This Airbnb is a perfect blend of style and comfort! The place is incredibly awesome, with beautiful decor that makes every corner photo-worthy. Beyond its aesthetics, it truly feels like home—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The location is also a huge plus, conveniently situated within the metro. Another standout feature is how fresh and pleasant the place smells, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. Lastly, the host is very accommodating and ensures a smooth and pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

Ver was very responsive and super accommodating with our requests. Roselyn and Bong, the staff, were very attentive, helpful and nice. The place was as shown on photo. Living spaces and entertainment area were what made this place special for us. And the view! It is on 3 floors: compact and spacious at the same time. We really enjoyed the space, the service, the location and the amenities. We highly recommend. And I am definitely looking forward to going back.

Spent New Year’s Eve in this beautiful, spacious home filled with stunning antique pieces by artist Tito Rolly, the owner. He and his family were so accommodating, even gifting us a unique antique wood art from a fellow artist. The location was easy to find, with charming restaurants nearby. We enjoyed watching fireworks from the rooftop at midnight, though the rain cut it short. Still, it was a memorable experience. thank you again!

Beautiful transient home which provides a "hotel feel" accommodation. The entire house is clean and spacious which made our stay very comfortable . Everything you need is provided from bedrooms, rest rooms, common social area and the kitchen. My husband and I and our 4 children had a great Christmas stay in this warm and loving space. The host is beyond the caliber of being a superhost. She is warmth and caring. She lovingly attended to all our needs and concerns with prompt. The location is also superb with easy and close access to SM, S&R, church and numerous dining options.

I highly recommend this place. Everything you need is already there. Like you are in your own home. What i like most is that additional amenities has no charge. Like the sauna, karaoke, pool. The host is super kind. They will even cook delectable food for you with a fee of course. I will definetely come back here.

We had an amazing stay at this resort! The water was warm and inviting, and the entire place was clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. We also had a great time enjoying the amenities—playing billiards, singing with the karaoke, and making the most of the big TV. Everything added to a fun and relaxing experience. If you're looking for a place to unwind with great facilities and excellent service, this resort is definitely worth a visit.

Thank you for hosting our family. The staff was very accommodating. We suggested adding contrasting edges to the stairs in the villa since they have the same color as the tiles on the upper floor, making them easier to see, especially at night. The place was clean! Great experience—we'll definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay at Daniel’s Place! The kids had a blast in the pool, and the granny absolutely loved the heated jacuzzi. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the well-maintained lawn added to the charm—perfect for those who enjoy a quiet night with family. The rooms, linens, and towels were spotless and smelled wonderful. We’ll definitely be back for a longer stay!

The place is a gem and was as described -- 3 villas with enough space for us -- a family of 15 with 6 kids -- to gather for a meal and to sleep. There was a pool and heated jacuzzi that the kids really enjoyed even if it has been raining nonstop during our stay. All amenities mentioned were also available. We cooked meals during our stay, btw. Their caretakers were also there to assist us. Really such a pretty place -- as it was foggy due to the rainy weather, it felt like we were in a Tuscan village. If only it werent raining, we would have enjoyed lounging by the pool or the patio. The host was also responsive. Thank you for sharing your space.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The place had everything you could ask for—a true home away from home. From the well-equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, clean bathrooms, and even small thoughtful touches like toiletries and extra linens, everything was complete and well-prepared. Family enjoyed karaoke and the kids enjoyed the pool. What made the experience even better was Kuya Jun, the caretaker. He was incredibly attentive, accommodating, and always just a message away. Whether it was a small request or just checking in to ensure we were comfortable, he went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and hassle-free. Had an amazing stay at CT! Pool was clean and amenities mentioned were all available to use. Rooms have their own private bathrooms which were a +++! with strong water pressure! Aircons are fully functioning, place was really clean too, caretakers are very accommodating! Would only suggest to replace the living area fan with an industrial fan (2 units) as it was too weak to use for everyone. Overall, we loved our stay!

Good place. Very accommodating host and personnels. Lot of things to do. Worth the price. Although, bumpy access road going into the property, but manageable. Very accessible, just 1 ride from SM Masinag and 1 tryk ride.

The place gives absolute tranquility. It gave us the relaxation we needed for an affordable price. Jacuzzi with the view is the best part. The place is not that hard to find, even for commuters like us. We'll definitely comeback.

My family and I had such a wonderful time here! The place is absolutely beautiful! So aesthetic and ig-worthy. I especially loved the karaoke setup, I sang my heart out since there are no nearby neighbors haha! The whole vibe of the place is super relaxing. It’s surrounded by trees, mountains, and open skies. It’s a really chill place for a quick getaway from the city. The jacuzzi was a personal favorite! One small thing to note: since the house has mostly glass walls, there’s a lot of natural light in the morning. If you’re someone who likes to sleep in a really dark room, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask. Overall, it was such a great stay. I’m definitely keeping this place in mind for future getaways. The hosts were also amazing, they were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and secured at the place. Harveline is very responsive and gives clear instructions. Her parents are also very helpful. Had to go out and buy stuff at the mall and Tatay Cris serviced me to and from. Even gave me fresh coconut on my birthday! There is a family of stray cats in the area and enjoyed looking after them. They ended up following me around wherever I go. It was a great touch. I really had a peaceful time at the place. Highly recommended. we stayed in Espazio for the holy week holiday and we enjoyed our retreat! it’s far from the hustle and bustle of the city and is truly immersed in nature. it felt like a glorified camping trip with all the perks of modern technology 😅 biggest thanks and appreciation for Ann for being such an accommodating host—she, along with kuya Emong and kuya Brian, were prompt in tending to our requests and concerns throughout our 3-night stay. they made sure that we were comfortable and getting the most out of our stay. will definitely recommend!

Charming place to stay in! If you’re tired of staying in a standard room or condo then this place is for you. Just don’t expect everything to be squeaky clean as a hotel. It’s clean in a sense that the sheets are freshly changed, and the floors are swept but it does have a few cobwebs and some dust around since technically it’s an open breeze house which is fine for us but might not be for some. Cabin aesthetic is a mix of the mountain houses in Baguio, and of the old bahay kubo-bahay na bato houses which makes it very unique - and why I appreciate the place as an architect and will book with friends also working in the same field. Location is near Ayala Mall Serin which makes going out for food and groceries really easy (it’s even better to walk than to drive in traffic since everything is near). We loved the Oak Cabin of Camper and Cabin Forest. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and had everything that we needed. The food at the restaurant was good and the massage was worth it. My only concerns were the privacy since you can been seen outside through the front door when outside the rooms especially at night and also I think there’s no way to lock the cabin from the outside so we had to leave the cabin unlocked while we ate breakfast at the restaurant. Still it was a very enjoyable stay and we would book again in the future.
