Great place to stay. There's an alphamart right below the place where you can also park your car. The layout of the place was great. All the bedrooms were spacious and cozy. You can also get access to the rooftop to hangout/sing karaoke. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lipa!

I had an amazing stay. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We stayed with my friends last May 18-19 and we had a great vacation, the place is peaceful where you can really relax, the house is unique and clean, the kitchen amenities is awesome and complete, the pool is great, the bed is big. sobrng ng enjoy kami sa pag stay ng 18 days,feels like nasa sariling bahay,worth it po ang rent namin,mabait at responsive si sir mel at si sir carlo,nung nasira yung remote ng tv pinalitan nila agad ng bagong malaking TV right away,tahimik din po ang lugar peaceful,malinis ang buong bahay..what you see is what you get sa mga photos nila..maraming maraming salamat po sir mel at sir Carlo, ng enjoy po kami at mukhang babalik po ulit kami sa susunod.. highly recommend po ang place nila!!🙂🙂🙂

Ms. Ana was responsive and very welcoming 🥰 She offered to extend our stay for a few hours from check-out time since she knew we got back to the listing past midnight the night before. Based on the previous reviews, they received fish and fruits from Ms. Ana - I was kind of (hehe) expecting the same but we didn’t. Instead, she gave us a WHOLE CHICKEN and eggs!! You guessed it right, we cooked adobo that night hehe. Thank you for having us Ms. Ana! 💞 Things to note: - Bed linen and towels were provided - Complimentary tomatoes from Ms. Ana’s harvest ❣️ - Water heater in the shower - there’s an airfryer in the kitchen - karaoke - Listing was 100% accurate and clean Thank you again!!

It is one of the most comfortable stay we ever had in the Philippines. We loved the space, the amenities, the location and the way the host communicated with us. Everything we needed for our stay was there, which was really nice as we stayed for more than 2 weeks with a baby! The washing machine was really helpful for us as well as the well equipped kitchen that made us feel more at home. And we also appreciated the fact that they provided a crib for our baby! We will surely book this place again when we are back for another holiday in the Philippines! Highly recommended!

The place was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—just a short distance from the greenbelt, landmark, glorietta. I loved being able to explore the area easily and found some fantastic local restaurants thanks to Far recommendations. Far was a fantastic host! They were incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. Wil’s place is very clean and comfortable. My team did not have any problems during the stay (except for the blankets - they leave some loose threads in clothes and in bed) and we really loved the view. It is very clean.

The place is worth renting where it matches the photos showed and has a great view. The unit also really felt like home.

We had a great holiday during our stay.. kudos to the host for still being able to reply even its christmas. The unit was as described and not hard to find. The only problem we had is the wifi was lost during our final night and the back up wasnt working.. also, eventhough theres no parking within the property, theres nearby parking for rent spots which is convienient for guests bringing cars like us. All in all its a value for money and great location. Thank you elite stays!

It was clean, spacious and makes you feel at home. A perfect place to relax and chill with friends and family. Very affordable, comfy and has complete amenities. I love the interior design very simple yet elegant. And what I really like the most is their high-quality kitchenware and utensils, it's very neat. It was conveniently located near at the mall,stores and fast food. To the owner Ma'am Monaliza, she is very responsive, generous and kind. We will surely coming back again.
