Shelbi's place was perfect for our family of 5 for our week in PCB. Literally not even a 5 min walk to the beach, and less than 2 mins if you utilize the golf cart, which is so thoughtful and convenient because this is a golf cart community. The neighborhood is so peaceful. There was a amazing donut shop the next block over that we walked or golf carted to every morning(the regular food is pretty great as well). The house had everything you needed , the beach towels and the outside shower were both perfect touches. The kitchen was perfectly thought out and equipped with anything you could need, and for anything else there are several stores very nearby. The hot tub was great after a long beach day, and the balconies were great for relaxing and people watching. The house was just simply amazing and exceeded our expectations.

As a Superhost myself I wanted to take my daughters to a place we never been and chose this location and this listing . And I couldn't have picked a better place very clean , up to date , great amenities even the 70" tv had all the add ons , Netflix YouTube Tv, the Jacuzzi tub outdoors was the Best ,, we grilled and loved the golf cart included to ! Awesome place !! Book it now !

We had a blast at Angie’s house. The property was beautiful and spacious and fit our family and group perfectly. The house is close to the beach (3 minute drive) and would recommend a golf cart or car to get there. Lots of dining options around. We enjoyed Santa Rosa Beach which is a little less crowded than other 30a beaches. I would recommend bringing a few extra necessities such as paper towels, trash bags etc as we ran out of the starter supply. Also, pool/beach towels as those weren’t provided. The pool and hot tub were very convenient and a great spot to relax after the beach. Overall it was a fantastic house and I’d recommend!

You will love this stunning home! Every single detail is absolute perfection from the decor, design, amenities and location! Our stay was one of the best vacations we have had as a family. The pool and spa were such a treat and we loved eating meals on the gorgeous deck. The whole house is just so beautiful and comfortable. You will be so happy you chose this one!!

WE had an amazing stay. Sally was quick to answer our text. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed and more. I loved that every age had plenty to do and enjoy. By far the best rental for family vacation we have ever booked. Hostess thought of everything you could need and added touches like games for all ages, outdoor seating, pool floats, etc. Thank you for opening your home for families like ours to enjoy. we'll be back!

Very high quality house, didn’t feel cheap at all like some homes intended for short term rentals. Very spacious living floor, kitchen and master suite. Location was great being so close to Peddlers square but do take note that being so close means it’s very noisy during peak seasons, we were unable to enjoy the back patio at night due to the live music essentially in the backyard. Comfortable beds and couches. Also for busier times of the year this community shares beach access with Sunset beach and their area is rather small - almost every square inch of the beach was taken up by people, recommend driving down to Deer Creek - was way more enjoyable for our family and kids.

I could not say enough about the place! It is exactly as described and more. Did not realize we were getting the amenities that came with this resort, so that was a huge bonus! It was super clean and I am picky! Beds are comfortable! Beach is super close and you can call a tram to transport you anywhere on the resort property. We loved that! Basketball and tennis literally right beside us. Lagoon pool is close but the pool right around the corner is less busy and relaxing. The communication was great, fast responses. We will be coming back and have already looked at other properties they own to see what else they have to offer bc we know we will get exactly what is described.

Beautiful place! Tonya was very easy to work with. I forgot some items when I left and she mailed them back to me at no charge! You don’t find this kind of hospitality very often!

The villas are nice and quiet and have their own little pool if you want stay close and float! Loved that we could pack our beach and pool stuff and the parking pass gets you in to the main amenities!

We used this beach house for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it is in a great location - steps from the beach! It's a lovely home and we had an amazing time!

Richard was awesome! He was crazy fast at responding and helpful with any questions/requests we had! We loved staying at his place which was immaculately clean, nicely decorated and super convenient to the beach. What a steal!!!
