My mother and I really enjoyed our stay. The location is prime. Everything is within walking distance and the bus is accessible- right in front of the hotel. The beach and the pool are right behind the hotel. And there is access with the key fob right onto the beach. Demi & Andrei were very helpful and responsive with any questions we had. The view is beautiful. At night the street is very active and on a Friday and Saturday it is a little noisy. The noise is still tolerable. Everything was enjoyable and we are happy with our stay. Thanks Demi and Andrei!

Yoa, Daniel and Poly's place was a wonderful place to stay! It was clean, beautiful, spacious, and a fantastic spot to hang out! We were so grateful to spend our time there!

It was a nice quiet neighborhood near by the beach and the place is clean and really spacious.

This is a beautiful modern home in the perfect location for our family of 6 who wanted to be close to the beach and walkable sights/restaurants and be able to catch a quick Uber to old San Juan. Geraldine was very responsive and proactive in her communications which was super helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

From start to finish, they were responsive when I needed to know anything. Great location to the beach. It was a plus that everyday, they checked in on us. Five starts all the way around!

Stayed at Rey's place for one night before heading to the airport and it was great! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants, stocked with great amenities like beach towels, sunscreen, aloe, etc. Easy check-in and it's decorated in a way that makes the place feel super cozy!

This place was perfect for our spring break trip!

The condo had everything we needed for a great stay! Amazing location, very clean and well equipped. As the listing states, the exterior of the building and some common areas are under renovations. I was glad to be traveling with my husband and two teenage boys who couldn’t care less about how the exterior looked. While laying at the pool and looking at the back of the building, I was glad my college age daughter wasn’t traveling with us as she feels differently about the aesthetics of the hotels/rentals we stay in. The pool was large and a good temperature and there was always a lounge chair or two available. We used the tennis court once but its very windy and not in great condition. The beach is lovely and walkable but it’s rocky in the water so my son and husband quickly realized it was not the spot for boogie boarding. We found another beach called Pine Grove that had good waves (beginner surf waves) with no rocks. I used the gym and laundry room, both nice to have.

Josue's apartment was excellent and everything we hoped for. It was in a gated community with a security guard which made us feel safe. The apartment was spacious and had a wonderful master bedroom and master bath, and additional bedrooms with bunk beds and another full bathroom. The kitchen and living room were spacious and had a big dining table and large sofa - this type of spacious space is why we now prefer to stay at Airbnb. There is a small beach at the property and there were beach chairs and towels. But other public beaches were close by if people wish to try them. We found some excellent local restaurants within a 25 minute drive - recommendations include Don Pepe, Las Picuas 123 Seafood Restaurant, and Asador Boricua. There is a small grocery store/pharmacy next to the resort and a Walmart 20 minutes away. We had a rental car but when we needed to use Uber once we were able to find one within 15 minutes. We loved Josue's apartment, and we will definitely stay again.

Myrna est une hôte très attentionnée. Les informations pour le logement étaient claires. La vue du logement est à couper le souffle. L’accès à la plage est facile. Le logement est propre, grand et bien équipé. Le quartier est très animé la nuit. Un peu bruyant.

Had a great stay for a week with my fiance and another couple. The place was as described and host went above and beyond to address any concerns and give local recommendations. The place was clean and just as described in the pictures. One thing was that the showers didn’t have great hot water supply, however this is common in PR and probably out of Ami’s control. We had one issue with the stove and Ami answered almost immediately to help rectify the issue. While the apartment can be a bit noisy due to the bars across the street, the white noise machines available for you were more than helpful to get a restful night sleep. Overall great experience and would highly recommend staying there.

This Airbnb was perfect walking distance from the beach and a bunch of restaurants! It was easy to find and easy to access too. The room had a great view, AMAZING a/c and the essentials. (Stove,fridge, etc.) Kat was responsive and checked on us to see if we needed anything or had any questions. I definitely recommend this Airbnb for any first timers in PR!

gated complex. beach side was nice as well as the pool. Outside the gated portion it's sketchy and roads are awful. it worked for us but some might not like it due to the area it's in. Rafael was responsive, however the local rental agency he uses isn't. Ex: they told us to park in B-157 but the numbers only went up to 156. i messaged them to ask where to park and they never answered. i also messaged them asking for instructions to turn on the livingroom AC and they never answered. they use a 'digital concierge '. we found it annoying to use. we'd prefer a binder in the unit. the agency sent us one to a completely different condo complex. when i contacted Rafael he was usually able to help. Biggest complaint i had was that they don't keep a remote for the minisplit in the condo for renter to regulate the AC. we were supposed to contact them so they could adjust the temp remotely, LOL. they also forgot to turn it on at our arrival. i dont think that's reasonable at this point

Place was a great find in middle of Condado. Great pool and right on the beach. Hosts were very responsive when we asked questions and needed some extra things. Building personnel were very nice as well and helped out. Bunch of restaurants and bars to walk to. Grocery store nearby. Convection oven and microwave combo. Nice kitchen. Confortable rooms and space. Parking space is not included but available to rent. There are schools in front so traffic can be hectic.

