di spugna. Super consigliato sia per un soggiorno breve che per uno lungo, così da godersi la quiete del luogo e visitare i dintorni.

We had a wonderful stay at Piero’s house. The location is gorgeous and the house was spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. We hope to be back!

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Nous avons passé une formidable semaine! La vue est incroyable!

Nous avons passé 5 nuits chez Paolo (appartement pour 4 personnes). Un havre de paix : une immense piscine parfaitement entretenue, une vaste pelouse et de multiples endroits pour se reposer, lire (à l'ombre ou au soleil), etc. Une table de ping - pong à l'écart. Une literie très confortable. Un équipement très complet. Un endroit majestueux, à l'écart du voisinage et pourtant très près de Monte San Savino (avec ce qu'il faut de magasins, de restaurants, etc) et pas loin de l'autoroute (ce qui permet une grande mobilité dans la région). Bref, un excellent séjour.

We were a family of 5 with two 20 year old boys and an eleven year old girl. We loved the homely feel of the farmhouse. It had everything we needed for our 10 day break. The gardens and pool were amazing and we loved the two different sitting areas. If you are looking for somewhere to get away from it all then this is a great option. There are a few nice restaurants within a ten minute drive and the towns of Orvieto and Bolcina were great to visit. We also used the train service to go to Rome which was very easy. You definitely need a car when staying here. Andrea was friendly, very helpful and on hand if you needed anything. Would definitely recommend this fantastic holiday home.

It was such a wonderful place to stay, and we wish we could have stayed longer! Angela and her son were very helpful and hospitable. The place itself was so beautiful, and you certainly can't beat Assisi. I told Angela that we would be bringing a baby and a toddler, and she had a crib set out and ready for us, along with a high chair and bibs. She even provided coffee and cornetti for breakfast. We are so grateful and hope to be back soon!

Il posto è magnifico. Svegliarsi al mattino e godere di quella vista non ha prezzo. In casa c’era tutto, soprattutto in cucina. Ritengo sia in posizione strategica, 20/30 da tutte le attrazioni principali della zona.

Ottima location con tutto il necessario (lenzuola e asciugamani) e con pure vivande per la prima colazione (caffè, biscotti, marmellata, merendine). La casa è ben strutturata e il giardino esterno molto ampio è un plus piacevole. Unica pecca il posto auto ma ci sono posti gratuiti a poche centinaia di metri dalla casa.

Antonello went above and beyond to ensure our stay was hassle-free and relaxing. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable beds, the table was laid before we arrived for our convenience and he responded to all messages within minutes. Perugia is a beautiful city and we were so pleased we chose to stay here as the location was central to town, safe and easily accessible by public bus from the train station. Thank you Antonello for an excellent stay. Highly recommend.

Vittorino è stato un host eccezionale: gentilissimo, super disponibile, presente e rispondente a ogni richiesta. L'appartamento è davvero bello, molto curato, pulito, ben arredato, collocato in pieno centro, e quindi, strategico per andare ovunque. Consiglio vivissimamente, e ringrazio tanto Vittorino!

Giacomo and his family were very accommodating as we only booked the stay that morning and were fine about bringing our dog. They were in contact to help us negotiate getting to the apartment and helpful to suggest wines and visit thermal spas. It is on the edge of the village with views from each window of the surrounding landscape. Really close to all the restaurants and wine tasting. Also free parking just down from the apartment. The family also run a very elegant cafe directly below where you can find not ok only good coffee but a range of teas including home made chai latte. Omelette, Italian style eggs benedict and homemade cakes. All in all a lovely two night getaway.

A great place to stay when are in Arezzo. Property is all single owned and even has side yard &. some backyard...In the middle of the city! Sure, its a 10-12 min brisk walk into the heart of downtown. But that's what makes this place special & quiet. Hosts were very helpful in connecting one of our group to local wine tasting room who assisted us in setting up some self-drive tasting adventures. A another in our group asked for a few things which could not found in apt, and host responded in minutes. We can't really say anything bad the apt or host re our 7nht stay.

Ilva and her apartment were perfect for me. The kitchen had enough for me to cook at home most of the time. The location was very central. She was very patient with me when I needed to wait for my suitcase that didn't catch the same flight as me AND then my train was 40 minutes late. When the internet had a minor hiccup one day, she helped me get it sorted quickly.

Ho prenotato per due colleghi in viaggio di lavoro che si sono trovati bene nell'alloggio di Elisa, soprattutto per la zona tranquilla e la facilità di parcheggio per un furgone.

We had an incredible stay at Clara's property in Cortona! The highlight of our trip was definitely the visit to the farm, which was not only fun but also deeply meaningful. We loved learning about the local way of life. Our host, Clara, was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home and had everything we needed. The property itself was clean, comfortable and well-located. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable experience in Cortona. Grazie mille, Clara for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

La villa es muy cómoda, espaciosa, temperada y con todas las comodidades, rodeada de una hermosa naturaleza! Muy cerca de Pienza y Montepulciano. El personal muy amigable y colaborador!Lorenzo, Cecilia, Serena y Alessia nos ayudaron a organizar y reservar puntos de intereses. Siempre tuvieron la mejor actitud para gestionar cualquiera de nuestras necesidades. Pasamos unos días hermosos de descanso y conociendo la bella Toscana. Los desayunos no estaban incluidos, pero el precio fue muy accesible y barra libre 😋.

バレーボールの試合を見るための旅行利用しました。パラバートンがほどよく近く、歩いて20分くらいの距離でした。 また、ホストの対応か大変素晴らしく、行き届いたケアに感動しました。 シャワーの水圧が低かったことと、ハンディシャワーへの切り替えがうまくいかないので、説明書きなどがあるといいなと思いました。 それ以外は素晴らしく、早朝にタクシーをお願いすると、とても親切に対応してもらえて感動しました。 ありがとうございました！

Siamo stati ospiti in sei persone. Arrivati la sera l'appartamento corrispondeva a quanto descritto, ben riscaldato e confortevole Il personale cortese, gentile e sempre disponibile. Abbiamo cenato nel loro ristorante, cucina di alta qualità a prezzi accessibili. Esperienza da ripetere

L'alloggio è un piccolo paradiso di tranquillità. zero inquinamento acustico. vista meravigliosa. ambiente curato e una bellissima piscina dove rilassarsi e rinfrescarsi. Antonella e la sua famiglia sono persone squisite, gentili e estremamente discrete. posizione strategica per visitare sia i villaggi del lago Trasimeno sia per visitare Perugia, Assisi e tanti altri posti. il borgo vicino è incantevole e si può fare la spesa di prodotti locali. per una spesa più complessa basta raggiungere il villaggio del lago (Passignano) e si trova coop e Conad. unico aspetto che va considerato è che l area è totalmente sprovvista di rete mobile. la casa è dotata di wifi però appena esci di casa anche solo per andare in piscina non hai modo di accedere alla rete. per chi come noi aveva voglia di staccare da tutto è stato un non problema. se invece avessi avuto bisogno di lavorare o essere reperibile va considerato. nel complesso per noi è stata una bellissima settimana di relax. vale la pena.
