Host was prompt in responding despite the short notice, and provided detailed instructions which made the check in process smooth. Another thing we loved was that even the guards at the main entrance & those at bldg7 were all polite & doing their stuff professionally. About the unit itself is well-thought & maintained. We loved the simplicity overall - clean, complete necessities, h&c dispenser & water is provided, & just being in the ground fl. is a plus for us too. For comfy & relaxing stay, we'll def consider this for our next bookings.

Lee’s place was spectacular. We had an amazing stay here. It was right around the corner to everything. The place was clean and everything was just right. I love how there was washer and dryer, enough towels, comfortable bed and very comfortable sofa that we probable slept pn most of the days 😂. He’s such an amazing host, always responsive even with the time difference. Thank you Lee! Will be seeing you again next year! 💜

Hidden gem nestled within the heart of IT Park. I found it nice that many Grab drivers are already waiting nearby. Would recommend this place to others!

We had a great stay at Tarich’s place. The space was just right for our group of 8, even though we originally booked for 10. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils we needed, and there were enough beds and pillows for everyone. The caretaker was prompt and responsive, and the host was equally accommodating. She allowed us to check in early and gave us a 30-minute extension for check-out. The air conditioning wasn’t very cold in the morning, but it was cool enough at night for us to sleep comfortably. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Fantastic venue with an impressive building! The location is top-notch, just a short walk from over 30 restaurants. Plus, there's a mall conveniently located right across the street. Many eateries are open 24/7, thanks to the nearby call centers. The building is brand new, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I especially appreciated the host's quick responses, which is something I value as a westerner.

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

perfect place if you need to stay in mactan for short or long term. gated community makes you feel safe. the host is always quick to respond and accommodating. provide additional cleaning and laundry services at reasonable rates for added convenience. the house has everything you need and makes for a comfortable stay.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

I booked this villa for my family, and they had an incredible stay! The property was absolutely stunning—spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. They especially loved the private pool and jacuzzi, which made the experience feel extra luxurious and relaxing. The host was thoughtful, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. My family came back raving about how peaceful and enjoyable their stay was. This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve had the opportunity to rent in the Philippines! Villa Amare is a beautiful Villa but still gives a sense of home. It’s very spacious and attractive, comfortable and clean. The staff were very respectful, had our best interests, and helpful for all our needs. Twinkle, our host, was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Everything was seamless and easy. Worth the stay and will definitely be booking again in the future!

Die Unterkunft war leicht zu erreichen und der check in lief reibungslos. Die Wohnung war schön sauber und man hat aus dem Balkon einen schönen Blick auf die Skyline. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind in der Wohnung enthalten, top! Ein 7/11 ist direkt in der Nähe, um Waschmittel und weiteres zu kaufen. Die Gastgeberin ist super lieb und meldet sich schnell, wenn du Fragen hast 👍🏼 Wir waren zu fünft dort und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Haben die Wohnung ausgewählt, um recht nah am Hafen zu sein, für einen Trip nach Bohol.

I got to enjoy this wonderful place for about 10 days. I can’t brag enough about it. Plenty of security so you always feel safe. Everything I needed could be find inside the small Airbnb. A lot of attention to detail went into making this place perfect. Found a small clothes steamer provided that allowed me to make my clothes wrinkle free. The Kitchenette had everything at your fingertips. A booklet was laminated that answered any questions you had. Spotlessly clean and everything worked! The host always responded very quickly. I will definitely stay again when I stay in CEBU again.

Room is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The communication with CJ can't get any easier, a perfect host. All neccesities are there, plus the internet is very fast. Fully recommended.

Willyn home is amazing. It is everything you need for a long term stay or short term. The location is best ideal for Lapu-Lapu area. Far enough from the traffic but close enough for a reasonable ride into Cebu City. It is the perfect balance for most people. It is great location to work from as well. She carries not 1 but 2 internet providers for extra coverage for any outage. Huge WIN. The condo is very clean. No issues, no ants nothing. I have stayed here quite a long time and never saw a bug. She takes extra care in keeping the condo clean and safe. Very responsive to any question you might have and will go above and beyond to take care of your needs.
