John and Candy were excellent and very friendly communicative even before our reservation! They messaged us the day after we checked-in and made sure we were comfortable in their airbnb and were incredibly accommodating. The space was beautiful, spacious, great natural lighting, lots of parking, and it had everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay. We loved our experience!

This location was perfect for our spring break trip to Disney. The house was super clean, neighborhood was charming and the space offered everything you could need. I highly recommend this place.

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

Wunderschöne und voll ausgestattete Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Lage. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend auf der Straße. Zu Fuß sind Restaurants, Supermärkte und der Strand zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Jan und Dale war ausgezeichnet. Danke auch für die Leckereien und Snacks zum Frühstück! Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

I had a very pleasurable experience staying at John’s! It’s amazing with a big group of people because there are so many rooms with huge couch space where you can hang out depending on the vibe. The place was basically spotless and was equipped with all the essentials. John was responsive and was so helpful with any requests. Would highly recommend staying here!

We loved everything about our stay! Location,comfort, and had the pleasure of meeting the home owner and he was wonderful! Highly recommend if you are looking for a homey get away with relaxing stay! The bed I. Master was better then the heavenly beds at Westin lol 😂 we will be back!!!

Silver lake is a great place to stay! Ari's house is in the perfect location. The house is well equipped and when weather permits the outdoor spaces are large and roomy for great conversations and lounging. The hot tub is an extra plus to enjoy at night under the L.A skyline. Highly recommend especially for larger families or a few couples traveling together.

This was my first time using an Airbnb. I was not disappointed. I selected this place for its high reviews. The property matched the pics and description. It was very warm and comforting. I had a question about parking which was clearly and quickly answered by Tony. We were there for a short time and spent the majority of the time away, but I would have loved to been able to spend some more time at the property. The welcome “touches” were appreciated and I would definitely book a stay with Tony in the future.

This place was great! Private garage, large living room, comfy beds and outdoor balcony/patio - what more could you ask for! Overall our stay was great. David was very responsive and friendly. I ran into a WiFi issue since I work from home and David was quick to help! Location is walkable to local coffee shops and restaurants. Can’t beat the location for sure! Will definitely recommend!

Staying at Nancy's place was a fantastic experience for my family, a family of four including two children. The house is beautiful and Nancy was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is very well equipped, the front and back yards are lovely to sit in. The only difficulty we encountered was that we didn't have longer to stay! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Wonderful location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, a library, a playground, and beach. We loved heading out on foot to grab coffee and walk to the ocean, or to the beach along the canal which was so close and uncrowded. Great shower, washer and dryer in the unit, kind and responsive hosts. The window a/c units in each bedroom provided nice climate control. We were very comfortable and would’ve liked to have stayed longer. There is some road noise at night from the close proximity to 2nd street, and cars must be moved on Thursday/Friday due to street sweeping, but I was able to find parking a few blocks away on 2nd St, so I would suggest doing that rather than looking in the neighborhoods.

Thanks Kate, for your compassion and flexibility as my stay at your place was necessary due to a family medical situation. The apartment was private, peaceful, convenient and a welcoming place to return to amid the uncertainties I was dealing with. I’d love to return in the future to play a bit.

Angela’s place was perfect for our girls trip to Newport Beach. Great location, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and nice touches like beers in the fridge. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs all over the country and this was probably our favorite!

Originally it was an urgent booking due to the tragic LA fires; however, the week stay ended up being as beautiful and as peaceful as you could hope. Very nice property and hosts are very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time staying here for our trip to Disneyland! 6 adults and 3 kids fit comfortably and loved being so close to the parks. We’d love to stay here again!

This home is in such a cute neighborhood. it's an older home that has been fixed up and is very charming. We chose not to pay for the pool to be heated, because we were just staying for a few nights and planned to spend most of our time in disneyland...as a result the pool was cold! It was February, so that is not a complaint, our son got out as quick as he got in it. The beds were firm, and everything was very clean. The showers had good water pressure and the plumbing all worked as it should. The driveway was plenty big to park two of our cars, it could have fit a third car if needed. The kitchen had good pans to cook our breakfast, and also was very clean. We did a test walk over to the parks when we first checked in, just to make sure we wouldn't get lost early the next day. It is exactly 1.5 miles to the entrance of either Disneyland or California Adventure. Great place to stay, I would book again next time we're going to Disneyland. Thank you Susy!

This is a lovely house at a very convenient yet quite location, under LA weather the pool is fantastic for a relaxing journey.

The house and yard are beautiful. The kids loved playing in the pool even though it was chilly. It was a wonderful experience and would love to stay there again!!!

Carmen was wonderful and worked with us on check in which was great! Kids love the backyard and the pool was perfect. Disneyland is very close by you can even see the fireworks from the little neighborhood park around the corner. Only thing we did have a problem with was the thermostat it kept getting very chilly in the middle of night we kept setting it before bed and it kept getting switched back to a low temperature making it cold.

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our visit. We walked to Disneyland, the extra strollers were so nice to have, the pool was a little too cold for our visit, but it was still nice to have. The full coffee bar came in handy, and the house was clean. We will be keeping this place in mind when we come back.

We had a fabulous time. It exceeded our expectations, and was even better than the photos. Thank you for a wonderful time.
