All the great reviews for Water’s Edge are spot on!! Gorgeous property with fabulous views! The doc makes it easy for excursion pickups as well as fishing. This property is perfect for a large family gathering or a group of friends with spacious rooms and on suite bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need for preparing food and drinks. Franz is the best! He and his wife were very helpful and extremely friendly when needed. We would definitely return!!

Very nice, spacious and open beach house directly facing the ocean. The upstairs master suite is a sanctuary of peace and tranquility. The place is unique to other nearby homes in that it has a very large covered patio directly out the kitchen sliding doors, so this is where we were most of the time. Even if it is raining or windy you can be outdoors in that area. The location is perfect, you have the feeling of remoteness and peace yet Majahual is only a 20 minute drive if you really want to go to town. Closer, just about a mile or so south of the crossroads, is a minisuper with beer and liquor, snacks, and basics. The little beach club down the beach does not intrude on your privacy at all, in fact they serve excellent food. We brought or groceries from Chedraui and enjoyed cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. Bring a bag of ice cubes for the freezer! Having Samuel right on site provides a safe feeling and he is a wealth of local knowledge. I would definitely stay here again!

Byron's place was the perfect place to unwind for the week. He had so many helpful tips and recommendations... especially for someone who has never been to SP. He recommended a small Golf Cart rental place, MK's, that turned out to be the perfect choice. You'll DEFINITELY want a golf cart while you are there as you are pretty far away from town. That was part of the appeal and charm for us. The golf cart rides exploring the island was one of our favorite things. It's a good idea to bring a small high powered flashlight to help with night travels. I bring one everywhere I go & I'm glad as the golf cart lights tend to be dim. Byron was so responsive & helpful wirh everything & the house & it's amenities were perfect. I highly recommend staying at Byron's! . Also Byron left binder with list of recommendations & very clear instructions on everything, & his manager, Rubio, walks you through everything. Also make sure you check out Maya & Viv for tours, a single mother & daughter team.

We were so happy with our vacation at La Perla. The listing does not do it justice. The view alone is spectacular. We love the fact we had our own home to stay in, but it really felt like a resort. The location was perfect for excursions, getting into town, going to dinner or just hanging out at the pool. The house was spectacular for the 6 adults we had, it would have held more. Plenty of room to be together, but also room to be by ourselves. The deck was a great place to watch the sea and enjoy dinner or drinks. Lastly, but truly the staff was spectacular! From the first response by email to the last day of checking on our needs. Truly a fantastic experience. We will be back.

We loved our stay at the cottage. The home was so comfortable and cozy and we were surrounded by amazing fishing. We will definitely be returning for another visit. Sergio made everything as easy as possible and was always quick to respond. Truly a gem of a place on the north end.

Nicks place was the perfect location for anyone looking to stay in a quiet, peaceful, beautiful spot outside of the noise and busy vibes of San Pedro. It was convenient for our morning scuba diving as we specifically chose a dive shop that would pick us up and drop us off at the dock right outfront of the property instead of having to drive the golf cart into town. It is a lovely little golf cart drive away from San Pedro or Secret Beach. I plan to stay here again in the future.

We had an incredible experience at ALOM during our girls' trip. It was precisely what we wanted: peaceful and relaxing. Having our own private beach was a true highlight. Terri welcomed us at the airport, took care of our luggage, and was extremely responsive to any questions we had. She made our vacation effortless by arranging our airfare to and from San Pedro, ferry tickets, excursions, and even our golf cart. Her restaurant recommendations were fantastic as well. The property offered kayaks, paddle boards, hammocks, and sunbathing chairs, which added to the enjoyment. Although the Airbnb is a bit outside of town, we loved the privacy and tranquility it provided. We ventured into town a few times, and it was bustling with activity—crowded and loud—but we were always grateful to return to our serene oasis. There are plenty of great restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.
