Our group had a very nice stay. It’s close to many restaurants and of course the water. We appreciated the extra chairs, towels, toys, and wagon for our time at the beach.

Aime’s place was clean and comfortable! We were so pleased with how cozy it was and conveniently close to where we needed to be!

Great location. Huge backyard for dogs to run around. Loved having access to garage for parking to help keep car cooler. We didn't have time to use but there were a good assortment of board and card games. Quiet neighborhood.

Melinda was great to work with.. I would stay here again...I will say the stairs sure got me back in shape lol. I have stayed in SPI for about 15 years. and the previous place I stayed was recently sold and not available for rental...So happy to find Melinda's place a few homes away.. Thanks Melinda for getting back to me so soon when I had a question. And greatful for all your help. Very prompt in her response. Georgia

Great, spacious place. Close to restaurants, beach, grocery store and more. Pool is incredible. Was perfect for our big family vacation

my fifth time staying at this location. that should say it all. my favorite spot on south Padre Island!!

Oscar was a great host. Home was clean and uncluttered. Basic necessities available. Both queen beds were very comfy. We were a party of 6 adults and the home was roomy enough to gather around living room and dinning area. We recommend this home. My one suggestion would be to also add an additional comfy matress to the third bedroom for an adult to sleep in. Thanks for the stay.

Stayed for almost 5 weeks. Wife and I absolutely enjoyed this location and dealing with this host. House is as described in words and pictures. Host is very responsive, helpful and straightforward. Location is spectacular watching the working waterfront with dolphins, boats, tugs and barges. Even viewed some different sized sea turtles. Peaceful location with some decent fishing off the dock. Covered porch with comfortable heavy duty composite furniture helped make the stay.

This was the perfect house for four adults and a kid, and could definitely accommodate more people.! The location is stellar with morning sunrise views and close to everything. The house has all the amenities needed including pool toys, kitchen items, etc. Kitchen was one of the best stocked Airbnb’s we’ve had and made it easy to cook our Christmas dinner. The pool was perfect and it’s just a short drive to the beach. I was nervous about whether they had blackout shades for our small child to avoid early morning wake ups, but the blinds they have in the bedrooms were more than sufficient. We visit the island every couple of years and would definitely stay again.

I would highly recommend this place. We had a great time and the pool was an added bonus. The location was great, we could walk everywhere. The restaurants were all fantastic. Amy was a great host, we would definitely come back. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We brought our dog and she adjusted well because it was so quiet.

Experience paradise at this stunning beachfront property, complete with an upgraded pool and multiple patios for soaking up the sun or enjoying meals during rainy days. With three bathrooms and showers, there's ample space for a large family to relax and unwind. The host demonstrated excellent communication skills, even when we needed to call them. We'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay! We were visiting family over the Christmas holiday and this location was central to all of our activities. Richard's home is dog friendly, is quite spacious, and came equipped with everything we needed! Richard provided all the information we needed to check in & out, so it was all a breeze. Highly recommend 👌

the pool on the water with the golf course across the way was so peaceful to sit out there and there's like a shaded overhang on the house with a Chase lounges are. very beautiful area. and g a g i and his wife d a n i where super nice. they greeted me and showed me around and were very helpful when I had questions. beautiful home. with absolutely everything you need. you never have to leave if you don't want to. HEB delivers groceries! the pool is beautiful

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Encanto. The upstairs was nicely up to date and very relaxing. We especially noticed and liked the amenities. Seasonings, pots and pans, paper products, cleaning supplies, plastic containers and towels were plentiful. Our only complaint was the dishwasher wasn't getting dishes cleaned. I pointed that out to Trinh when we were leaving and I am confident it will be addressed. Mike

Our family enjoyed our annual SPI vacation in their large beach home. It's truly a 2 min. walking distance to the beach and prime location to many other restaurants and businesses. Hosts were very attentive and pleasant to deal with. Will recommend their beach home to others and will book another stay with them!

Was clean and a close walk to the beach

The house was awesome, very spacious. It was beyond our expectations. They had everything you could possibly need, lots of thought put into their airbnb. The yard was spectacular and private. The location was close to the wildlife refuge, close enough to a town. The host was very flexible and allowed us to modify our reservation. A great place to stay if you plan on visiting South Padre Island or Boca Chica.

Cruz’s place is AWESOME!!! Brand new and beautiful! Great furniture and stocked well with kitchen utensils and pots and pans. It was fantastic to have a walk in shower for the master bath. I will definitely be booking again when I come back more this year. He is very fast at replying to messages! Fantastic location and access!! I can’t speak highly enough about Cruz and his house.

I think we’ve stayed here four times…every stay has been GREAT. We appreciate being able to bring our two dogs. The location is perfect for our needs. Comfortable bed, fluffy towels and everything we might need for our short visits to family. Thanks, again, for a great visit. We’ll be back soon!

Second time staying here -- love the house amenities, including lots of games and filtered water. We had two dogs as well as son/wife joining us. The dogs had plenty of room to run, even to a quick dunk into and out of the water. Appreciated the beach towels to wipe them off. An additional treat was to watch the chickens next door each morning at the breakfast table. The dogs were friendly without barking -- just sauntering over to say hello. This place is quiet while close to Port Isabel, South Padre Island, and Brownsville.

Every time we vacation at SPI we choose Mar y Sol. The road was under construction which was out of the owner’s hands, still able to walk to the beach. The whole apartment was clean as well as outside of residence. We will continue to rent with Mar y Sol.

Lori’s place was exactly what we needed! Clean, spacious, and relaxing. She was very helpful with questions any we had. Definitely recommend Lori’s place!

Beautiful cozy home. Definitely will stay there again if ever in the area. Highly recommend it.
