Maurizio kindly agreed to accommodate us with our dogs and we are very happy that he did. He was very communicative and even arranged for an English speaker to greet us at the check in. He contacted us before to make sure we know where we are going and after to ensure we were happy with everything. Could not ask for a better host. The accommodation is great, we stayed for almost 2 weeks and felt right at home. You have all the facilities you might need and it is all in top condition. The location is right on the shore of the lake, the garden is huge (I mean huge) and well maintained. The sunset is out of this world. You have several restaurants within the walking distance (one literally 2 minutes away and really decent). Maurizio grazie per l'ospitalità!

Starting with the characteristic alley leading to the stairways to the spectacular terrace, the apartment is great for a vacation on the lake. Sergio responded quickly to our changes of plans and just kept in touch. Enjoy your stay and raise a glass as you enjoy the view on your sky high perch.

Lovely stay and such pleasant on site owners. Perfectly sized pool and great for families. Such wonderful countryside and facilities. Beautiful views and lake. Such friendly dogs that love to lie under the table. It was such a wonderful stay with much to explore and a beautiful house with lovely views from balcony. :) However Novasol were very slow in their communications.

This View from the terrace! It is just beautiful. We had a great and quiet time there, often sat on the terrace with a glass of wine and enjoyed the peacuful view over the whole area. It has even a tiny roof, so you won’t sit in the sun. From there we did some trips to areas and cities in Umbria by car. If you seek something like that, Robertas Place is just perfect for you. If you are looking for something crowded in the centre of a city, you didn’t read the description and you are wrong then :-) It is definitely a recommendation: Stay at Robertas place. You will enjoy it there, i think. Roberta is a very kind and forthcoming person, easy to like. (And: You shouldn’t miss Trevi, Spello and Lake Bolseno).

Jeg har lige holdt min 60 års fødselsdag i huset. Det har været helt fantastisk. Billederne yder slet ikke området retfærdighed. Der er SÅ smukt. Det fungerede perfekt for os. Vi var 8 (6 voksne og 2 børn). Jer er temmelig sikker på, at vi vender tilbage igen en anden gang❤️😊.

We enjoyed Silvia‘s paradise on the hills of Umbria. The surroundings are amazing and our apartment was rustic and simply wonderful. Our kids absolutely loved playing outside with Silvia‘s family‘ pets. The pool area is beautiful as well and we would have loved to use it more had the weather been better. We took a pasta class with Alberto and all four of us enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and are eager to apply our newly found knowledge about making delicious pasta. Finally, we appreciated the tips about the area and were especially impressed by medieval Gubbio! We definitely want to come back and hopefully, will bring our extended family with us next time.

Erwähnenswert ist, neben dem fantastischen Blick vom Balkon auf den See, die Ruhe. So viel Vogelgesang habe ich seit mindestens 10 Jahren nicht mehr gehört. Obwohl der See groß ist, herrscht kaum Schiffverkehr, wenig Touristen und kaum Badende (geht aber schon, ist etwas modderig. Am besten fanden wir's auf der Insel). Es ist ein See für Fischer und Vögel, und das ist gut so. Man kann sich anpassen. Interessantes Kulturfestival zu Literatur und Medien für die Bevölkerung von Monte de Lago.

Beautiful and peaceful Tuscan Home. Pool and views where great, host was friendly and offered fresh fruit upon arrival. Rural area filled with nature and wildlife, a car is a must for the location.

Patrizia è stata un'ottima host, gentilissima e molto disponibile. Appena arrivati ci ha dato ottimi consigli sui luoghi da visitare e posti dove pranzare nei dintorni. Ci ha accolti con una buonissima crostata e dei biscottini per i nostri cagnolini. La casa era accuratamente pulita e completa di tutto il necessario, compresa la legna per la brace! Abbiamo trovato molto comoda anche la posizione, immersa nella natura ma a pochi km da diversi borghi molto carini da visitare. Abbiamo passato davvero un ottimo weekend!

Een prachtige plek om volledig tot jezelf te komen. Op het terras kun je heerlijk eten terwijl je geniet van het prachtige uitzicht. En ook vanuit de jaccuzi is het uitzicht spectaculair.

We had a very special stay at San Lorenzo. This is a beautiful part of Italy, and the hosts, Pino and Monika, welcomed us with warmth and kindness. The pool is fantastic and the grounds are pristine and perfect for family and friends seeking outdoor activities (including tennis, ping pong, badminton and even golf right on the property!). While we spent most of our time outdoors, the accommodations met our needs and provided a good amount of space for our party of 6. Pino was a tremendous resource, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. He even helped to arrange a soccer scrimmage for the soccer enthusiasts in our group. The wi fi works best on the send floor or outside. Wonderful, caring hosts and an easy walk to restaurants and a charming town center.

Ons verblijf bij dit agriturismo was subliem. De gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid van de hardwerkende mensen hier was hartverwarmend. Je voelt direct dat ze hun werk met liefde en passie doen, zowel voor de gasten als voor de prachtige natuur die hen omringt. De sfeer is authentiek en ontspannen, en het is duidelijk dat er veel zorg wordt besteed aan elk detail. Van de heerlijk verse producten tot de comfortabele en sfeervolle accommodaties, alles draagt bij aan een onvergetelijke ervaring. Wij kunnen dit agriturismo van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een plek waar mens en natuur in perfecte harmonie samenkomen. We kijken ernaar uit om hier in de toekomst opnieuw te mogen verblijven!

We travelled through Italy and stayed here for a few days. We loved the peace and quiet surroundings and view of the landscape of beautiful Umbria. Also the nice swimming pool was great for us and our kids. Pina is very nice and made us feel welcome. The house is beautiful and clean. Although it is a shared house, the appartement is very private.

The most incredible place with the most stunning views! Patrick was quick to respond to all communication and very helpful. We enjoyed a beautiful week as a family, even managed a dip in the pool! The rooms were large and the place well equipped. Would strongly recommend this place if you want beauty and peace

המארח היה מאד ידידותי , הכין ארוחת ערב טעימה ונעימה בטוח שנזכור את שהייתנו כחוויה נעימה. ייתכן והוספת ארוחת בוקר הייתה משלימה את החוויה המקסימה שחווינו. תודה רבה לאנדראה.

Paolo was very friendly and gave some great local recommendations for places to go. The villa was in a spectacular location with beautiful views. The pool was good fun and we enjoyed eating out in the nearby villages. It was quite remote so you definitely need a car to get around