We had an amazing time and loved the place! It was in the middle of everything. Our host went above and beyond to accommodate us and we couldn’t appreciate it more.

We had a perfect stay! Four of us were getting together from across the country to celebrate our 60th birthday. The condo was so comfortable and clean - great furnishings, kitchen had everything, bathrooms were modern, great toiletries, comfy beds. The rooftop was fantastic - breeze and view of the beach and mountains and super comfortable couch. We spent every morning there hanging out, then drinks at night. The beach was steps away though the back yard gate and felt like having a private beach - beautiful sandy beach kind of a little Gilligan's Island with coconuts and palms and gorgeous water and views. Not a ton in the neighborhood, but we loved that and could get to old San Juan and other nearby spots easily. Ziplining in El Yunque rainforest was close and amazing. Snorkeling at a nearby beach was beautiful. We also took an excellent walking tour of Old San Juan and drove trough the mountains. What a great vacation & always so happy to come home to our place - Thank you!

Our stay was great! The Airbnb had everything we needed for our short stay and it's location was amazing - 5 steps from the beach and very close to great restaurants. Aixa and Enrique were very responsive and flexible with us. Would 100% stay again!

I could not have gotten a better place and location for my Ironman stay. It was a very peaceful place where I could relax prior to and after the competition. I will stay again in the future for other events.

El apartamento de Beatriz está así cómo se ve en las fotos, recientemente renovado y muy acogedor. Con una excelente vista desde el balcón. A pesar de que el apartamento está muy bien, el edificio está bastante viejo y necesita un Mejor mantenimiento, principalmente en áreas comunes y accesos en el área de la piscina. El lugar está muy bien ubicado ya que tiene muchas opciones en el área tanto de restaurantes cómo de supermercados de conveniencia y a unos 15 minutos en auto de viejo San Juan. Beatriz fue una excelente host, siempre atenta a nuestras inquietudes. La opción de dejarnos dos sillas de playa y un cooler fue un detalle perfecto. Muchas gracias.

Our family just stayed in this unit, the apartment was clean and in good working order (AC works great). There are a few things people should know: The location while convenient for me, is very busy and noisy . You will hear airplanes taking off at all times of the day and night. There is a lot of street traffic & you hear all the honking and music. On weekends the pool & beach is very busy so reserve your spots early (the pool is large so there is room to swim) . The beach is right outside the building, while the host does provide beach equipment (a grocery cart which was a big help) you can rent umbrellas & chairs at the beach. The building amenities are a bit dated. Unfortunately the building is not Shabbos friendly, so please keep it in mind if you’re Shabbos observant. If you need to store your luggage after you check out, there is a service that does it, please call 24 hours in advance as they don’t respond right away. Master bedroom bed is a little on small side but comfortable

Beautiful place right on the beach with lots of amenities!!

I can’t say enough positive things about our stay. It was exceptional on every level. The pre-arrival communication, reservation process, arrival and check-in process, our stay, and the departure process were all easy, straightforward, and exceeded expectations. Santos, our main onsite contact, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He was responsive and genuinely invested in ensuring that we had a great time. If you want a worry-free stay that maximizes your experience in Puerto Rico, I highly recommend this team.

Claudette’s casita is an amazing place, and if you get the opportunity to book this spot, you have to jump on it! The sound of the crashing ocean waves was hypnotic. The beach access was unparalleled to any other beach location I have stayed onAirbnb. The neighborhood she lives in is unique, full of food, and has great live music. When you’re first finding Claudette’s house, look for the seahorse gate. Please keep in mind that if you are driving there, the lively nature of the neighborhood will make travel challenging on Friday and Saturday nights. I cannot reiterate how amazing the Casita was! This has hands-down been my favorite AirBnB experience, and I have been on this platform now for many years. Claudette is amazing and provides free parking. You’ll feel right at home in her Casita.
