Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und zentral gelegen. Es sind nur wenige Minuten zum Strand und mitten im Ortskern. Jede Menge Gaststätten und Kaffees, in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Der Kontakt vor Ort ist sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit, jederzeit gerne wieder.

We spent a month here and everything was great! The place had all we needed and we felt right at home. We loved the private balcony and rooftop which had amazing views of the town and ocean. The beach and restaurants were just a 5 minute walk and the stairs down to the main street made getting into town super easy. We would definitely come back and stay again in the future! ------- After writing this review I received a message regarding the electric cost for our stay. Though it was stated in the description that electricity would be charged during winter we were very surprised at the cost. We only heated 2 of the rooms with space heaters at night (our bedroom and the living room) because without those it would be too cold for comfort. Other than that we used what I would say is a normal amount of electricity but the charge was over $360 for one month. We are still satisfied with the stay but added this because it is something we wish we had seen in reviews before we booked.

A Casa é mesmo muito espaçosa, confortável e tudo muito limpo e organizado. A cozinha é equipada com todos os eletrodomésticos e utensílios necessários para o dia a dia. A area externa é espetacular com uma piscina muito grande e impecavelmente limpa a todo momento automaticamente. A churrasqueira dispõem dos itens necessarios para um bom churrasco. Nos quartos as camas são confortaveis e os banheiros sao muito bem higienizados. Minha estadia foi perfeita e o Carlos é um excelente anfitrião. Nos recebeu muito bem e nos deu todas as informacoes necessarias para que nossa estadia fosse a melhor possivel. Voltarei de certeza, assim que possível.

My husband and I stayed for almost three weeks and felt right at home. As hikers we can’t think of a better location … just steps from one of the top hikes in all of Europe. Easy to drive to other parts of the Algarve. Easy to get to the grocery. We slept peacefully and comfortably every night. Never a peep outside. I hope we get the opportunity to return. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely house to stay in. We especially liked sitting on the roof terrace and eating on the patio in the back garden. Super comfy bed and welcome air-conditioning. The shared pool was excellent and we enjoyed many hours sitting on loungers in the shade, reading and dipping in and out of the pool to keep cool. The local beach was a pleasure and the location is ideal for many things

We hebben een super leuke vakantie gehad tijdens ons verblijf in de woning van Miguel. Het meubilair is misschien wat ouder maar voldoet prima. Alles was netjes en schoon. Miguel reageerde meteen op evt vragen en ook wat later uitchecken was geen probleem. Op loopafstand heb je verschillende restaurants (tasca 26 is echt een aanrader) en ook de supermarkt is op nog geen 5 min lopen. Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Het zwembad was netjes en schoon ook hier was het altijd rustig. Miste hier wel wat stoelen of bedjes. Wij hadden een huurauto en zijn veel op pad geweest. Veel bezienswaardigheden en stadjes zijn binnen een uur te rijden.

Une hôte absolument irréprochable. Réactive, amicale et disponible. La maison est très bien équipée et la piscine agréable à utiliser. Le seul bémol est que nous n'avons réservé que pour 4 nuits. On serait bien resté quelques jours de plus ! A recommander Merci encore.

Really nice complex, good driving distance from the sea. Very spacious inside, and generally even better than on the photos!

This was our second stay. We love the central location and the comfort. It is very soundproof. Very modern. Hosts are also very helpful. Only downside is no outdoor seating. We will be back if we visit again. Thanks Filipe.

We had a lovely stay at Tina and Kimmo’s beautiful home in Ferragudo. The house is ideally situated in the old part of Ferragudo, very close to handy shops and a huge selection of restaurants. The area where the house is situated is very peaceful. The beaches are close by, there’s plenty of free parking very close by, and the house is artistic, creative and very well equipped. The roof space is a great bonus. It’s warm, has great views, is spacious and now has its own well equipped kitchen. There’s a lovely cute decking area which catches beautifully the early morning sun. Tina is truly a super host and always responds very quickly and helpfully.

7 of us had a great stay at this villa. Leonel was very responsive and helpful. We were allowed to check in earlier than stated. We had a small issue with the keys and he organised the maid to come straight away. Couch is amazingly comfortable. Loved the balcony on the main bedroom. The area is pretty and the local bakery in the town is amazing!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Oasis Praia Carvoeiro Bay ausserordentlich genossen. Von der Lage, über die Ausstattung und den grosszügigen Raumen bis zu den vielen Wandermöglichkeiten der Gegend war alles perfekt. Das Highlight waren die wunderschönen Sonnenaufgänge die man aus dem Schlafzimmer geniessen konnte.

