Me and my fiance has a same reaction when we enter the room. We both love the place and definitely this place will be our home everytime we're here in the city. The place is spacious and luxurious. All the things you need is available and free to use. The host also prepare a fresh fruit for us ☺️. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Great location – close enough to the high street for convenience, but far enough for peace. Everything you need is walkable, which was a refreshing change from Manila. You're also a short Grab ride from MOA and other landmarks – just plan ahead for traffic. The host was helpful with local tips, and the apartment was clean, comfy, and great value. We wish we had time to enjoy the pool! Highly recommend, but note: this isn’t a hotel. There’s no bellhop and reception is just for security. Check-in is self-service and easy once you know.

I have been to Air residence quite a few times now, but this place stands out like home. On top on all, they have dryer & bunker bed which is a plus. The host was very responsive and always willing to help. They also gave me late checkout without any fee. That's the perks of long stay. Thank you so much for hosting & will be back soon.

John’s place is amazing! I travel to Manila often, and we’re so glad we found this spot. From the moment we walked in, the place smelled great and was spotless. Everything felt well-thought-out and intentional. From the decor to the little details that made our stay comfortable. The bathrooms, bedrooms, and sheets were fresh and clean, and the interior looked exactly like the photos. The place had everything we needed.. laundry, AC, a shower with a heater, and a super comfy bed. John was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, always quick to answer our questions and very respectful. My partner even joked that this place is flawless! And honestly, I agree lol! We absolutely loved it and will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Manila. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for place to stay in Manila. Very accessible sa BGC, Makati, Ortigas!! Jin's place is always incredibly tidy! We've been to her apartment over 10 times already. Whenever we need a place to stay in Makati, Jin is our first choice without a doubt. The minute you walk in, you can sense the love and attention she gives to keeping it clean. Every room is beautifully decorated, giving it a warm and inviting atmosphere rather than just a place to crash. It's no surprise we keep returning; her welcoming nature makes each visit memorable.

The host was very kind and accommodating. I'm familiar with the place. Very peaceful and I had a good rest. Will recommend to my friends and family if they will be in the area.

Nette’s place is very homey and comfortable. We had a very easy time checking in. Lots of space to fit 8-12 people. Had things to do inside like board games, karaoke, guitar, etc. The house and its surroundings are beautiful. The inside pleasantly decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The garage fit our pickup truck comfortably. There’s a sari sari store just across the street so we got the basic needs we needed. The subdivision itself is peaceful and has easy to navigate and wide roads. We loved Nette’s place and would definitely plan on going back, probably with family next time.

We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at Marrian's lovely home for a third time! Each visit has been truly delightful, and this one was no exception. Marrian's hospitality is simply outstanding, and her brother, Ian, along with the friendly village guards, made us feel so welcome. Marrian went above and beyond to accommodate our request for an extra day, even though she had another booking coming in. We were incredibly grateful that she offered us the extra day free of charge! Words can't express how wonderful it is to stay in Marrian's home – it's a truly special place that we highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience.

Ann was incredibly accommodating and very responsive host. By giving me all the information few days ahead , She made it so easy for us to check in. We had a wonderful time staying in Ann’s Place. A very comfortable and peaceful house. The rooms are spacious and cozy, equipped with air conditioning units. Bath towels, extra blankets, pillows and bedsheets are also available and well arranged in the closet and drawers. Really appreciate that Drinking water were provided and promptly delivered when low of supply. Love the amenities that were provided for us from toothbrushes to soap, shampoo and conditioner. Though there was a little problem with the plumbing in the bathroom, Ann was quick to respond and send a plumber to fix the problem. Will be staying again in Ann’s Place when I visit Laguna again. Thank you Ann for being a super host!

We spent Christmas here and it was wonderful through and through. It was clean and spacious - a treat to have found it a few days before Christmas eve. The old world charm was relaxing and nostalgic, and the host and caretaker's service and responsiveness were excellent. Already making plans to go back! Thank you to Beth, Aljon and their team for ensuring such a pleasant, unforgettable stay!

our stay here was really comfortable and sulit! the house is very clean and everything was almost like new. the owner and ate nads were really accommodating and responsive even at nighy, they're always ready to help us whenever we had questions about the place. there's also a mini store beside them, which is really convenient for us. they reallt made sure we had a lovely stay. my friends and i would give this 10 stars if possible haha! thank you so much, and i really recommend this bnb. we will definitely come back soon!☺️❤️

Sir Manuel’s condominium is a great place to stay. It is located in the heart of Makati City, with a supermarket right at the location, various restaurants to choose from, and a massage spa nearby. His place is well-equipped with complete amenities, including a television with Netflix and Apple TV, air conditioning for hot days, and a comfortable bed with soft pillows and fresh linens. The unit also has a fridge, microwave, mini table, and couch—everything is well-organized, clean, and neatly arranged. I had a wonderful stay and am glad I chose this place. Highly recommended! However, availability is quite rare, so booking in advance is advised. Thank you so much!

Great location. Mall connected to property. Great security. MRT EDSA BONI line and 2 minute walk out the front door. Close to SM MEGA Mall only 1 stop away on the MRT for 13 pesos. Another STAT Mall across from the HUGE SM Mega mall. 2 large pools. Short ride to BGC or MAKATI using Grab for between 175 and 240 pesos, or you can take the MRT to the Buendia or Ayaka stop and walk 30 minutes to BGC. I would rent again.

She provided clear instructions from checking in up to checking out. We will definitely come back to Liza’s place The place is very quiet and the staff are very friendly. Other condominums you can hear even people passing by the corridor, but for this one, it is very quiet. I think the only con is the parking garage. The driveway is too steep and it is very dark especially during the night. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

Building was secured and felt safe. Conveniently located next to SM market and a variety of places to eat. Unit was as described and expected. :-)

To begin with Rafaelo’s place is a great place to stay if you have a big family. Comfortable kitchen, and I enjoyed cooking some good meals , nice living room, the rooms are big and with no charge I was be able to wash my dirty clothes. He’s a kind hearted host & accommodating all my requests with no issues. I will definitely be back here. Thank you so much Rafaelo & appreciated your help.
