The place and the view were beautiful! Lori was an awesome host! Very responsive and flexible! Will be coming back to make more memories! 10/10 would recommend!!

This is my second stay at Enrique's place. Absolutely enjoy staying there as it is located in a quiet and peaceful place. We enjoy having coffee in the balcony overseeing the beautiful resaca and all his beautiful plants. The beds are very comfortable and cozy. Has a nice kitchen and dining area. I highly recommend Enrique's place!!

Quiet, safe and quaint. Pool and hot tub are really nice. Fully stocked and tons of extra little touches. Both bathrooms need updated but the rest of the condo was as described and was a nice get away.

Absolutely beautiful view of the gulf..condo was tastefully decorated and provided everything a family could need for their stay on the beach. Everyone staying at this condo complex were all very friendly. Great place to stay and would recommend to anyone searching. Lana was a great host and sent all necessary information in a timely manner. THANK YOU LANA!!

Williams place was a great location! We spent Christmas there. Perfect for a family of 4. Very nice, as pictured! Awesome view!

This Bayfront Oasis is beautiful & was plenty spacious for the 6 of us. The furniture is new & comfortable. The appliances all work well. The home is extremely clean & also warm & inviting. The neighborhood is safe, & the location is beautiful & peaceful. Check-in/check-out were both very easy. Just an fyi for future renters... I assumed from the pictures we could fish from the backyard or off the deck. I should've asked. The water is not deep enough to fish from the yard/deck. Even so, we enjoyed our time together at the Bayfront Oasis & would happily return!

We really enjoyed our stay! We even extended our stay another night. This was an amazing experience and the beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to leave!! Thank You so very much and when we go back we will definitely look into staying with you again!

Clarissa is a gracious and kind host. The cottage has everything I needed and it’s very cute. Would absolutely stay here again.

Melinda was great to work with.. I would stay here again...I will say the stairs sure got me back in shape lol. I have stayed in SPI for about 15 years. and the previous place I stayed was recently sold and not available for rental...So happy to find Melinda's place a few homes away.. We had a great stay in Cheryl's condo which has everything you could want and more, it's very well appointed. Great location on the island as well as within the property. The view and proximity to the beach can't be beat.

This is a comfy home away from home, not a maid service hotel. Nature hideaway down a private lane with short drive to food, shopping, hiking, dog park & golf. Fenced in back yard with old shed and laundry in back porch. Secure acreage with locked gate to move when coming & going. Grace is superhost available by text!

Leonard was a great host and the home and neighborhood was just what we wanted. Although not on South Padre Island it was an easy 20 minute drive away. We recommend this property.

Amazing, amazing, and amazing. Jose was extremely kind and responsive. Great location by the water and everything is so close by. 10 outta 10 would, and will stay here again.

Beautiful home with everything we needed for our family vacation. Plenty of space for 2 families. Any questions we had were answered by the host.

La casa es muy amplia y tiene buena distribución. La cocina está súper equipada, hay de todo, el refrigerador es grande y cuenta con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Las recámaras son amplias y las camas son muy cómodas, los baños impecables con muchos detalles nuevos y suficientes toallas y sábanas nuevas. La sala es muy cómoda así como el comedor. La alberca es está impecable y preciosa, aunque ser invierno, nosotros no nadamos, notamos que hay suficientes toallas y juegos para la alberca. Había disponibles patines y bicicletas que por ser una zona completamente plana, son muy practicas. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente en toda la casa así como el WiFi. Teresa es sumamente amable, nos resolvió de inmediato un par de dudas sin problema y con excelente disposición. ¡Nos quedaríamos nuevamente en esta casa sin duda alguna!

The place was perfect for our family. We have three small kids and they loved the pool and the bunk beds. The place was spacious and clean. It was a further walk to the beach than most places we have stayed at but it wasn’t too bad. There were chairs and umbrellas for us to use which was very convenient. It was just what we needed for a last minute getaway.

Weather was not the best ie cold & rainy so spent more time in room. It was cozy and had what we needed to be comfortable . Kitchen was adequate . We travel with a small K Keurig pot and our own coffee so we had an easy am . So close to everything . The one nice day I was able to walk to the beach . All other restaurants were close and easy to get to. Bed was comfortable and really only comfy spot to watch to the rainy days . It’s basically a hotel room with nice patio area. Pool and hot tub are shared with others in the larger house area . We did not use either because of the weather. Meet other guests just once very nice . Dayna was helpful before and during our trip . Worked well for or first trip to SPI . Stayed 5 days looking for maybe 2 months next winter in a larger unit on the island

Checkin was easy. Place was as described, very spacious. Lots of furniture and beds were comfortable. Appliances are outdated but worked fine. Lots of pots, pans, and dishes for cooking and having your own meals. Nob in master bath/shower didn’t work, but Luis had it fixed by maintenance right away. Some of the outlets didn’t work and/or plugs would fall out, but there were enough that worked. We were able to use the pool on hot days, however it leaked and management closed it down, not Luis’s fault. Luis communicated well. Location was good for the areas we wanted to explore. Location was also quiet and safe. No grocery store in town, but some right down the road in Brownsville. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Luis’s place, would stay again, and would recommend to others.