Amazing place & stay. Really has the wow factor. Lots of nice personal touch’s upon arrival including simple but appreciated coffee capsules , washing machines & dishwasher tablets & afew local treats. Visitors book showing lots of useful local information. All in all one of if not the best air B&B stays I’ve had 👏🏽

What an amazing stay - it was exactly what I hoped for and more. This is a stunning villa with amazing views of the ocean from the rooftop and just a 2 minute walk down a gorgeous beach within the cliffs. Eva, Michi and friends were great hosts - super responsive and are clearly proud of their local area and as such would send amazing recommendations on restaurants and things to do in the local area every couple of days. I loved my time there and am already starting to think about when I can go back!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Carvoeiro. Nous étions 5, les 2 salles de bain sont un vrai plus. La maison est très bien équipée, chaque détail a été pensé. Nous avions même le nécessaire pour un 1er petit déjeuner ! Merci beaucoup à Emma pour l'accueil. Le logement est situé dans une zone très calme. Bien que la résidence comporte beaucoup de logements nous avions la piscine quasiment pour nous tous les jours. Un véhicule est toutefois nécessaire car rien à proximité. Le centre de Carvoeiro est à 10 minutes en voiture. Le logement est à 5 minutes en voiture du point de départ d'une magnifique randonnée de 6h le long des falaises et d'une première plage très sympa. Nous recommandons ++

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft! Vielen Dank! Positiv: 1. Die Lage ist super und sehr ruhig 2. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man braucht. 3. die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet: Toaster, herd, Backofen, großer Kühlschrank ... 4. Es gibt eine schöne Terasse und eine grose Wiese. Die ganze Wohnanlage ist sehr schön! 5. Für unser Kind gab es einen tollen Spielereich. 6. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war sehr gut! 7. Wir waren im Dezember da, es war gut und wichtig, dass es eine Heizung (Klimaanlage) gab (nachts war es nur 5 Grad warm). Negativ: 1. Der Esstisch ist leider zu instabil und fällt fast auseinander, er sollte erneuert werden bitte! 2. Die Polsterkissen für Sitzlounge auf der Terasse waren defekt oder verschlimmelt. Bitte erneuern! 3. Im Badezimmer mit Dusche kam leider ein unangemessen Geruch aus dem Abfluss. Er ging nicht weg. Alles Liebe und Gute für euch!

Het verblijf is precies zoals op de foto's: ruim en comfortabel. Ruime woonkamer met open haard, prettige slaapkamers, goede badkamer, zonnig terras. Parkeren voor de deur. Goede wandelmogelijkheden. Communicatie met Filomena over het omruilen van bed- en badgoed heel gemakkelijk. Toen wij er waren was het heel rustig (december en januari). Veel heel goede restaurants in de buurt (sommige helaas in januari gesloten), een supermarkt vlakbij. In Armacao de Pera (2 km, gratis parkeren) twee supermarkten, interessante zaterdagmarkt, veel (nogal fantasieloze) appartementengebouwen, maar wel een paar super restaurants en koffiebars. Veel leuke plaatsen in de buurt, musea en andere cultureel interessante plekken. Gemakkelijke (goedkope) treinverbinding van Albufeira naar Lissabon. Aan te bevelen!

Good place to stay if you're going to travel around the Algarve on a longer vacation. Nice wineries close by as well. The home is very clean and spacious. Could easily house up to 8 people.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and decorated, and was immaculate. It was extremely well equipped. The roof terrace was great and it was amazing to have the use of the pool area - we had it to ourselves all week! It was even closer to the beach and town than we had expected - we ate out every lunchtime and dinnertime and it was good to be able to walk everywhere. Would highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft hat eine großartige Lage, man hört das Meer und kann einen sehr schönen Strand zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnanlage ist ruhig und grün. Es gibt Schwimmbäder und einen im Winter beheizten Pool. Die Wohnung ist Teil einer Anlage mit privaten Wohnungen, die zT vermietet werden. Im Januar war insgesamt wenig los und viele Wohnungen waren leer. Die Kommunikation läuft über Luis, der Anliegen dann weiter an die Verwaltung der Anlage gibt. Diese machen auch die Reinigung und stellen bei Bedarf einen Babystuhl (recht teuer, 2,5€/Tag) oder zusätzliche Decken zur Verfügung. Entsprechend ist die Wohnung sehr sauber aber auch etwas unpersönlich und generisch eingerichtet. Der Kamin funktioniert nicht so gut, der Rauch zieht meist ab, aber nicht immer, dann ist die Wohnung gleich verraucht. Dafür kann die Klimaanlage auch heizen. Luis hat immer recht prompt und hilfreich via Airbnb App geantwortet, persönlich habe ich ihn nicht getroffen.

Miriam and Filipe were wonderful, and did everything that could have been asked for. Unfortunately for us the weather didn't cooperate during our trip but the hosts can't be blamed for that. The place is lovely.

A wonderful roomy 2 floor- 3 bedroom unit with 2nd- bath on main & one bath on the main floor. Peaceful "green view from balconies. Well stocked kitchen, dishwasher & washing machine. 10 minutes walk to the lookout view of the cliffs & sea. Stroll 5 minutes to the sea. Filomena was extremely responsive to our needs. Hard to leave !
